The Vendue

This is by far one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had in my life . . . period. We all had an amazing time. Before we even walked in the door, we knew we were going to be taken care of because our bags were taken from our car and taken directly to our rom. We were served a lovely glass of champagne while we waited to check in. After check in, we were guided to our rooms and told us about the many amenities provided. The rooms are lovely, romantic, relaxing, and most importantly clean! The beds are comfortable and come with different pillow styles to choose from. The rooms are basically soundproof. Any request that we had from room service to DoorDash delivery to our room to champagne to hooking up TV systems was taken care of immediately. The staff met and exceeded all expectations! We will stay again!! Thank you for making our stay at the Vendue amazing!

My addictive obsession with Frenchies led me to select The Vendue for our first Charleston visit, and the website pictures do not do justice on its absolutely gorgeous style and details of the design. We learned from the complimentary art show (curated and presented by Allison) held each evening at 5 pm that the hotel’s owners have a Frenchie named Rosie! It was definitely a sign that we were meant to stay here. The location is central to many downtown restaurants and art galleries and parks. Our room which was located in the Main Building displayed French decor and colors, which I adore. The Rooftop Bar and the first floor restaurant are other highlights of the establishment. Staff is professional, personable and knowledgeable. We highly recommend the hotel! Kudos to cute Colin who graciously brought our luggage to the room and Matt, who upon request, personally delivered signature macrons and chocolate chip cookies! Superb client services!!

We had a wonderful stay celebrating my husband's birthday at The Vendue! We are local but this was our first time at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the artwork and unique atmosphere, as well as the exceptional service by all the staff. The room was delightfully decorated, the bathroom was updated with a great shower, the bed was comfortable, and we were surprised with complimentary champagne. The location is fantastic - perfect to walk to many Charleton sites of interest, restaurants, shops, and art galleries. We also loved the multi-leveled rooftop bar - great bartenders and such a fun environment! We highly recommend this excellent hotel, it's truly a one-of-a-kind Charlestonian experience!

We spent our honeymoon at The Vendue and had an absolutely wonderful experience! 🤍 The location could not have been better, right in the heart of Charleston and within walking distance of some of the city’s best restaurants, shops, and attractions. Every member of the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Our room was spotless every day, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well maintained. Despite being in such a central location, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. When the staff learned we were celebrating our honeymoon, they went above and beyond with thoughtful gestures that made our stay feel even more special. We also had a fantastic experience at the hotel’s fine dining restaurant( Revival) , where the food, service, and hospitality were exceptional. The rooftop views were absolutely beautiful and quickly became one of our favorite parts of the property. The Vendue made our honeymoon feel truly memorable, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Charleston! ✨🥂 - The Cokendolphers
