Charleston Ghost & Graveyard Night-time Guided Walking Tour

Our guide Jim was wonderful, very knowledgeable and funny. The problem was that it was so loud surrounding the tour that it was hard to get in the right frame of mind. We went the night before halloween and there must've been some party or something going on because all we could hear was music. It's hard to get spooked when you hear Juvenile's "back that a** up" loud as can be... The other issue was there were too many tours, it seemed like we were all right on top of each other. It was a bummer because for the money paid, it could have been so much better.

I did the haunt tour of the Yorktown with Dave, and the Ghost and graveyard tour Halloween night at 8:30 with George. I cant think of a cooler place to be after dark on Halloween than the Circular Church Graveyard! I thank both guides for their knowledge! I've been on your tours since 2010, and I look forward to them every time I'm town!

Learned a lot of history about different hauntings in the area. Jim was very informative and seemed to enjoy telling us all of the stories. We took a video in the cemetery and caught 2 orbs traveling towards Jim!

We had a fantastic experience on our ghost tour with Matt as our guide! From the moment the tour began, Matt was engaging, knowledgeable, and entertaining. He brought Charleston's history and ghost stories to life with the perfect mix of storytelling, humor, and suspense. He kept everyone interested and involved. He was personable, answered questions thoughtfully, and made sure the entire group had a great experience. He has a voice that is clear and made for tv or radio. We are all locals but I heard several stories that were new to me. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you're lucky enough to have Matt as your guide. Boring - drawn out and was definitely feeling commercialized. The tour guide was fine - just boring, We left at the cemetery part.

Great job on telling stories Belle took her time and showed enthusiasm. To future guests, be respectful of the guides. She didn’t need t babysit you after you’ve decided to drink.

Great tour with Drew. I’ve been on others that just seemed cheesy but the stories he told and his demeanor was perfect for the tour. I wish we had seen a few more places but the ones we did visit were supposedly full of spirits and full of history.

The tour is small enough for questions and comments. You walk in a group to several locations (churches and graveyards) at night. Our guide was friendly and had tons of great stories about history and ghosts.

We were expecting a spooky tour of the Graveyard and to hear about the ghosts. However our guide was very lean on telling ghost stories. She would have been better at guiding historical and architectural tours. Felt like it was a total waste of our time and money.

Our family of 4 - 2 parents + 2 20-somethings really enjoyed Drew’s graveyard tour. He’s a wonderful storyteller balancing gothic details and history with just enough spooky to make it compelling for a range of ages. Great to be on our feet and strolling after indulging in all the great Charleston food. Fantastic to have time in the graveyard of the Circular Congregation graveyard as the sun set and bats began to dance above. We highly recommend!

Excellent experience, so much history about Charleston. Our guide Noah was amazing. Favorite tour guide I have ever had!!! We had an annoying member in our group and he handled it with professionalism and grace. He even walked us back to our starting point and talked to us about the town the entire way. Our entire grouped loved this experience!

Kevin was an enthusiastic, informative storyteller. He knew his history and knew the legends well and spoke with great conviction. He patiently answered questions, and his passion for Charleston history and lore was infectious.

Interesting facts about the city and different areas where ghosts/spirits have been spotted. I was not lucky enough to catch a glimpse, but the stories were very interesting.

Drew was great! He had a great way of telling the stories. The cicada were paid actors and stopping chirping at the most dramatic moments. I am waiting to look at my pictures to see what we can see.

George was an amazing tour guide! He is so incredibly knowledgeable, and comes locked and loaded with proof pictures and funny jokes. Was a great way to spend a night in Charleston.

Basically a history tour. Not very spellbinding or scary. The teenagers hardly got through it.

My friend and I needed a girl's weekend, and what better way to see Charleston than by taking a Ghost Tour. Our Tour Guide, Jim, was friendly and super informative.
