My husband and I had a wonderful private walking tour with Mirjana! She took us through the old town and and explained the history along will some great stories! She was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! She truly makes you feel friends the second you meet her! The coffee and cinnamon bun was a nice added touch! I was in Split only for a few days with a friend and we had a pleasure of having Mirjana as our tour guide. Not only she's very knowledgeable on history and different events that happened to Split and Croatia in the past, she is also using storytelling in which makes the whole tour so much more interesting. I didn't feel the time fly and enjoyed every minute of our tour with Mirjana. She helped me to fell in love with the city of Split. We loved exploring the back streets and busy squares with Mirjana. She shared the love of her city in a graceful and fun way (dark chocolate even). Finding her "hidden" coffee shop was a highlight. We were able to retrace our steps to the best Cevapi in town. A great experience in Split...and she is an excellent photographer!

Absolutely worth it. Thought we’d seen it all until we met Mirjana. We’ve now got so many more restaurants and bars to go too. 10/10.

What a wonderful way to learn more about Split and in particular the Diocletian’s Palace. Mirjana led our group on an extremely informative tour of the palace. Split during Yugolsavia - is a must GO tour. I live in Ireland but I am from Split. This tour made me look at my home town from a whole different perspective. If I loved the tour I can imagine how much people who are not from Split will love it. The walk in socialist architecture areas, the stories behind the buildings, street art.. I love it all. Go in this tour, you will love it.

just wanted to drop a quick note to thank this amazing girl who helped us for organising the trip. It was absolutely fantastic. She helped to make our trip very special and memorable.

Mirjana invited me herself to come along on her tour with an Intrepid group. We started at the water side of Split with a tasting of a local drink called Rakija and with some photos. Mirjana as a host really made sure that I was included in the group since I joined the group later on. We continued the tour to the basements of Diocletian Palace which was ideal with the hot temperatures. The history of Diocletian was explained super well and she made the tour more enjoyable due to the many facts she shared. Then, we walked thru the small streets of Split and got to the Bell tower where at that time a show with knights was about to start. I really recommend this guiding tour in Split if you want to know more about the history of Split and have a laugh in between.

I had several guests from the USA and together we decided to have this tour with Mirjana, and it was the best thing we did in Split! Mirjana is a great guide, she really immerse herself in the story, and you can really see how Split is more than just a city for her, it is a home, and we felt very welcomed and all the stories we heard will definitely stay with us :) Would recommend to anyone visiting Split, do this first, and then you can roam the city by yourself and really enjoy it properly :)

Mirjana is really one of the best guides I have ever met and this tour was a great experience. She has a great insight in the city life, traditions and history. From the moment Mirjana greeted us with a smile, we knew we were in for a great experience. Being born and raised in Split, I was pleasantly surprised to learn quite a few stories about my hometown! Mirjana's passion and deep love for Split shows while she's vividly explaining what was it to live in ancient Split vs what it looks like now. She is entertaining, competent, well informed and we had the most tasty coffee in Split! It would not be possible to say enough about Mirjana's qualities in terms of knowledge of ancient history of the city. This lady is on fire! The concept of this tour was the reason me&my friend decided to try it out. We are coffeeholics and are always interested in finding out places preferred by the locals. We nailed it this time 'cause this tour has it all, a great coffee and a charming lady who is so passionate about her hometown, interesting stories she shares and her mesmerising way of doing it gave us the best imaginable time in Split. Mirjana has an incredible gift of immersing you within the history behind each part of where she takes you. Leaving you with a new perspective of the location you are walking around - I couldn’t recommend her enough! Not an ordinary tour guide 😌 She really lives up to her storyteller name! It’s almost like walking through the streets and experiencing all the history over the hundreds of years with your own eyes - like a walking movie. Her tours have a beautiful way of captivating anybody, from the mixture of Roman and Ottoman bricks left in walls you would normally never take a second looks at. To the history of places like Diocletian’s Palace and all the tales of the emperor from his youth such as him meeting a fortune teller who prophesied his destiny, leading to him proclaiming himself as god at the square we were stood at! It’s the way in which each tale is told and linked back to the place you are stood - it completely changes the way you walk around Split and anywhere else you have the pleasure of visiting with Mirjana. Mirjana is one of the most genuine people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and your whole day will be filled with a wonderful energy like no other. This summer we joined guided tour through Diocletian's palace with Mirjana and we enjoyed every minute of it! Split is an amazing city, we loved hidden streets and Mirjana's interesting stories which are a true mixture of historical facts and information about local everyday life. Mirjana's way of storytelling and her tour in general are the best way to find out what Split has to offer. The highlight of the tour was coffee tasting experience, which is not a typical coffee tasting, but drinking coffee while having a person to person conversation. All reccommendations for this tour and fabulous Mirjana! She's a star :)

I'm a student from Portugal doing my internship in Split. Last week I went on a walking tour with Mirjana and it was so amazing that I felt that I have to try the Coffee Tasting and Storytelling Walking Tour. It was such a unique way to learn more about the culture and traditions of Split, experience what it feels like to walk through the beautiful streets with a local and share some different experiences while we have some nice coffee. It was a great experience and I highly reccomend it! It's something that you won't have the opportunity to try in every country so in my opinion is tottally worth it! :)

Wow! All I can say is - wow! Being a coffee addict myself, I expected a coffee tasting tour with a typical tour around a city with a local guide,but - Mirjana's tour was so much more than that! I felt like I came back to some old friend who welcomed me open heartedly and who showed me the way of life in this beautiful city. Mirjana is an incredible guide. So knowledgeable and intelligent, but extremely charming, funny and entertaining in showing us around. We really appreciated her energy as she lifted us up not only with her stories but her attitude as well, and he showed as how the locals enjoy their daily habits. My partner and I, who decided to book a tour with her, really needed that boost as we were exhauasted and did not know which tour to book and what to do in Split.. we felt kind of lost. oh, yea, and we also loved the chocolate, soooo delicious!
