Hilton Head Guided Pedego Electric Bike Tour

We had a fantastic e-bike tour with Outside Hilton Head! Lynne was an excellent guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. As a retired science teacher, she shared so many interesting facts about the local environment, wildlife, and area history along the way. The e-bikes were easy to use, and the tour was both fun and informative. We highly recommend this tour and would gladly book with Lynne again!

Overall a nice time. That said for the price paid, we would have preferred to cover a little more ground/ time on the e-bikes over receiving frequent and lengthy nature viewing/lecture breaks.

We had a wonderful e-bike tour of Hilton Head Island! It ended up being just me and my wife, which made for a very personalized experience. Wendy was our guide, and she did a fantastic job. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared a lot of interesting information about the island throughout the ride. The Pedego e-bikes were easy and fun to ride, and the tour was a great way to see the area and learn about its history and highlights. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hilton Head!

I enjoyed everything with Wayne being our tour guide. I’m super thankful we didn’t leave the meeting point exactly at 9 because I was running Uber late. Wayne was super duper friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the area and animal life. My bike had an issue and he was able to quickly fix it so I could rejoin the tour. I highly recommend this experience with Wayne as the tour guide!

Lynn Walker was professional and knowledgeable! She thoroughly explained how to ride the electric bikes, which we had never done before. Although it has been years since we rode bikes together, Lynn was incredibly patient and explained the routes and impending crossings in detail. Such a great experience! Lynn, our instructor was superb, gracious and an expert in navigating e-bikes for us novice riders. My husband and I had never used an e-bike and felt super confident after Lynn’s tutorial. She was also very knowledgeable and hosted a great tour of wildlife and history of HHI Time and money -well spent!!! Thank you SO much!

Best way to get an overview of the island. Guide was so knowledgeable on the fascinating history and wildlife of the island. Bikes were so much fun to ride. It was a blast and our guide really made the experience great. Loved it!

Our guide, Lynn was very experienced and a great guide. She practiced “safety first” and brought us to some areas of Hilton Head we had not visited before. She is also a wonderful naturalist - explaining about the local birds and vegetation.

Lynn was excellent!!! She was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Lynn was also very patient and made sure we had a good handle of the bikes before we started. The route she took us was scenic and we saw lots of wildlife. We will definitely rebook a tour with Lynn next time in HH. Hopefully this time we can experience the underpass route. 😊

Harriet Pollitzer was able to explain so much historical data of the areas we went. Perfect amount of breaks and things to see. we were able to get comfortable on the bikes pretty quickly. Worth every penny!

This tour was a must do! We toured so much of the island, places that were hidden gems. The tour guide was awesome! So knowledgeable about the island, nature and marine life. She brought binoculars to see the different birds. We were so excited to see the Roseate spoonbill.

We had an excellent e-bike tour today! Beautiful weather and scenery, a knowledgeable guide, and the perfect length of time. Even saw a gator! Perfect way to get the lay of the land with the added bonus of some exercise. Highly recommend.

It was a bit chilly for these Florida folks (51 at the start!) but we had a terrific tour with Lynn! It was a beautiful morning and we learned so much about the island. She is incredibly knowledgeable and willing to answer all our questions. Highly recommend!

We could not have asked for a better personalized bike tour of HHI. Our guide was Lynn Walker & she gave us a great history lesson of the area, behind the scenes places to go from dog parks to beaches, interesting information on the waterways, and the wildlife in the area. Since we had never operated e-bikes before, Lynn gave us great instructions & practice time to ensure we were comfortable prior to our tour. She offered ample places to stop & rest, take photos, rehydrate, and the pace gave a good workout, yet comfortable in the heat/humidity during our ride. Our experience gave us great pictures & lasting memories of a great time. I highly recommend this as a fun to-do activity during your stay at HHI. Our expectations were low to medium. WOW - were we wrong!!! Our 2-hour tour with LYNN was fabulous. We were up, safely and confidently biking in a short time. Lynn had us at the beach and the marsh areas. She shared stories and knowledge. Most importantly we felt safe. If you’re leery about whether or not to do this tour, DO IT!! THANKS LYNN!

We did a 2-hour biking tour of the Palmetto Bluff community and it was just wonderful. We learned a lot about the history of the area, and a great deal about plants and birds and general Lowcountry trivia. We stopped occasionally for water breaks or photo opps. But still did plenty of cycling. Harriet was our tour guide and she is a little dynamo! Good infectious fun!

We did an electric bike tour of HHI with Lynn as our tour guide. She has an extensive knowledge of the island and shared it with us. Told us about the turtles nesting, how they swim into the ocean, etc. Then I mentioned alligators and she showed us one. My husband and I enjoyed the tour.
