Double confirm your location and pickup time.! I double confirmed time but company gave driver wrong location. Big issue early am. TONY, our driver was great to call as he was given wrong pickup location also. TONY was excellent through the entire trip, great driver and patient. Thank you Tony! The drive was comfortable and it was good to see the inland area and the mountains. Thankful for a rest stop also. The lakes were beautiful..... Moderate ability for walking is required to go up and down hills and stairs.

The park was amazing and at peak fall colors. Loved having just a small group. The guide was very patient and did not rush us through the park.

The walking is on stepped boardwalk of split wood logs. These may get slippery when wet so take care. It’s worth it

The best tour in Croatia! Everything was well organised. The van was clean and spaciouse, the driver was proffesional and very funny . We had both Upper and Lower lakes . Guide was so knowledgable .Plitvice lakes are must see!

Everything was organised perfectly.Driver was excellent, funny and very informative. We had great lincesed local guide in the park. We done part with guide and part of the park alone, we love it in that way. We had lunch in the local restaurant after, food was really good and prices were affordable. I recommend this travel agency !

Awful tour. Was charged mysterious €40 upon pick up from driver with no communication what it was for (tour was already paid for on Viator). Upon arrival to lakes, we were handed off to park tour guide, Marijanna, who handed us a map of directions and just told us to follow the boat rides and trails to letter „h”. Little did we know she was actually supposed to stay with us and guide us through the park. Later we saw her guiding a different tour group in the park. Because there was no guidance, many on the tour returned past 3pm to the driver meeting spot and ended up returning late back to Split. Would not recommend as I am not sure what the tour paid for besides the gas and the drive to the lakes.

We read great reviews about this tour and were so excited to go on this tour but, it was a disappointment to say the least. I booked a tour from Split, which I entered my hotel address in but was told that I booked one from Trogir?? We met the driver in front of the travel agency office in Split at 6:50am and went to Trogir to pick up other passengers. It seemed like there weren’t enough people going so they combined the two tours. Instead of letting us know, they made it seem like we made a mistake. Half way through the drive to the national park, our driver asked us to pay 100 euro….which I wasn’t sure where that number came from as I had already spoken to the travel agency and was informed that our tickets for the park would be 22 euros each so, 88 euros total for the 4 of us. I gave our driver 90 euros but never got our change back. To remind you, we already paid for the tour through this website and had to pay cash for the entrance tickets to the park. The driver dropped us off at some random hotel and told us to wait for our tour guide in the rain. We didn’t know what was going on at first as the driver just told us to get out of the car and didn’t mention anything else. The tour guide arrived 10 minutes later and took us through a path behind the hotel to get to the park. We eventually found out that there are 2 entrances but weren’t sure why the driver didn’t just drop us off there. Then, we were advised by the tour guide that everything was closed due to the rain. We understand things happen and it’s out of their control, but we wish that we were made aware of the situation and were given an option to cancel the trip since everything at the park was closed. The guided tour was very quick. He took us down a path to see different water falls for 20 minutes and then left. Our your guide Dominic was nice and funny, but the tour overall seemed rushed and we didn’t really learn much. I wouldn’t recommend this tour to anyone.

Great service, friendly driver and guide. We enjoyed the trip it was just what we wanted with time to ourselves to enjoy the wonderful lakes.

This was a beautiful & relaxing tour of Plitvice Lakes & Falls. Easy & convenient pick up from Split. Great guide with a relaxed pace which was refreshing. Would highly recommend.

This tour was excellent! Worth the longer drive from Split or Trogir to see such an amazing natural environment. It does not disappoint! Our guide Drake was friendly & relaxed which made for a better tour. The restaurant stop after the falls was authentic & delicious. I would definitely recommend this tour!

Our had total 6 people in the group, which was great to getting places early before those big buses. We were lucky visiting the park on a sunny day not too hot. We spent total 4.5 hrs in the park including 3 hrs free time for us to explore the park. The driver Miles, was super nice, fun and seems to know Everyone everywhere! His restaurant recommendation for lunch was great! We had so much delicious food for really affordable price. This is must do tour when in Croatia!

This was the best tour I have ever done! Plitvice is an amazing park and to have a guide with you makes everything better and it was a small group so you can understand everything and enjoy every single part of the tour. The guide was very very good and also the driver Mile, he gave us so many recommendations and tips about Croatia, he is very funny and kind to you.

This tour was awesome ! I would definitely recommend. Wish I remembered the tour guide and drivers' names as they deserve a big kudos. Good stop and break part way to Plitvice. Driver handed out bottles of water before entering park. Great conversation and weather. Beautiful sites. Food at restaurant on the way home was tasty and inexpensive.

El lugar es espectacularmente hermoso, la agencia del tour y el guía bastantes regulares. además se supone que iba incluído guia escrita en español y no fue así

L'excursion au lac plativice parfait rien à dire. Nikola notre guide super sympas et impliqué. Vraiment top Nikolas , excellent guide. Par contre on a eu un "chauffeur " horrible. Un danger public. 170 km sur l autoroute,  colle les gens , appel de phare,  double dans les virages,  ne freine jamais, tout le temps sur son téléphone (SMS et appel)... Au retour on a failli avoir un accident car il a perdu le contrôle de son volant/voiture car il n a pas voulu freiner . Heureusement qu'il n'y avait aucune voiture en face... et là je me suis  vraiment énervée et par réflexe je me suis enervé. Après il s'est calmé... Mais sur le trajet retour l ambiance était vraiment tendu. Bref le voyage horrible,  un cauchemar et stressant...

Une journée super ! Avec un chauffeur adorable et serviable, et d’une gentillesse incroyable, duje Le parc est juste magnifique des couleurs juste éclatantes, ce parc mérite le succès qu’il a. Un dépaysement total ! Et merci à notre guide Anita qui a été super. Je recommande fortement !!
