Absolutely unacceptable. The entrance was almost impossible to find, and once we arrived, nobody answered the doorbell or the phone despite multiple attempts. We were stranded outside at night and had no choice but to book another hotel at the last minute. This caused unnecessary stress and extra expense. I cannot recommend this place and suggest that future guests think carefully before booking.

Nice vintage room in an apartment building at a walking distance from the old town. Bed was very comfortable and the host is very welcoming. Having arrived by train in the morning I was able to check in early at no extra charge which was great. Adding a table and chair would be great for when you get food from the supermarket nearby.

Very good location in the near of the palace. This is not a hotel, more like a shared apartment. The room was okay for some nights. But the interior and the bed are old and the matrass should be changed. Also there are some minor flaws like a brocken handle in the shower of a dirty water cooler. WiFi had to be requested. Communication was good and quick. For that price it was okay overall.

The location is good, walking distance to the promenade of Split. However, the place was advertised as a boutique luxury 4-star hotel, yet there was no reception and it turned out to be a subdivided flat split into multiple “hotel rooms” and not what was advertised; for the price we paid, and what was described online, we assumed we would at least get a decent 4-star hotel room as advertised.
