The location is good if you don't have a car as there is no parking. We booked 3 nights at 370 euro/ night and after we were confirmed 3 adults and a small dog Bichon Frise, were told that dogs aren't allowed and we need to leave immediately. Though at checking the staff didn't say anything and in the morning the next reception staff saw me talking the dog outside for a walk and we even chatted very friendly about dogs and never mentioned we aren't allowed. Only when we returned in the evening from the beach, we were told we need to leave, no understanding or service for the money we paid and that it wasn't our fault that the booking website confirmed us as such. It was a very unpleasant experience and made us not wanting to return again to Croatia.

Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We didn’t get the rooms we booked and when questioned with reception, the rude lady offered to change the rooms but wanted to charge us double the rate. No apology or partial refund offered. The rooms are small and terrible location if you have bags which most tourists have!!
10/10!! My new favorite hotel! This hotel delivers perfection on every level. Fantastic service, beautiful surroundings, and a high standard. Traveling alone as a girl can sometimes make you extra vigilant, but here I felt 100% safe and super pampered throughout my entire stay. Truly the best hotel I have ever experienced. Highly recommended to everyone!
The hotel is in a great location and most of the staff were lovely The room was small but clean and had a refrigerator and kettle supplied The breakfast was good with eggs cooked to order I would definitely stay again
The room was clean and comfortable, situated on a quiet street despite being in the heart of the city. Breakfast was served on the rooftop with an amazing view of Split, but the food was minimal and being served instant coffee for breakfast in a 4-star hotel was a slight disappointment. The hotel is perfectly located right behind Diocletian's Palace and very close to the Riva promenade, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff was very helpful, providing clear instructions on how to reach the hotel from the pedestrian-only Riva and suggesting nearby parking, though cheaper options can be found. Overall, it is an ideally located hotel, though the restaurant was unexpectedly closed during our visit.
