We did not have a car, so this tour gave us a great amount of information outside of downtown. We got out and walked most places. The old oak is phenomenal. Leeann is great and full of facts about each area

My partner and I really enjoyed this tour. It was an awesome way to explore greater Charleston without renting a car. The Angel Oak Tree and Morris Island Lighthouse are really worth checking out. Leanne was an excellent tour guide and full of historical facts. My only complaint is that pictures were only taken on the tour guides phone. I would have preferred for them to be taken on mine so they would be easier to edit if needed. I would suggest offering this since groups are so small, or at the least take the photos on live. Thank you!

My husband and I had the most memorable day with Leanne on the Complete Charleston Tour! We learned so much from her about the history, architecture and beauty of the city and the surrounding lowlands. Walking in historical areas went out of town to the beach areas, saw plantations and even had a picnic Surrounded by the most beautiful trees I’ve ever seen! I highly recommend any of her tours. good mix of walking and riding in the van . chance to see the low country and places off the beaten path. Leanne is delightful and very knowledgeable about the history of the places she takes you . very safe driver and knows her way around. this is a small group tour so no problem hearing Leanne and lots of ability to ask questions . we had a great time on this tour so highly recommend.

Leanne was an amazing tour guide. We learned so much about this beautiful area outside of downtown Charleston. You will be making several stops, and she gives you ample time to do or see everything you would like. Loved her personality and she was happy to answer any questions we had. When we come back to Charleston, I would love to do another tour with her.

The experience was a bit disjointed due to the stops being too brief and distances between too long. The tour guide attempted to be charming but veered into being a drill sergeant and making the guests uncomfortable by sharing too much about the complexities of managing the day.

We enjoyed the day and Jay was a great guide! The tour drives by or stops at a variety of attractions and we had plenty of time when we stopped. There was a bit of walking, particularly to view the lighthouse, and several opportunities to get out of the van to take photos.

Lee Ann is an excellent guide. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. We saw sites that I suspect with most other tours, we would not get a chance to experience. Every stop was memorable. Cost of the tour was well worth it . If you’re looking for a tour for stops that might be considered “out of the ordinary”, then this is the tour to take.

LeAnn showed the town of Charleston perfectly! Learned so much history and saw the most beautiful places! Definitely would recommend her as your tour guide and doing the full all day tour!

I highly recommend this trip. Leann was amazing and she made the whole event very special for us. You see some amazing views and hear some great history about the low country we did not know. The van is comfortable and AC and she had goody bags for everyone with a full agenda and some awesome books. Well worth the money.

This is a nice overview of places in the Charleston area. There are short stops at each location along with the bit of history.

This was a really neat tour and everyone in my group enjoyed it. My kids are older (19-22) and they loved learning about the history of Charleston and seeing all the different spots. We ended up with a private tour since no one else booked and that was really cool. LeeAnn was a wonderful guide and I would definitely recommend going on this tour!

Took the "Complete Charleston" tour on Memorial Day with Leanne; definitely recommend! Her tours offer a great way to see the area without your own car. She had goodie bags for us with maps, city info, and delicious benne wafers. This particular tour was nice for me as a first-time visitor to Charleston to get an overview of sites outside the main downtown area. Morris island/lighthouse stop. She’s very knowledgeable, accommodating, great story teller. We really saw everything, historic homes, James Island, several plantations, Angle Tree, huge Folly beach, Morris island light house and Battery Wagner/ Glory story, Mnt pleasant, fort Moultrie, Sullivans island super fancy homes. All with great anecdotes, cold water and stops.

Leanne was an amazing tour guide! We heard so many little nuggets of history about Charleston on this tour! We had a nice group of people to tour with and we felt like friends before the tour was over! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone coming to this beautiful city of Charleston!

My wife & I took this tour in Apr '24. Leanne was always keeping us "in the loop" getting ready for the tour. Her van was very nice. She had "goodie" bags with snacks & water available for us which was wonderful touch. The tour was all over the Charleston area. We saw and heard stories about the history and current tidbits of info. Her good friend Jay, was driving and as a realtor, he provided much insight on buildings, housing costs, and additional historical info about the area. Leanne had a mic on so we could all hear her (there were 9 of us on the tour) and made sure we could all hear, ask questions, etc. We had time for restroom breaks and to stretch our legs. Overall, the day flew by and we all agreed this was one of our best tours. I had read rave reviews about Leanne from previous tour customers and they are spot on. Leanne does a great job and is the BEST! (Hint: take this tour!)

