We rented a pontoon boat from Outside Hilton Head for 4 hours and had so much fun! The boat was equipped with everything that you needed including a GPS, a bluetooth speaker and a cooler with ice, The boat was very nice and easy to operate. Chris at Outside Hilton Head knows how to treat customers and made our experience that much better. He was great! We will definitely be renting from them again.

Wonderful experience renting the luxury pontoon! I had six friends visiting from different parts of the country and we agreed that this was by far the best event of the long weekend. Navigating was easy and one of us with previous boating experience captained our vessel. We did anchor down and swim a bit but the currents were strong so we didn’t stay for long. The dolphins put on a beautiful “show” for us which added to the overall experience. All together it was a fun 3 hours and we’d definitely do it again!

What a great time! So worth it! Kids had a blast jumping off the boat and swimming in the sound. Best day of the vacation so far! No question! Staff was so awesome. Full rundown on how to use the boat. Clear directions on where to go and where to find little hideaways. Would highly recommend and do it again!

We were in town visiting friends and decided, with not much notice, that we wanted to do a boat rental and they recommended Outside Hilton. We had a great time and would definitely use them again.

We had a great experience from start to finish with this company. Shannon was helpful and patient with all my questions in the rental reservation process and Wirth, and the team at the dock, went over everything we needed to know and be mindful of while out on the water and Alexis was really helpful with timing questions while we were out on the water. We couldn't have asked for better weather and saw loads of dolphins. We're planning another trip back in November and plan to do another rental and hopefully one of their kayak tours. Highly recommend!

We had a party of 9 and they mostly all signed up already. This did not help at check in which was a bit haphazard. We got on the boat late. I would recommend calling a few days before to make sure they have all the names/waivers for your party. Otherwise, once on all went well (one of our party is experienced boater). We had a great day on the water!

Great experience from start to finish! Grace explained everything really well in advance of our rental and she was a pleasure to work with. The boat was in excellent condition, and easy to operate. We did a 2 hour rental and would have extended but the weather turned rainy on us. We went out to Harbor town and then to Daufuskie Island…and literally had dozens of dolphins within a few feet of the boat frolicking and giving us a show! Truly this may become a yearly part of our annual HHI vacation. We’ve been coming to HHI for 25 years and never did a boat rental but we highly recommend it. We were staying near Shelter Cove so looked at another boat rental company but decided on this one because they didn’t charge extra for the fuel. We are really glad we decided on this company because our experience could not have been better! 10/10

Our party rented a pontoon boat, which was ready for us when we checked in. The staff member (Dylan) we worked with was very friendly and helpful. I've already recommended to others to visit Outside Hilton Head for SUPs, kayaks, and renting pontoon boats.

We rented a pontoon boat for a two hour period. The staff was super nice and helpful, got us checked out on the boat and away we went. The boat was a beautiful new 12 person rig with a bimini top and 115HP motor. The location at the Shelter Cove marina is very nice and very convenient.

We rented a pontoon boat for a three hour trip for the second time this month. We had nine people including a 8 month old and the boat was perfect. We had shade for those that wanted it and sun for those that preferred to tan. Our second trip was 4 adults and a bit more relaxing. On both trips we had time to cruise Broad Creek out to the Calibogue Sound and then explore. Three hours worked well for us and we would have needed a bathroom stop to be out any longer or at least a dip in the water. The pontoon boat is comfortable, plenty fast, and easy to operate. The check-in and dock staff were great, helpful, and welcoming. Remember water, sunscreen, towels, and something to munch on if you are out for any length of time. We saw a number of dolphin on our first trip and a slew of dolphin on the second trip as well as lots of pelicans, We wholeheartedly recommend Outside Hilton Head for water adventures.

This was our 5th time renting with Outside , perfect for a family boating day . We enjoy this every year and one of our favorite days.

Fantastic excursion for our family! This was our 5th pontoon ride, and we always book evenings for beautiful sunsets and awesome dolphin sightings. This year we also saw a huge sea turtle! The boats are spacious, modern, and clean. This is a MUST DO for everyone, especially families.

We rented a pontoon boat to enjoy a three tour of the local waters with visiting family. We saw dolphins, checked out homes along Broad Creek and the Calibogue Sound. The rental process was easy and the staff were great! The boat was comfortable for the 9 of us and had no problem with light chop on the sound. I highly recommend this rental for those wanting a relaxing tour in our beautiful local waters.

We rented 2 pontoons and took our staff and their families out for a day trip to Daufuskie and the sand bar - we ended up with 12 on each boat. Everyone had an amazing time!

We had a great experience renting a pontoon boat from Outside Hilton Head. Booking was easy, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the boat was clean and well maintained. We took it to Daufuskie Island and had lunch on the island. It took a little longer than we expected to get to the island, as there are a lot of no wake areas, but it was a beautiful day so we just enjoyed the ride. We would not hesitate to book again with Outside Hilton Head.

Easy to reserve. Plenty of availability. Boat looked almost new. Nicer than other pontoons we have rented from other places. All the employees were helpful and friendly.

Captain Dirk made our boat trip the best experience for each of us. We saw dolphins, went fishing, tubing, kayaking and had a wonderful time. He was knowledgeable, calm and the perfect guide for our day. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely fantastic experience. We brought our family including our 2 kids, ages 12 and 13. 5 of us in total. Captain John was amazing! Gave us so much history of the area and the surrounding tides. We saw dolphins all over on the way out. The fishing spots were just great. He was so encouraging to all of us and we caught so many fish! Our 12 year old caught the biggest fish, and he let him reel it in all by himself! Highly recommend this experience. So well organized, Captain John was friendly and knowledgeable, and we had the time of our lives!

We rented a pontoon boat for 3 hours to go around Broad Creek and out around Daufuskie Island area. The weather wasn't great on our initial planned date, but Outside Hilton Head called us and offered to reschedule if we could so we could enjoy better weather, and we appreciated their flexibility. We went out another day. The boat operated with no issues, everything was ready to go when we arrived to check-in, and they assisted us with docking on return. Fuel was included in the rental price which isn't with the other company operating out of Shelter Cove. Very enjoyable day, got to see a few dolphins and get outside even though it was a little cold during our visit. Will rent from Outside Hilton Head again next visit - got exactly what we expected and desired!
