Ghost Tour Charleston

As a ghost tour guide myself in my home city, I always enjoy taking tours with other guides, and Adam was excellent! His knowledge of Charleston ghosts and overall city history was solid, and he was always ready to answer any questions. I've been on several ghost walks in Charleston, and had heard many similar stories, but I learned some new things on this one. I would definitely recommend Adam and the Ghost Tour Charleston to anyone visiting the city.

Perfect mix of history and macabre. Adam did an amazing job making history fun and sometimes even funny. I would highly recommend this tour.

Drew was an incredibly entertaining tour guide! We learned so much about the history of Charleston and got to see a lot of the city. Wasn’t the hugest fan of ending in a dark alley but we did sign up for the ghost tour so fair enough. 10/10 would recommend!

Ghost Tour Charleston was fantastic! Adam was incredible! He told the best stories & showed us different spots all over - from Waterfront Park to the old Customs House to several graveyards, the Ravenel House & St Phillips Church & other various spots along the way. He is so knowledgeable, a fabulous story teller & we loved it! I would absolutely do another tour next time we are in town.

I wasn't expecting much from the tour...just thought it would be an entertaining experience. As we were walking along, I heard footsteps behind me...and I was the last person in line! Tour guide was great.

One of the better ghost tours I've been on. The host was personal and knowledgable. There were a few points where I got genuinely creeped out, especially near the graveyards.

Walking around Charleston in the evening was fun. Adam shared spooky stories and history of the area. But It was just ok. I've experienced much better ghost tours.

Adam gave us a great tour. Very knowledgeable about the local lore and did not disappoint! Would highly recommend taking a tour with Adam.

My teenage daughter liked it very much. Adam has a nice way of building up the story and narrating it with a sharp ending and move on while folks are digesting it. It is also good that we ended our Charleston visit with this tour as we already got familiar with some historic events by then and could connect them.

It was fun to roam the streets of Charleston and learn some facts and indulge in history. Our guide was definitely knowledgeable! .

Every part of the tour was great. Lots of information at every stop. Our tour guide was knowledge and answered all our questions.

It would have been nice to be taken back to the point of departure for us out of towners. We were left in an unfamiliar part of town.

Adam was a fantastic Guide. Our favorite part was "Bloody Alley." Our group of 9 ranged in ages from 8 to 58. The tour was good for all ages. Our favorite part was the story about Bloody Alley and the Whistling Doctor that was shot in there and how he haunted the alley to this day by rustling the bushes and whistling as he walked up and down it. At the end of the tour, which was in Bloody Alley, Adam told us that there were two ways to leave, of course we took the way that he told us not to go for various reasons. As we were walking do the alley the bushes rustled and we heard a faint whistle and we were the only ones there. Was it the Ghost of the WHISTLING DOCTOR, or just all 9 of our imaginations, who knows???

It was a perfect evening to learn some interesting history and hear some great Charleston ghost tales! Adam was a fantastic guide and engaging storyteller!

Adam told us a little history and a few ghost. Stories but we skipped several good stories due to other tour groups being in the area! That I feel is not good for the participants as we missed out ! I am from the area and brought my 13 yr old daughter who is not from the area and she was bored! She learned more from history class! He did not show much enthusiasm when telling the stories! I would not recommend this tour as I feel it was a waste of money! Also we had a family emergency for one of our guest and we did not even get an offer for a refund or even partial refund! Father was taken to hospital!

We had a great time. Adam is personable and fun. He had a great working knowledge of the history of Charleston and how it pertains to ghost stories. We loved hearing about history through the lense of the paranormal. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Adam was knowledgeable, intelligent, and well versed in ghost lore. He was patient with our mixed age group and we loved his natural storytelling ability. Must do in Charleston!

Adam made the stories come to life as he told of the haunted places in Charleston. It was fun and entertaining. This was truly a treat for our 13th year anniversary!

We have been on several ghost tours and this was our favorite. The tour guide was knowledgeable and made it interesting and funny. We would definitely book with Adam again. If someone is unsure about booking a tour, definitely book this one! It was the best part of our trip.

Adam was a great guide and we learned lots of unique and interesting stories. We had little kids with us and he made the tour very appropriate.

I loved it! It wasn’t scary really, but the stories and history were really cool and give you a new outlook on the city. He’s also pretty funny and has great experience with ghost tours.

I really enjoyed the mix of humor, history, and spooks from this tour. Our guide was really fun to talk to and made it entertaining even when the weather got a little cold.
