Hotel President Solin

The hotel is beautiful, and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is lovely and peaceful, while still having restaurants, shops and things to do nearby, with easy access to public transport. It's a great choice for families. The pools were amazing, and we really enjoyed the live music, which created a lovely atmosphere. The only downside was the hotel room bathroom. The shower head was quite small, and it was difficult to get the water temperature right—it always seemed to be either too hot or too cold. The shower and bath jets also weren't very practical, as water leaked outside because the shower screen didn't fully enclose the bath. But loved the double sinks and large space to get ready. House keeping and all staff were so amazing and appreciated all their hard work- they all made are stay so lovely, showing us how to get public transport, checking if we needed anything and were all very approachable. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great location with view and superb spacious and clean rooms. The staff is impeccable and very friendly. And ,not the least, the pool and sauna and the fitness zone are super and available from morning till late evening. I was their guest twice this year and I felt wonderful.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay very much, with great cocktails, excellent service, and amazing housekeeping. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful, with such an elegant and classy atmosphere that we were genuinely amazed from the moment we arrived. This is truly a place we would love to revisit. 5/5, very satisfied. Ramiz and the other bartenders were excellent, and we are hoping to see them again soon. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.

Think twice before booking! If you are looking for an UNPLEASANT stay in a five star hotel, this is where you should come! 1. NO WARM SHOWER WATER + BROKEN AIR CONDITIONER -> guests are forced to accept the bad facility during the stay! 2. POOR SERVICE and USELESS RESPONSE from staff We were expecting for basic service and facility from a hotel, but it seems that these do not exist here. We found out our air conditioner did not work and asked the staff for help. She came and confirmed it was broken but refused to provide us a new room. All she kept saying was “I understand.” and SHE INSISTED THAT WE GO ALONG WITH THE NON-WORKING AIR CONDITIONER. No solving, no compensation. Her management was questioned. She did not solve any problem but left the problem to the customer. It was like asking the customer to accept purchasing a defective product and the manufacturer refused to be responsible for the issue. This is not acceptable! Moreover, the shower water was COLD. We were not the only case of cold shower, our friends in other three rooms had the same problem. All we received was an excuse of “no one can fix it now” from the staff. We strongly suggest this five-star hotel, Hotel President Solin, to enforce your staff training and hotel facilities. Or else more innocent guests will be affected.
