We had an amazing time on the CreekCat boats. It was a blast!! Our guides were fun and gave us some good info on the area and wildlife. We did get quite wet but it was worth it !!

Easy to find and they did a good job.
Lots of fun on the water perfect amount of time boat is super easy to operate Michael was super informative and helpful
We got lucky: it was just my boyfriend and me on the tour…and the weather was great! Greg did a great job showing us around the island and I throughly enjoyed seeing dolphins feed and winding through the section of the river that could only be accessed during high tide!
What an incredible excursion with Lowcountry Watersports! Both gentlemen were outstanding and went above and beyond to make the journey unforgettable. Their educational narrations along the route were both engaging and informative, making this a truly memorable experience.I highly recommend this excursion to anyone looking for a remarkable adventure. The combination of beautiful scenery, fascinating history, and exceptional hospitality created an experience I will never forget. Low-country Water-sports, you truly have two extraordinary employees who take great pride in representing your company. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine passion for what they do were evident throughout the entire excursion. They are a tremendous asset to your team and played a significant role in making this experience so enjoyable and memorable.
Awesome premise. Love the idea of riding our own small motorboat you get to operate.. It Was a bit disappointing though. I thought we would go a long way. I don't think we went the full 25 miles. The guide was fantastic. It just lacked excitement.
Loved this experience and the STAFF at Lowcountry was so informative! We got rained out and they hooked us up with a second try on a different day. I highly recommend this excursion. 5 STARS out of 5!!
All 4 of us had a great time. Guides were very good. Coming back to Hilton Head next Spring this is a must do!
Great time on the water. Definitely wear your swim suits, you are getting wet. It was a great time and on our trip we saw many groups of dolphins.
What a great way to spend 2+ hours scoping out the river wildlife. Greg and Willie were fantastic guides. Greg gave us a good historical overview of the area. We took the 3:30 tour, water was a little choppy, which made for a super wet ride.
Great experience! The check-in was very organized. Caden was a fabulous guide. He was fun and provided great history information about the island. You will get a bit wet but it was great experience and a great way to see the island.
Would have been better if pointed out more wildlife
Very enjoyable..but they do actually weigh you so make sure under 250 lbs..we saw dolphins and it was fun to be in your own boat
We love the Craig Cats. We saw a few dolphins, went fast, got plenty wet and generally had a great time. The only reason this trip is not getting 5 stars is because we ran out of gas. 🫤 We were given the trailer guide's Zodiac...which while faster, but was not as much fun. I mean, you can't see out the front because the nose sticks too far in the air. And we had to keep pace with the group, so being faster was not on the menu, anyway. Not my fave for sure. OH. And then ANOTHER in our group ran out of gas. They had to be towed by the lead guide's speed boat. THAT was a slow go. We were about 15 minutes from the end of the tour as we puttered back to base. We laughed and had a good time nonetheless. We'll go again...and ask if they did a gas pre-check before leaving the base next time!
Pretty awesome experience. You will get wet! You will get lots of sun. I would definitely recommend 👌🏽
Paula and Jason are great tour guides. Be sure to book with them!! They are informative, kind, and helpful. I sure hope to book with them again!!
The Creek Cat tour was great fun. Our tour guides were entertaining, knowledgeable, and safety minded.
The guys where awesome 👌. Thanks had a blast.
You will have a great time! The view from the water is great! The staff did a wonderful job taking care of us and explaining details about the area.
Confirmed my trip and charged me the day before only to cancel later that day.
If you are adventurous and don't mind getting wet, this tour should be a must-do activity. We had a ton of fun!
If you enjoy being on the water, this is for you. Be prepared to get wet. There were several dolphins breaching close by.
There were 9 of us and we all had a great time. Guides were great ! Highly recommend.
It was an amazing experience. The captains were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly with taking us out on the water. Saw dolphins 5 feet from our boat. We will definitely be back. I’d highly recommend doing this.
Went with Lowcountry Water Sports for the Guided Creek Cat Tour, and they were really nice and it is well run. We were two couples, so had two boats. (One drives the other holds on and screams, lol or takes pictures.} Super fun. Branden was our tour guide and gave good direction as we went under a bridge through marsh grass and around points of interest. Bob followed in a boat behind the line of us and kept watch for safety. Highly recommend. We would do it again next time we come.
The creek cats were awesome for the whole family! We went with a big group (4 kids, 5 adults), and it was fun for all ages. The tour guide was amazing. While there were rough waters, the guide pivoted nicely and we saw many parts of the island. It was fun and informative. I would recommend this tour for all ages!
