We thoroughly enjoyed our experience thanks to Stephanie at the front desk. She was extraordinarily friendly and accommodating to all of our last minute questions and gave the best recommendations!!!! And Garrett at the pool was the coolest and nicest! Our stay was made even better by these two. I will be back!! We will recommend this resort to any of our friends or family staying in the Myrtle Beach area!

The hotel has great facilities, excellent service, spacious areas, and an amazing pool. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend it! The only downside was the room cleanliness. Upon arrival, we noticed dust on the telephone, dirty baseboards, water stains on the bathtub tiles, and a particularly dirty area behind the bathroom door. Aside from these housekeeping issues, the hotel has a lot to offer. With more attention to room cleanliness, the experience would be even better. I recommend it!
This was our first stay here. We stayed in the 3 bdr oceanfront condo in Sept so its kinda off season. The room was nice and big enough for the 4 adults and 2 toddlers. The only really "negative" was the toilet area off the main room is very tight an narrow and wouldn't be a good fit forna larger person. Other than that its a good hotel for familes. The staff where all very friendly. The view was amazing. Kids enjoyed the kid pool area and we had a great stay!
I stayed in a North Efficiency Room, which was wonderful. It wasn't an ocean front room, but we had a private balcony that partially viewed the ocean and pool in the hotel. Parking wasn't a hassle unless you came after 11pm, then you might have to circle around to find parking in the garage. I went with my niece and nephew who are under 12 and they loved all the pools and slide (which adults can get on). The kitchenette worked perfectly, one of the pots did have a problem where the food I made stuck to the pan, but no big deal. They do not provide a scrub to wash the dishes, but I purchased one for $1 at the Dollar General. I love their communication via text if the pools were closed due to thunderstorms. They also inform you when the pools are re-opened. It was my first time staying here and it I would totally come back. I got an email that you may pay less if you book direct, so I would compare prices. I also saw you could book a buffet breakfast daily so definitely compare prices to make sure you're getting the best deal. Great stay!
Going to Myrtle Beach? DONT STAY AT GRANDE CAYMAN RESORT! Within hours of checking in, we found multiple roaches in our condo, dirty linens on every bed, and numerous housekeeping issues throughout the unit. Despite repeatedly reporting these concerns, we experienced poor communication and a lack of follow-through from management. We spent more time making phone calls, waiting on housekeeping, and worrying about bringing roaches home than enjoying our vacation. While a few employees genuinely tried to help, management's response was dismissive and lacked accountability. A partial reimbursement does not make up for the stress, inconvenience, and disappointment my family experienced. I have photos and videos documenting everything and have submitted a formal complaint. Until this resort improves its cleanliness, customer service, and management practices, I cannot recommend that anyone stay here. If you're planning a Myrtle Beach vacation, I strongly encourage you to do your research before booking. Our family certainly won't be returning.
