I personally feel this was not worth the money. The amount you pay you expect a decent entree not a burger. When I see entree I think meal. Yes a burger can be a meal but I was thinking more along the side of an actual meal. You can't even pick out any burger its only specific ones. They give about 7 choice options to pick from a list and then a yucky brownie for dessert only. You can tell they are fozen and thawed. You are better off just ordering from the actual menu when you go and it would be a lot cheaper than this deal. Not worth the cost at all. We were very dissatisfied. But now we know!!

Had a great time! Food was awesome, burgers and ribs were the best! Krystina and her partner (sorry don't remember her name) gave us great service. The manager Katherine was so friendly! We will be back!
We had a lovely experience at the Hard Rock Cafe in Myrtle Beach. Our server Maddie was wonderful. She was attentive without being overbearing. Also the hostess was extremely sweet and helpful (I wish I had taken her name.). The food was hot and very good. We’ll definitely be back.
We always love a visit to the Hard Rock Cafe wherever we are visiting. The food and drinks were good and we always visit their store to get more Hard Rock Cafe shirts.
This location is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Do not get worried if you can’t find it right off. Park and go into the inner side of the shapping area. The Hard Rock and many more are just inside. We drove around for 25 min and almost left because you can’t always tell where things are. The staff at the Hard Rock were so helpful to let us know how to get there.
Have not been here in a few years. There wasn’t much memorabilia in the building. The music was some sort of new age emo sounds. The atmosphere was horrible. The menu had very few options.
Didn't think the food choices were worth the money paid. The food was good but very expensive. The brownie option for desert was horrible. The servers were amazing.
The food was delicious, the staff friendly and knowledgeable, would go back if that way again. Loved the displays
We stopped to get a new city tee. The design is changed every couple of years. It had been 4 yrs since we were there. We didn’t have time to stop in the cafe. The person in the Rock Shop was very friendly and knowledgeable . She showed us the city tee and the other special tees that were currently available . She also told us about the purchase specials. We told her when we were there last there was someone that tie dyed the t-shirt if you had time to pick it up the next day. She told us it was her but right now there wasn’t any time for her to be able to do that. We told her about a different way to tie dye using ice . She hadn’t heard of that but would check it out. It was a very pleasant experience and she made sure we knew how to access the survey to get the $5 coupon for a future purchase.
Food was good, they did get kinda busy so it took a while. We were supposed to go on AA different night, but the power went out for a couple of blocks in that area. So we had to switch to a Friday
The restaurant is really nice inside, and has a nice bar area. The staff service is good, the food is ok, nothing special. The prices are a little high, the smash burger was ok, the flame boiled taste was too strong , same with the chicken sandwich. The fries were good. Nice store as you walk out.
What a terrible experience, i made a reservation two weeks in advance. I wanted to go here because it has a great atmosphere, a band and is considered a great experience in the main dining area, instead they stick me in a small room with an eleavatorw with just a few tables. I complained to the manager that walk in diners were in the main dining room while we had a reservation and were in a crappy area, he said sorry and that he couldn’t do anything. Never again, our server was great though.
I went to the Hard Rock in Boston years ago and had a great experience, so we decided to try the Hard Rock during our family vacation to Myrtle Beach. It was a very disappointing experience. Food - Two of us got the legendary burgers, and they were amazing. Absolutely delicious, and good portion of fries. Two of us got the Tupelo chicken dinners, and they were extremely disappointing. We expected actual chicken tenders, but what we received were the size of a jumbo shrimp, with literally 12 fries on the plate. My husband joked that he got the kid size portion. The pepperoni pizza tasted like a frozen pizza I could have made at home. Kids - My children were happy with their pizza and chicken dinners, but they did not receive their free toys that were supposed to come with their meals. Atmosphere - We loved the rock and roll memorabilia. We did not love being harassed to buy extras the whole time we were there. We didn't even get in the door when the girl took our pictures with a guitar. We just wanted to eat. Turns out we could have gotten a few 4x6 photos for $80. No way. We had just sat down when a man approached our table and offered to make balloon characters for the kids...for a tip of course. The waiter made sure to tell us before we even ordered our drinks to check out the gift shop while we were there. After we finished eating, my daughter went to check out the gift shop and the others were standing there waiting for her. We were approached by 6 people who worked there to ask us if we wanted to go in the gift shop, did we know there is a gift shop, look at that guitar - there is a magnet like it in the gift shop. We finally just went outside to get away from them. It was very annoying and turned us off immediately. In summary, the burgers were great. However, we paid a lot of money just to be unhappy with our other food, and to be nickle and dimed to buy stuff the whole time we were there. We will not go back.
