Wonderful way to spend the day on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Our gide was helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable. The brunch stop was an added gem to this occasion. I enjoyed my time in Greenville because I enjoyed my time with this Pedego ebike tour. Thanks so much!

Itinerary
We'll begin our adventure at our shop located in the historic water tower district of Greenville where the old textile mills and warehouses have been converted into housing and local shops. From vibrant Hampton Station, you'll be led by our local guide as we ride through a tunnel of trees to quaint Travelers Rest.
Quick stop to view a piece of local history--a former heater car for a train--and some public art at this cute "pocket park" in the Berea community.
We continue our ride from the Swamp Rabbit Station to Travelers Rest on the Swamp Rabbit Trail, passing through beautiful Furman University for the first time.
The scenic, tree covered Swamp Rabbit Trail leads us into the idyllic town of Travelers Rest. We'll stop and enjoy a leisurely brunch before heading south for a loop around Swan Lake on the Furman University campus.
Next, we take the Swamp Rabbit Trail back from Travelers Rest to our next stop--Furman University.
We will circle around Swan Lake on Furman University campus. This scenic campus is perfect for capturing some beautiful photos with a clocktower, black swans, and an assortment of ducks and other wildlife.
Finally, we will finish our ride by returning to Hampton Station via the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

Our tour guide was Kelly and she was extremely knowledgeable regarding the history of the area and interesting sites to see. I would highly recommend this three hour e-bike tour.
We had a great time! The bikes were in excellent condition and very comfortable. The icing on the cake was the Sena helmets with built-in communication, which allowed us to talk with everyone in our group throughout the tour. The food was great, and this was such a fun way to explore Greenville and Travelers Rest while getting acquainted with the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Highly recommend!
The Pedego e-bikes did most of the work for us so that we could pay attention to the excellent and rich information provided by our guide Kelly. We had a comfortable ride along the scenic Swamp Rabbit Trail to a delicious brunch on the Friday, Swamp Rabbit Trail Brunch Tour. Not only did everything go even better than we hoped, when we returned Laurel gave us very helpful information about Greenville.
My sister came to visit and we decided to rent e-bikes from Pedego. We booked a guided tour to Travelers Rest and had an amazing experience. Since we’d never been on e-bikes before, the staff took the time to explain everything and let us ride around to get comfortable first. Our guide, Kelly, was fantastic—she shared a great mix of stories and local history and was simply a fun person to spend three hours with. We lucked out with perfect weather and beautiful fall colors along the trail. The path itself was well maintained, easy to navigate, and made the ride relaxing and enjoyable. We stopped in Travelers Rest for brunch before heading back, which was the perfect mid-ride break. Overall, highly recommend—it was such a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Great tour. Kelly was a great guide and taught us the basics. This was our first E-bike ride. We enjoyed riding on the greenway trails, listening to Kelly’s history of the area and eating a wonderful meal at the crepe place. Recommend to all.
My family & I had a fun Friday morning this week riding with Kelly on the Swamp Rabbit trail to Travelers Rest for brunch. We had fun talking among ourselves with Kelly about our surroundings as we rode & stopped along the route to learn local history. The bikes are a great way to see the area. Do yourself a favor & book this trip!
We rode from Greenville to Travelers Rest. Had brunch at Tandem (included in price) and returned to Greenville with a stop at Furman University. Our adventure was AWESOME. Kelly was our tour guide, and you’d be wise to ask for her if you decide to book this e-bike tour. Kelly thoroughly explained all the features of the bike and made sure it was the right height and seat position. The Bluetooth helmets were great—everyone in our group could communicate during the ride. The only negative part of the ride was when speeding bikes would come up behind you and pass by. Sometimes they would say “on your left” and sometimes they didn’t say anything. That part was a bit scary. Again, I can’t say enough good things about Kelly. She’s so personable and friendly. Remember, ask for her!!!
The route was beautiful and easy to navigate, with just the right mix of nature and local charm. The e-bikes made the ride effortless and fun for everybody. A delicious brunch at a cozy local spot — fresh, tasty, and the perfect mid-ride treat. Great guide, great vibes. Highly recommend!
Professional clean excellence in motion. Great, zippy, well maintained, clean ebikes and shop. Great way to experience Greenville for the first time. Recommending to our family and friends. Loved our tour guide and her “Passing on the Left”. The radio mesh helmets were a surprise addition to the fun while we listened to the historical commentary and spent the morning under the Swamp Rabbit trail canopy, stopping by the Methuselah tree, and ending with our taste of Greenville at the Swamp Rabbit cafe. Way to go Pedego!
This was only my second time on an e-bike and the women at Pedego were fabulous! Made me feel very comfortable understanding exactly how to use my bike, and had a great morning of riding planned. I live in Greenville so was already familiar with the trail and many of the sites along the way, but found the conversation enjoyable and felt accomplished getting all the way to TR and back! Brunch at Tandem is always delicious, even on a cool and rainy morning! Highly recommend and will most likely go back for maybe a downtown tour or just bike rental on my own.
The ride we took was on a Tuesday, which is a great time to ride the Swamp Rabbit Trail through Greenville as the trail is not so busy as the weekends. The ride was approximately 18 miles long through some of the most beautiful parts of Greenville. We did not realize that there were so many beautiful parks throughout the city. Our guide was very informative and a treat to have guide us. It was an easy ride lasting a little over three hours with a light brunch ending at the Swamp Rabbit Cafe. We stopped at a few places of interest throughout the ride where we would receive very informative and interesting history of the ride route also including a restroom break. The Shop itself is a fantastic place to visit. The staff is so wonderful and friendly. It is a real pleasure to visit. We will definitely be back.
Our guide was amazing. She adjusted to our level and taught us a lot. We talked like friends. The tour was beautiful. We saw so much. I highly recommend Pedigo. You won’t be disappointed.
This bike shop is top notch ! The tour was great, had intercom headsets, and tour guide was excellent. Brunch at Travelers Rest was also excellent. Very good experience and we will return. I highly recommend!
Great experience on a fantastic bike tour with Zack. Super cool stories along the way and the bike path is exceptional. The brunch spot was outstanding and can’t say enough about those cool electric bikes. A must do when in Greenville!
So fun! Enjoyed the SWT on electric bikes and a yummy brunch. Also nice ride through Furman. Very flexible and didn’t feel rushed at all.
Great fun. Lennon is a great guide. Most fitness and experience levels will have a great experience. Pretty trail. Delicious brunch, too.
One of the coolest things I’ve done! I am not the most athletic person so I was really anxious going into it but I didn’t want the experience to end & our tour guide was amazing!
Great ride and tasty lunch. People were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'd go again. Riding hills was easy with the ebike.
We had a great time on our e-bike tour through Greenville. Lennon was a great guide, the tour was easy (even on a windy day) thanks to the e-bikes and we got to see places in Greenville we would have never seen otherwise. The people at Pedego were VERY accommodating to our special requests. The only thing we all agreed on was, that it would have been great to add a few more stops to take pictures along the way (but we covered a whole lot of area and therefore time was tight).
A great little ride. The e-bikes made this very easy and Lennon was the perfect guide: a student of history and city planning, he enhanced and expanded our community understanding of the beautiful scenery and communities we rode through. Breakfast was outstanding: fluffy/crispy waffles with blu berry compote and a savory crepe stuffed with turkey and crunchy bacon.
I can not say enough about the amazing service and guidance for my bike trail. They even went above and beyond with giving me suggestions for my trip here in South Carolina. Highly recommend, and cannot say enough about the amazing service and bikes offered.