Great time on the boat. Got to drive through several lake areas
This was such a cool experience. Both our kids, 6 and 8, loved it too. We saw several dolphins, learned about Dafuskie and Haig Island, learned about the spartina grass and about oysters water filtration. 10/10 recommend.
Fun few hours on the water. Guides were friendly and informative. If you have never experienced Craig Cats, you will love them.
Organized updates by text after reservation made. Directions clear to site. Tour guides jake and max were polite and efficient. Fun time. Do it
Great fun! Though not sure I would recommend if I was pregnant. Lots of waves that land hard as you cross the ocean. .
My 5 y/o son and I went for the first time and had a blast!! Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a good time!!
Brian and Jack were great guides. They were very patient with getting everyone feeling comfortable driving the boat. Jack was very informative about things on the island. They were able for us to get close to several dolphins pods. It was a lot of fun. I am 75 and was nervous about the trip but it was a lot of fun.
Tour was shorter than two hours
Such a fun activity on the water! Loved that my 5 and 8 year old were old enough and comfortable. Super sweet tour guides that have a great expertise of the water and kept us safe with no worries. This isn't a boring slow stroll on the water, a great balance of adventure with great guides to make it easy and safe.
Wow what a great experience and time with our family. 6 of us went on Sunday with Jack and Jack as our guides and I have never laughed so hard. My mom (76), daughters and boyfriends all enjoyed the experience. I would suggest bathing suits and swimming goggles (seriously). Will do this again.
This is a great experience. I was in HHI with friends. I am usually there with my family and our small children so we’ve never checked out the river cats.. I think Low Country Watersports does a great job with all their experiences. Brenden and Jack were great guides. I’d love to spend a little more time in the smaller rivers and less time in the sound, as the sound is a bit bouncy. Great experience though.
Great family fun and adventure! Prepare to be very wet and don’t wear your favorite hat….it may not stay on your head when you are speeding and jumping wave on the ocean! My granddaughters, son and I all had a great time. Jack the guide gave us a lot of information about the Island along the way. We saw a Dolphin and I saw an oyster farm for the first time. This is a great activity for all adventurous people!
This was a great experience. Much more so, than just being a passenger on some tour boat. The guides also give you an opportunity to open the throttle up on these little water craft and you can progress at a pretty rapid clip. One word of warning. You do get wet as you zip over some waves, so it is best to wear a swim suit and sandals in lieu of shoes when going on this adventure.
The Creek Cat Tour was lots of fun. Their boats were fast, but stable even in choppy waters. Our tour guide took us on a serpentine route past marsh grasses and thru open water, where we saw dolphins swimming near our boats. We were glad we took this tour in warm weather, because we got pretty soaked when we hit some waves we encountered. We're glad we took this tour.
Great experience! Recommend that Dad‘s and sons do this together when they’re at Hilton head
As an older couple, the water splashed in our eyes, so wear sunglasses or eye protection. Be sure and wear your swimsuit and a towel for your car seat on the way home. Do not bring cooler or beach bag not much room only for keys, wallet things like that in your boat.
The whole experience is a blast. The boats are amazing, the guide was really good, actually there were two of them and they were both really good. At times it was terrifying and at times it was exhilarating, but we had a lot of fun. There were times that the water was really choppy and we got a little air time so if you’re 70 years old with a heart condition, I wouldn’t recommend it. But if you’re in for a thrill and some beautiful scenery and some really cool excitement than this is your deal.
We had fun! Something different than normal excursions. Wear stuff you don’t mind getting wet! Would do again.
We had a great time! The tour was so much fun, and our guides were awsome—friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. At one point we got stuck in the grass and they were very quick to help get us unstuck without any trouble. They made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. We highly recommend this adventure to anyone looking for a thrill!
Awesome experience! Fun facts given throughout tour when we stopped and linked up together. Went around many islands and went fast enough to lose a hat! Great time.
Fun, organized, safe & easy to do. We had a blast. 5 of us, 3 drivers and 1 person was solo. The only thing I can think of to improve the experience would be for the guides to take a bunch pictures and post them for guests to download.
This was the best experience ever for me and my boyfriend. I felt safe and had an absolute blast! We had 3 guides who were friendly and knowledgable and we enjoyed every minute of it. Seeing Hilton Head from the perspective of the ocean in the creek cat was amazing!
Tour guide was great (friendly and very knowledgeable). Boats were nice, easy to drive and plenty fast enough. Saw many dolphins and covered a good part of the local Hilton Head area.
This was well worth it! It was a lot of fun to drive the creek cat and see the nature of Hilton Head Island during one activity. My twenty year old boys and I had a blast! Our guides Braden/Brandon (?) were knowledgeable and professional , Great time !