The food was good the service was excellent. We don't eat there often when we are in town but it was a good time. The server was extremely attentive, you couldn't have asked for better service. Kyanna was so welcoming and helpful. Thank you for such a good time.
Wonderful food and wonderful staff would definitely go again !! Great music playing food was hot and tasty
Always a go-to for us if we are in a tourist area where they have a Hard Rock Cafe. Drinks are always delicious as well as the nachos. Also had the Margherita flatbread which was delicious. Tried the boneless wings for the first time, not a fan, so will be sticking with the traditional wings in the future. Service was great
Horrible I waited 30 minutes just for them to tell me they could not accommodate me. I purchased this voucher and paid days before. The voucher states that they don’t accept reservations so I didn’t make one. We get to the restaurant and the staff not only ignored me for 20 minutes but ten minutes later Drew asked me to to see my voucher three times and then voiced to his managers over his earpiece that I didn’t have a reservation. I was turned away. Unacceptable because I paid $128 and got no dinner.
Nasty filthy reasturant. Food poisoning is guaranteed at this place. Filthy location. My whole family got sick because of there cleanliness.
Our group of 20 decided we wanted to go here at the last minute on a Saturday and they were able to accommodate us. Our server was great. She was friendly and didn't seem overwhelmed, even confirming that we were the largest group she ever had. The food was good. I ordered a burger medium well, and it came out very pink. I ate it and didn't complain because I knew it wasn't her fault and we had a large group. The atmosphere is fun and definitely worth looking around after you eat, if it's not super packed.
Seated immediately by very friendly and informative hostess. Marc was our amazing and attentive server; and the food, service and atmosphere was awesome. Then we went to the gift shop where Sara was so nice and extremely helpful with our selections. Be sure to check out their fantastic deals!!!! Great overall experience...will definitely go back!
Stopped for lunch … although the waitress was a tad snarky with my husband, the food was very good! I got chicken wings which were big and meaty and a salad that had very good dressing!
Amazing burgers! Great drinks.. Awesome atmosphere. I love this place and can't wait to come again. Also very clean and polite and professional service.
Great food, but not sure why we were charged a fee of $3.99 non alcoholic fee and we did not purchase a alcoholic drink. But the food was great.
Despite having three tables with 14 children, with their parents at anther table, JB never missed a beat in providing us with excellent service. His personality is warm and witty and fits the Hard Rock environment. Although this is our first visit to Myrtle Beach, we have visited Hard Rocks in multiple countries. JB made our experience here most memorable. Connie M.
The Hard Rock Cafe is always on our list . We love to wonder about and enjoy rock memorabilia. We had the steak and chicken fajitas The service was good and the meals good.
Went to this location twice, once for personal and once for business from a conference my wife was attending. On the personal night, there was karaoke and it was taken over by a girl's softball team and a boy's baseball team. Both were having fun with various levels of success. We each had burgers, both were good, as usual. Service was great.