Our whole family had a wonderful time. The van was super comfy and Leanne was great about taking input on what the group most wanted to do. Learned a lot and got plenty of chances to stretch and walk. The strategy worked great for us - a number of brief stops at things we wanted to see, but without the hassles of navigating traffic and parking for multiple shorter events. This was an awesome tour that allows you to see beyond the downtown area of Charleston. Our guide Leeann was the sweetest and her stories kept us engaged the entire day. The sites you are able to see on this tour are breathtaking, highly recommend this tour for a full day of fun!

My daughter and I took a trip to Charleston. This was her first visit to Charleston. Our time was a bit limited, and I wanted my daughter to see as much of the area as possible. Our Get Out of Town tour with Leanne did not disappoint. The tour started with a walking tour and ended with a water taxi ride back to Charleston. In between we visited all the sites described in the tour listing. Nothing was left out and we even had a few surprises. The tour was exactly as advertised plus much more. Leanne contacted us the day before our tour to remind us of meeting time and place and to discuss lunch plans. While we were following a schedule, we never felt rushed. Leanne is a wealth of knowledge. Her narrative is not boring but educational and entertaining. We saw and learned much more than we could have done on our own. She is the driver and the guide. Her vehicle is very comfortable and since the number is limited there is no problem with viewing scenery or hearing Leanne's discussion. She does have a headset she will use if warranted. We were quite ok without it. While it is necessary to drive to the varied locations, we had ample opportunities to walk and explore. Plus great pictures were taken. Again, we never felt rushed . I would highly recommend this tour!!!! Leanne and her tour are well worth the money and time !!! I would like to add a personal note about Leanne. Due to fog and slowed traffic we were late getting to our meeting spot and starting our tour. Leanne was very professional, considerate of us and the three others on the tour. She made us feel at ease , told us to be safe driving, and it would all be fine. We only missed the walking part of the tour which was ok. The others were not inconvenienced and were made to feel welcome when we joined the group. Having traveled extensively and been on several tours Leanne could have taken a much different approach. Very nice tour that gives you a look at many attractions by van, foot and water taxi. Our guide was very personable, knowledgeable and accommodating. Fun and informative 6 1/2 hour jaunt! And I have to thank her for the great family photos she took of us along the way!

Our tour guide LeeAnn with Snap tours was absolutely the best. One of the ladies in our group hurt her knee and another was recovering from foot surgery. LeeAnn recognized that they would not be able to do as much walking as her tour offered. She told our group no problem. I will change up our excursion showing you all the places plus some without much walking. She did an excellent job. We had a terrific and fun time.

Outstanding tour. The tour takes you to the areas outside of Old Town. Areas we would not have visited on our own. We went to the landmarks, islands and beaches surrounding Charleston. LeAnne, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and made our tour a lot of fun. I highly recommend this tour.

Above and beyond! My son and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this comprehensive tour of the Charleston area. Knowing we only had one day to explore Charleston on our first east coast visit, we chose this tour to take in as much as possible. Honestly, we saw so much more than we could have ever dreamed of, and learned so much! Leanne is very knowledgeable, not only about the area, but about its rich history, and its history in relationship to all of our histories. There's a great combination of riding in her comfortable, easy to climb into van, and walking short jaunts to stretch our legs, and access great views, whether it be the beach, lighthouses, the plantations, or the historic neighborhoods. I especially loved learning from her about the people and their personalities and strengths and gifts to the land and their community. And not only did we explore via the van and walking, but it ended with a great water taxi ride to take in the views all around us that we had just traversed, to give us a great closing perspective. You can tell Leanne puts her heart and soul into giving her customers a truly valuable and memorable experience. Highly recommend!

Small group, a guide with humor and tons of facts about history, architecture and the Civil War, made it enjoyable and educational. It was an eclectic mix of historical sites, walks on the beach and an amazing 500 year old oak! Memorable, relaxed and a non-tourist feel.
