90 Minute Sightseeing Bus Tour Of Historic Charleston

Kim was fabulous! So knowledgeable and a calm voice.

We came to Charleston to see the sights and experience the city’s historic past. Our guide Kim Wood provided us with all of that and more. As a native of the area she knew not only the known history but also insights into the family history of some of the city’s most important people. I recommend this tour for everyone and most importantly ask for Kim as your guide.

This tour is full of history. The bus is comfortable, driver very knowledgeable (I think her name was Kim), and it was a great way to visit downtown Charleston.

Kim grew up in the area. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the history. She is very laid back so it makes the experience more personable and relaxing not a hurried scripted speech about the city.

Reviewed a lot of History of Charleston. The Driver knew a lot about the History of the City and was very attentive during the tour.

Kim was outstanding, highly knowledgeable about all things Charleston. She's a native, which helps a lot. Very interesting running commentary, clear, easy to understand. We like doing these bus and boat tours and usually book one on our trips to Charleston. Charms of Charleston is definitely the best one we've done here and will do it again.

Kim our host/driver was amazing. A native of Charleston, she knows it backwards and forwards. Excellent speaking style, very interesting and totally knowledgeable. Be sure to ask for Kim, she is that good and be sure you don't get on any other 'brand' of tour. Tour is worth the time and money. Locally owned and operated by an extremely knowledgeable guide. Funny and South Carolina Charming at the same time. Give a local female your business rather than a corporation that owns all the other tours!!

That the guide has a lot of information and knowledge of the city being that she is a local. I would definitely suggest taking this tour.

We paid for the tour, but it was canceled because the driver did not show up. No one informed us in advance, and we were left waiting. To make matters worse, we have still not received our refund. This situation was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We waited for the tour for more than information of the refund status and an update on when we can expect it to be processed.

Kim was a wonderful driver. She was local and knew all of the history. We have a private tour of the whole Peninsula, she gave us so much information. We felt like locals by the time we were done. Her knowledge and professionalism was outstanding.