We were greeted by our server shortly after we sat down and he asked if the kitchen needed to be aware of any food allergies. My daughter has a peanut/treenut allergy but can be embarrassed when I bring it up so having the server ask made the situation much easier. I informed him of the allergy and he said someone would come talk to us to about it. He took our drink order and a staff member came to our table to get more information about her allergy and told us they normally don’t have any items with peanuts/treenuts but there were two special items not typically on the menu that she should avoid. The staff handled this quickly and professionally without making my daughter feel embarrassed. The way the Hard Rock handled this should be the model for all restaurants. Some people don’t like bringing attention to their allergies so having the staff ask is a huge plus. We both ordered burgers and fries and they were fantastic. We also ordered dessert which was big enough to share. Our server was polite and professional. Going to the shop was also fun. Overall our experience was incredibly positive in terms of food, service, and atmosphere.
Waitress was amazing! Made my dads bday special! When I presented my Viator voucher felt like a lesser than “oh these are given to people by the resorts” um not me I PAID to give my dad a VIP experience and felt like I was lesser than for buying a pkg. limited menu should be told when you buy to make an informed decision pretty embarrassing when your told onion ring are an upgrade and will cost more when that’s what my dad wanted. If your selling a VIP pkg do t treat people like they are just cheap stakes. Souviners all overpriced and had issue just getting the shot drink that was suppose to come with my shot. Live music and waitress were the best part!!!
Absolutely Loved and Enjoyed everything . My Family loved the server and we enjoyed ourselves Great experience !!
None of the servers seemed happy to be there. No smiles, no energy, nothing you would expect. Mediocre service at best. At 6pm there were several empty tables. The food portions were much smaller than the last time we were here. Also, my $20 burger looked to be the same size as my child's $9 burger. I wouldn't recommend going to this HRC.
HRC is exactly what you'd expect. Fast environment, music, dark lighting, music memorabilia. Seating arrangements from booths, benches and bar seating. Lots of options inside, upstairs and outside. Service was really great. Very attentive staff. Frequently stopped to check on us. Food was quite good. Our party ordered a wide variety of dishes which was nice to explore different . Overall, it's a recommendation of you've never been.
having been a unity member and visited multiple hard rock cafes, hotels and resorts over the years this visit has to have been the most disappointing. Our server was friendly but failed to recognise the failing in the service. Our mains arrived at which point we indicated we had ordered a starter/appetiser to which we are presented with a blank face. We spoke to our server who’s response was I put the order in. Our appetisers then appeared 5 minutes after our mains which defeats the object of a starter/ appetiser. So our mains sat going cold while we ate our starter. I had a starter and my partner intended on having a dessert however as we were handed our bill midway through eating our mains that was a big indication that they didn’t want our money so we decided to leave and continue the rest of our meal and drinks elsewhere. Needless to say I will reconsider going back to a hard rock anytime soon.
We went with 4 other friends on Feb. 10, specifically to see the singer, Ronnie Clinton. He is so awesome! We've seen him many times before, but never at the Hard Rock. I hope the Hard Rock will feature Ronnie again and at other Hard Rock locations. He has to be the best singer EVER over ANY male singer. As far as the food, my husband and I both ordered the Ceasor Salad. It was very expesnive, but that would have been OK if it had been really good. Unfortunately, the grilled chicken was way too done and very dry. Too hard to eat. So we'd definitely go see Ronnie Clinton again, but would order another item from the menu. We were happy to see Hard Rock have such high quality entertainment.
This is our second trip while on our vacation. It was so good. Great atmosphere. Wonderful staff, and food is GREAT. The nacho plater is large enough for the main course, and is one of the best Ive ever had. We requested ground hamburger on the nachos instead of steak or chicken. GREAT!!! Also had a Ceaser salad which was good too;.
Excellent Messi burger. And a great way to recognize World Cup Wonderful wonderful manager and staff Friendly excellent wait staff - even if not assigned to our table. Great experience!!!!!!
Great atmosphere outside with a lot of seating, good bad playing the night we went, just wished they stayed open later in the night.
The French fries were full of salt 🧂 me and my entire family could not eat them, it’s 5 of us. We sent them back and we did not receive a refund. We brought the photo package and the digital code or scan didn’t work. This is very unprofessional. We deserve a full refund.
