Marvie Hotel & Health

I may be being a little harsh with this score as there were a lot of excellent things at this hotel. The great points are the friendly reception team, the rooftop terrace and pool, the quality of the breakfast, the fantastic staff in the spa and the spa itself. The not so good. The shower leaked all over the floor for 5 days and this must have been something that the hotel knew about. One or two extremely rude members of staff in the dining room. I could forget about the leaking shower but I couldn't put up with someone shouting at me like they were doing to other people. I think when the hotel is quite expensive, you need to get full value for money and unfortunately I didn't.

Everything about this hotel was great, from booking in with Irena to checking out, the staff were friendly, they couldn’t do enough for you, the rooms were spacious and very clean. The food was delicious, and bar service good ……. It is about 20 mins from the old town, but a pleasant walk around the coastal road, Ubers about 6 Euros …… All in all we would definitely recommend.

Marvie is such a wonderful hotel. We went in Aug 2024 and I was just going through my photos and realised I never left a review. We really enjoyed our stay there during our week in Split. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are lovely. Our six year old absolutely loved the rooftop pool, as did we. The views from there are great, being able to see the ocean and experience the sunset was wonderful. Can get busy in the peak times, but in the late afternoons when we were back from visits we found it quiet and just helped us unwind before the evening. They serve nice food and drinks to snack on too at the top while you soak up the sun on the great loungers. The spa area is great and surprisingly big with indoor pools, steam and sauna areas. We only used the area on the last day unfortunately but enjoyed it nonetheless. The gym is small but equipped enough to get a full body workout, so I was happy using it every other day. The restaurant we used once in the evening, but the food was lovely and the staff even more so. It’s such a great place in a good area. Easy to around, especially into town and short walk from local currency exchange and local supermarkets. Don’t be put off by the small areas of construction nearby (they’re probably finished now, I hope!). It’s a quiet vibrant hotel and it just made our stay in Split a great experience. We were out everyday, in the heat, but always looked forward to getting back to the hotel like it was home. Thanks Marvie for the wonderful time and memories, even now 2 years later!

stayed at Marvie Hotel for one night, and it was a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. The hotel offers everything I imagine a luxury stay should have. My room was beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean, and had a lovely view. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Another great advantage was the wellness area, which is included in the price of the stay. Unfortunately, the weather in Split was not very good during my visit, but thanks to the excellent spa and wellness facilities, I was still able to enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay. The rich breakfast buffet, also included in the price, offered a wide selection of fresh and delicious food and was the perfect start to the day. The entire hotel has a calm, elegant atmosphere, and every detail reflects high quality and comfort. I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return the next time I visit Split. I highly recommend Marvie Hotel to anyone looking for outstanding accommodation and first-class service. 10/10. Hvala vam na prekrasnom gostoprimstvu. Sigurno ću se ponovno vratiti! 🇭🇷
