The Rock N Soul Ultimate Live Show in Myrtle Beach was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment the show began, I was completely entertained. Johnny Blaze is an incredible performer with unmatched energy, charisma, and passion. His high-energy stage presence kept the audience engaged throughout the entire performance. What made this show truly special was not only the outstanding music but also the educational aspect. I loved learning about the history of music and the origins of many of the songs and musical styles that have shaped today's music. The storytelling added depth and meaning to the performance, making it both entertaining and informative. Admission Fee: Worth every penny. Length of Visit: Perfect length—long enough to fully enjoy the experience without feeling rushed. Atmosphere: Fun, exciting, and uplifting. The performers created a welcoming environment that had everyone smiling, singing along, and enjoying themselves. Crowd Size: Comfortable and engaging, allowing everyone to feel connected to the show. Staff: Friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish. Best For: Music lovers, families, couples, tourists, and anyone who enjoys live entertainment with a blend of music history and outstanding performances. My only suggestion would be to include more female singers in the production. The talent on stage was exceptional, and adding more female vocalists would make an already fantastic show even better. Overall, this was one of the best live shows I have seen in Myrtle Beach. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable evening of music, entertainment, and musical history!

My wife and I had originally purchased tickets to see the Motown Tribute show. We arrived late and weren’t granted entry to the theatre. I contacted the theatre operator the following day (purchased tickets direct) and requested a credit as they will not refund… read the fine print. I applaud the operator for working with me and granting us access to the next night’s show “Rock & Soul”. Unfortunately we did really enjoy the show even though we were familiar with all the featured artist and songs. At least we didn’t lose our ticket investment but think the Motown show would have been more enjoyable for us?

We loved the show. The cast was awesome. They can really sing. John, Joe and JR, were great. We learned a lot of musical history. The crowd was fun and lively. It was interactive. To support the cast and the show it is better to order directly from: gtstheatre.com. Make sure you are early. Don't be late, they stop admitting guest 10 mins before the shore. Atmosphere was awesome.

It was a fun experience. The entertainers were amazing singers and made it a fun time. They got the audience involved with the show. It was a 2 hour show with a 15 minute intermission. It was a very fun atmosphere with a lot to watch. The crowd size was small but very much into the show.

We saw Motown last year and enjoyed it so much that we came back this year for Rock and Soul! The singers were all very talented ! Amazing singers! They all worked very hard to include the audience. Reasonably priced and wonderful to support a company that is not a huge corporation.

We expected more for the price. This is a very low budget, low tech, small venue. No live instruments like drums or guitar, just singing along with the tracks.

When you see the theater, you wonder what you've gotten into, but this was our second time at GTS, and we have had a blast each time! Our only complaint is that they don't offer alcohol!

This is our 4th show at GTS Theater and we were not disappointed! The performers are talented, engaging with the audience, and the show brings back many memories with the performance! Well worth the cost of the ticket.

Buy tickets direct from GTS for best price. Listen to directions on phone message. Maps takes us to a back alley. Signage is poor & not lit.

Great performances by all the singers. Skits and music thru the 50s to the 80's were done. The performers came into the audience and everyone participated in the music and skits. The place was Rockin'

Great show! Musical show through the 60's through 80's! GTS provides the best shows in Myrtle Beach. Talented singers and the small venue makes for a great exoerience! Interactive experience!

It was absolutely wonderful. I would recommend everyone go, it well worth your money and time. The cast engaged the audience making them feel appreciated and part the show.

What a great show , excellent talent ... A must see show . Had people dancing in the aisles ! Loved how they involved the audience and made them part of the entertainment.

Not a very good show. We only had 15 or 16 people, one couple left during the middle of the first half, we left at the break. The Elvis impersonator was not good at all. No dancing in the background, looks like an unorganized show. I have seen better high school performances. Will not go back to see this nor would I recommend it

The show was not at all as expected. It was very slow moving and more of a mini play. The person that impersonated Elvis was not good. He was young and did not have the professional stage presence. Unfortunately, there were only 15 people in the audience on a Thursday evening. Therefore, when they asked for audience participation. It was not good. Would definitely not go back for this show. I’ve been there previously and saw other shows that blew are minds.