The price I paid for 105.00 was not worth it the menu is limited u can only pick certain things also it doesn’t add up to the price u paid
This Hard Rock Cafe location at Broadway At The Beach is a well managed Hard Rock Cafe location that has delicious food and drinks. The food is well prepared and they have a fun atmosphere. I really like the desserts that they have available here. Well worth a visit.
I’ve been to many Hard Rock Cafes all over the world and the Myrtle Beach cafe 3 times in the past 9 months. Today’s meal was less than stellar. The child’s mac and cheese was dried up, the replacement was the same. Two people had fries that were refried at least once making them brown and soggy not golden brown, crispy and upright in their container and their replacement was the same. Come on Hard Rock I expect better than that. I paid $111 for a meal that I could have gone to a lesser chain and paid less. I always have excellent food at this location the last being April. The service and wait was excellent.
I've been to several Hard Rock restaurants and this by far was my worst experience. To begin there was a "new" drink on the menu the Smoking Old Fashion, it took forever to get the drink & I was told it's new so the bartender had to figure out how to make it and they had to find the large ice cubes?? If it's on the menu shouldn't the bartender know how its made? Then comes dinner I ordered steak Nachos, it looked like they took a bag of uncooked nachos threw them on a plate with what looked like Kibbles (steak) with a LITTLE cheese, a sprinkle of Pico & 2 jalapeños all of which were only on the top. The middle & bottom nachos were bare. The taste was worse than the look. Everything was cold and not flavorful at all. I had the waitress take it away. Thank God for the friend green tomatoes. Oh and the drink was actually good once I got it.
We drove to Broad way at the Beach and went to eat at Hard Rock . Food was good but pricey and staff was super nice . They had a live band .
Cool place for some good food and drink. Very clean and staff very friendly. Nice sun deck to soak up some sun and drinks.
My family and I had the great pleasure to eat at the Hard Rock Cafe and was waited on by Jerome. The food was excellent. Well prepared, beautifully presented and delicious! Jerome was a wonderful addition to our experience. He was exceptionally knowledgeable of the menu and more importantly knowledgeable about food sensitivities and allergies. In our case, Celiac's disease and an onion allergy. Jerome's good nature, sense of humor and diligent service(our drinks were never empty!) was refreshing! Highest marks to the restaurant and Jerome!
We purchased a package deal through Viator Absolutely nothing special Go on your own!!!! Open menu and seating. We were promised VIP seating NO!!! We had a special menu and only menu to choose from One burger and one Chicken Cesar Salad $65 When we asked the waitress if we had VIP seating she said “Today it is” What a joke!!! Totally a rip off!!!!
The wait staff was extremely accommodating. There was loads and loads of atmosphere. Only one little negative as the "extra well done" burger could have been cooked longer, the medium was perfect.
How do you spell great customer service, fun and strong drinks?? NECOLE!!!! Our bartender was the best! She made our friend’s 57th BIRTHDAY THE BEST!!!!
Enjoyed the atmosphere. Food was good and service great. The person working the shop was friendly and I told him I had been to many hard rocks.
So... dinner was ribs and pulled pork... the pulled pork was cubed "pork" with more fried onions on it than meat. First bite had an off bitter taste which I assumed was the sauce. Second bite was the ribs, which were also sauced but tasted nothing like the "pulled pork". To be honest if it wasn't for the sauce neither would taste like anything. No char, no smoke, no anything. The beans were loaded with either a TON of cumin or taco seasoning, and the coleslaw was also terrible. The only thing worth noting was the French fries.. One more bite of the pulled pork sent me to the bathroom where I spent the remainder of our time here vomiting. First and LAST experience with this tourist trap chain.
Very disappointed that they moved to a new location in the shopping center. New site much smaller and lacked charm. Food average, menu MUCH smaller. Was always a place we would dine while vacationing but will not be any longer! Definitely not worth the wait!
