Absolutely fantastic service at Mint Bar! We visited Mint Bar after getting a day pass to the spa before our late flight, and what a brilliant way to finish our holiday! Marjan, Niki and Pero were absolutely amazing. It was my birthday and they went out of their way to make me feel extra special. They were warm, friendly, genuinely funny and had such great banter with us. They even helped us choose games to play and made sure we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The three of them really made our visit memorable and turned what could have just been a few hours waiting for our flight into such an enjoyable afternoon. We’re Radisson Blu members and service like this is exactly why we love the brand. Marian, Niki and Pero are an absolute credit to the Radisson Blu — fantastic hospitality and genuinely lovely people. Thank you for making my birthday, and the end of our holiday, that little bit more special! Five stars without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our stay at the Radisson Blu started off a little rough but fortunately got much better. We arrived early and enjoyed the beach club right in front of the hotel before checking in. We were initially given a suite, but unfortunately the lights were not working, and later the air conditioning also stopped. Despite an electrician being sent, the issue could not be fixed, so we had a rather uncomfortable first night. The next morning, however, things improved significantly. After a lovely breakfast, the very friendly reception manager helped us move into two separate rooms. From that point on, we really enjoyed our stay. The beach directly in front of the hotel was fantastic, and we also enjoyed the hotel bar, spa and pool. Overall, a difficult start, but a very pleasant stay in the end.
Dear Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Split Management, I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding my experience during my stay at Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Split. Unfortunately, the level of service I experienced from both the restaurant staff and the front desk team did not meet the standard I would reasonably expect from a five-star international hotel. Regarding room service, the menu presents a selection of dishes that guests are expected to be able to order. However, when I contacted the front desk to place an order, my request was initially accepted. After some time, I was contacted and informed that the kitchen was unable to prepare the requested dish, which was simply a pasta dish. I find this particularly disappointing considering that the hotel is a five-star international property serving guests from different countries and cultures. The purpose of staying at a resort of this standard is to relax and enjoy a convenient, comfortable experience without having to deal with limitations that should reasonably be managed by the hotel. Furthermore, the kitchen closes at 11:00 PM. For an international five-star hotel, I believe the available dining options and operating hours should be designed with the needs of international guests in mind, especially those arriving late or preferring to dine privately in their rooms. I was also disappointed by the level of professionalism and guest-service approach demonstrated by some members of both the restaurant and reception teams. The interactions did not reflect the level of hospitality, attentiveness, and professionalism I would expect from a five-star international brand. My concern is not simply about one unavailable pasta dish. It is about the overall guest experience and the difference between the level of service advertised and the level of service actually delivered. I kindly request that management review this matter seriously, particularly the room service procedures, menu availability, kitchen operating hours, and staff training in dealing with international guests. I would also appreciate an appropriate response and gesture of goodwill from the hotel in recognition of the inconvenience and disappointment caused during my stay. I look forward to hearing from hotel management.
Lovely hotel. There was a lot of pros involved in our stay. I’d like to highlight the spa that was truly beautiful and had a unisex sauna, cold plunge, warm plunge, relaxation area, indoor pool, and so much more. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay! We had the ability to get room service until about 11 pm when they shut down. The breakfast was great and had an immense selection to choose from. The only gripes I had really with this spot was the location of it facing so much construction. The beach club that’s associated with the hotel is very nice but you don’t really get many perks. Id highly recommend booking chairs/ or anything related to them ahead of time.. they get busy. Also, the hotel pools were FREEZING cold. It was really hard to relax and enjoy them. Also there was a shuttle that takes you into town which was very convenient! The restaurants in the hotel themselves are great. The cocktails and food were very fair quality and went beyond my expectations. Overall i would highly recommend.
The Spa and the massage there are excellent. The different types of saunas, cold and warm pools, outdoor and indoor. All of it was amazing! Special thanks goes to Anja the masseuse. I did a deep tissue and her skil goes deep. Excellent place. If I'm ever in Split again, I would definitely choose this experience again. BTW, restaurants here are top notch as well!