We’ve seen about 4 shows over as many years when we come here. GTS always has a good show! Small, intimate, and really good hard working talent. We saw the Rock & Soul revue this time around and was very well done with music from the 50’s through today. Something for everyone. Great job!!

This was the second show I’ve seen at this theater. It was a lot of fun. They go through the decades by acting out roles and singing lots of upbeat songs from each decade. There were six people in the show and between costume changes, their lines, their songs and some interacting with the audience, they had a ton to do and they all worked hard to do it. Great show and a fun family event.

FUN! FUN! FUN! Our party of four had a fantastic evening. Make reservations. It is a small intimate theater. We found this to be great value on our limited budget.

VERY TALENTED group of performers! The guy who did the young Elvis did AMAZING!! And I am an Elvis enthusiast, I’ve heard a few dozen 50s 60s Elvis’s and his was by far the best! The rest of the group was amazing too! The guy with the sunglasses heavily reminded me of Elwood Blues in the best way possible! The girls were crazy good! The place was filled with old people and I LOVED IT and I’m 16 I was the youngest one there but I LOVE 50s -80s music and I don’t mind rockin out with old people! DEFINITELY one of the best shows in Myrtle Beach!!!

Really enjoyed this show. All the performers were great! Loved all the different decades. My daughter’s a HUGE Elvis fan and was very impressed with the young Elvis! Highly recommend!

The show was fun and entertaining but not great. We enjoyed listening to the songs from the 50s, 60s, 70s & 80s, and in fact sang along. The singers even dressed to the era, changing for each one. Sometimes they were actually out of tune or missed ques. Unfortunately, there was a lightening and thunder storm during the performance which effected the sound and then it was too loud. But overall we enjoyed the evening.

Excellent show. Wonderful talent. Help this theatre by sharing it with family and friends. A small and intimate theatre.

My daughter and I Had A wonderful time at the Rock N Soul Revue tonight!!! Everyone was wonderful ! The performers were great and interacted with the crowd. The manager was nice and helpful. It was upbeat and everyone seemed to enjoy being there!!! Will definitely be returning!!!!

Show was absolutely amazing great atmosphere very kind staff and show was very active had us all wanting to get up and dance great show loved it all ❤️

Educational, historical, fun, dancey, got my granma moving and maybe crying, all the singer have pipes!! The venue feel like a fun local theatre.

When we first arrived, the outside of the place looked like a Wild West stage. However, when the theatre doors opened, it was on and cracking!!!

Great show, small venue so every seat had a good view of the show. High energy and great interaction with the cast. Easy to get the tickets, venue easy to find and parking was also very easy.

Such a fun and upbeat show. Great music and lots of memories. Every seat in the house is great in this intimate, cabaret style theater. We will definitely be back.

Attended this show on what we understood to be opening night. Easy to find. They were very organized and the theatre was small so there was no bad seat in the place. The performers interacted with the audience which was nice. There was one performer who brought the whole row behind us up on stage so they could dance. There was a little storyline to the show. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because I was not big on them comparing hits by white vs black or black vs white. To me I don’t care but this was referenced throughout the show. At the very end they look into the future to 2025 and played a song. They could have played a couple tunes. At the very end the performers came out and talked to everyone and took pictures. Very wonderful staff! Would I go and see it again yes!

You’ll have a good time singing along and there isn’t a bad seat at the GTS Theatre. If you’re in the mood why don’t you come dressed up for the evening. 50’s would be nice or come as your favorite hippie. If that don’t suit cha wear some disco fashions. Be sure to bring your dancing shoes.

Really fun show with lots of variety and very talented performers. Fast moving and a soundtrack I haven’t heard in a while but was singing along to every song
