We had a lovely time at this beautiful hotel. The standout features are definitely the room cleanliness, which is outstanding, and the customer service, which feels genuinely warm and friendly. They only have 12 rooms with real ocean front view, so they are limited, but the views from the other rooms are truly spectacular. We would definitely stay here again!

The resort is lovely and very clean. The design in the room, the lobby, the hallways and around the Brewer's Market just blows my mind away. The pool area is well maintained. I only wish there were more yellow umbrellas in the pool area to protect against the sun. My husband went to ask for one. They told him at the front desk that maintenance will come to bring one. They never did. The 2-bedroom villa I am staying in is very clean and comfortable. I would love it and had a blast if the other room has a window. Only one room has a view on the ocean. The other room has absolutely no window at all, feeling like a storage room. That is a huge setback for my husband and I. We were never told that there was a room like that, when they took us for a tour last year. Seeing all the rooms, in the villa they took us, with view on the ocean was the mean reason for us to upgrade to Signature and to come back here. Our disappointment was huge, especially after driving for about 16 hours to come here. We've been told that we should have asked for 01 or 02, 35 or 36 to have a villa with all the rooms with ocean view . How could we know that when we are coming here for the 1st time and that was never mentioned - at all - during the tour last year. My kids (16 and 11 years old) don't want to come back here because of that. Besides that, the resort is kid friendly and family oriented. But not too much to do for teenagers. Around this time of the year, the resort is not crowded at all, giving us a of deep sense of quietness. Staff in the lobby is friendly. But housekeeping services can be improved. Room service is scarce here and inexistant during weekend! We wish there was at least a broom available in the villa, not to mention a vacuum, especially with kids around. We also wish there was an ice machine nearby on the floor, or something to make ice in the villa. If there was not for that room with no window, that would have been one of our best vacation stays, as here there's no rush to do anything. At any giving time of the day, afternoon or evening, you'll find a cozy spot by the pool or at the beach or you can choose to stay in your villa, sitting on your balcony. Anything you do here, you still have the feeling that you're relaxing. I would not mind coming back to this resort but I felt like there's too much discrepancy between headquarters and the resort staff. Nobody will like to head for vacation to find a different package than what was expected.
Oceanfront resort is a step up from the older HOLIDAY INN CLUB across the street. Being it is new, it is very clean and modern which I loved. Most of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There are a few things that need major fixing. They have terrible WiFi and the pool bar is a joke. They don't have many options for drinks. The drinks are very expensive and not potent at all. The female bartender closed down early on a couple of nights so we weren't able to get drinks towards the end of the night, which was disappointing. The Wine Nook is a really cute idea however it is stupidly expensive for the very small amount of wine that the machine pours. The wine was often empty after a fraction of the pour causing us to have to search out a staff member for us to get a decent amount of wine for the money we paid. The hotel is easy access to the beach which was great. The hotel only had 4 large beach umbrellas for all of the Signature members to borrow which is wild. It was a nice experience, I don't think I'd go back though.
Overall enjoy our stay. The 2 bed room was pretty big for the 3 of us. AC worked well, had a good view of the beach from room 404. The parking is under the hotel. Keeping your car out of the sun. Few hiccups were quickly addressed, ice maker not working well. They brought us ice. Toaster was mangled - replaced it with a new one. The room could have used some cookie sheet pans and/or pizza pan. We have had those at other Vacation properties. Few things that should be addressed IMIO: Loud pool music. Even with our balcony door closed we could hear it. I did complain one morning when I had a horrible migraine. They did lower it - found out because they got a few complaints. Heard from other guest and some staff that the loudness of the music is a frequent complaint. So why not just keep it at an acceptable level? The secure door at beach level (going to the pool) was never locked. We could always open it without our hotel wristband. Lastly, it would be nice if the hotel would enforce some kind of adult only for the hot tubs. We went to use it our 1st night and there were 17 kids & preteens between the 2 Jacuzzis. It was frequently filled with kids.
We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Club Vacations in Myrtle Beach with our family and overall had a wonderful experience. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish — the staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The rooms were very accommodating for families, offering plenty of space and comfort for everyone. This resort is truly kid-friendly, with activities designed for both children and adults, so no one was left looking for something to do. A highlight of our stay was the Luau and fire show — an absolute treat that the whole family enjoyed! For the adults, the bar was a nice touch, and we loved that poolside service was available. It made relaxing by the pool even better without having to step away. I do want to mention a couple of concerns. There was an unpleasant odor that was noticeable during our stay, and unfortunately a pair of my leggings were damaged due to a residue left in the washer from a previous guest. These are not issues I’ve encountered before, and I hope management addresses them to ensure a better experience for future guests. Despite those hiccups, our stay was pleasant and my family had a genuinely great time. I would still recommend this resort to families looking for a fun, activity-filled Myrtle Beach getaway — just hoping those few concerns get ironed out for next time!
