I always have a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! Everything was great, from the clean and comfortable room to the amazing staff. The reception team was extremely helpful, welcoming, and cheerful. The concierge, room service team, restaurant teams were equally friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable.
I can’t name anyone specifically because all of them were amazing ! 🤩
The only minor downside was the air conditioner, which was quite noisy.
I choose this hotel every time I visit Tunisia since 2021, and I will definitely continue doing so. Thank you to the entire team for always making my stays so pleasant!

We were placed here due to a cancelled flight. The staff were amazing. Very welcoming and tried to accommodate for our family of 5. Food was lovely with a great choice. Rooms were a good size with a view over the city centre. Beds were comfortable and en-suite large.
Lovely hotel and lovely staff. We were made very welcome. After our flight was cancelled, it was a 2 night stay that we hadn't planned for and the people on reception were lovely and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean. The recwptoon and bar area was comfortable and a nice place to sit. A good central location. A short walk to the medina and clock tower and plenty of shops and cafes along the same road. Only down side is the lack of a pool. A pool would make this hotel even better as walking round the city is very hot! Went to use a pool at another hotel for the afternoon.
We stayed at a hotel for one night during a group excursion to Tunisia. The hotel is centrally situated on a very broad avenue and is within a short walking distance from the Old Town. The area around the hotel felt safe all times of the day.
We found the rooms pleasant and comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and were very satisfied with many options of good food.
The staff were kind, polite and very helpful.
The only thing we were not very happy with was the mulfunctioning of the lifts on the day of our departure. We were thankful to the members of the staff who helped us.
