We had an amazing trip to the Hilton Grand Vacations Club in Hilton Head. From the moment we arrived, everything felt top‑tier. The resort grounds were beautiful, and our suite was so well maintained it honestly ranks among the best we’ve ever stayed in. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pools and loved the owner activities — especially the wine and cheese night. The front desk team was wonderful, always kind and ready to help. The restaurant and bar were another pleasant surprise: great food and fast service. But the true standout was the general manager, who helped me with a special request, and this attention and care were nothing short of spectacular which made our stay unforgettable.

We stayed a week at the Ocean Oaks. Great location on the beach. Relaxing and calm beach. The pools were calm the entire week. There are some stores, a park for the kids, and a few restaurants that are about a 13 minute walk down the bike path. Everything else on the island is less than a 30 min drive. Savanna is about 45 mins away. Now the on grounds kitchen was disappointing. It was closed at least a day, and closed early at least one day. With no other restaurants on ground, it was very inconvenient. Especially for lazy days on the beach. The rooms were nice overall. We had a bedroom with a foldout couch. Plenty of space. If you take more than one vehicle, the charge $14 day. They have extra parking across the street.

I stayed at Ocean Oak with my family (husband and two kids) in a two bedroom suite. We could not get over how spacious the suite was! It was well stocked with dishes, cups, cookware, dish soap, etc. The pools were awesome and we got smoothies, drinks and food from the poolside restaurant. I do wish the restaurant had longer hours but there are so many restaurants within a short walk (15 minutes), it wasn’t actually an inconvenience. We will absolutely be back!

I am writing to complain about the unfair sales practices used. I was transferred to Hilton Grand Vacations and offered a package to stay in Orlando for a very discounted rate. I was told several times the charge is fully refundable if we change our mind. After payment was taken I was told I would need to sit through a 2 hour timeshare presentation. I asked to cancel and was told sorry this is non refundable. This is illegal and classified as deceptive sales practice. I will advise all against using Hilton. When I tried to make a complaint they transferred the call 4 times and then hung up.
