Great hotel . We were happy with all parts of this trip from the parking lot attendant to the friendly front staff. Easy check-in and We got there early and our room was already ready. We ate at the porch restaurant(They gave us a $20 credit, which was surprising). my husband and I both had the mahi sandwich which was fantastic. The bartenders and weight staff and music at the tiki hut was a good time. I think my favorite was the little coffee shop. Best latte I’ve ever had, the honeybee latte, You have to try it and the bagels were better than New York and I heard that from someone else too. Definitely try the beach Yoga🧘♂️🔥😎 Sydney was awesome. My husband tried the gym up the street. If you’re looking for a good workout, they give you passes at the front deskfor free to go. Perfect long weekend, great weather I can’t wait to go back. Thank you Beach House

The desk & reservation staff was extremely pleasant to work with which contributed to a wonderful stay! Even when we needed to adjust our travel dates, staff was polite, accommodating, and kept our same booking price. On check in day, Olivia at the front desk had our room ready hours ahead of schedule and maintained communication with us regarding our rom. Room was very clean and met our needs. Location is unbeatable as its steps from the beach, amazing pool, and walkable to a lot of nearby stores and restaurants. I recommend the stay and we hope to return in the future!
Just like everyone else said, rooms are dated and kind of musty. But this is a great location. Right on the beach, walking distance to shops and coffee and restaurants. Staff is sweet and kind and friendly. The pool could probably use more seating, and/or a staff member that follows the posted, 30 minute rule of “your stuff will be taken off the chairs after 30 minutes” and actually removes the stuff from chairs. A special little treat that was so memorable at this hotel was the Bevi machine. This is a free water-bottle-filling-station right off the lobby, which is also right off the beach/pool. My teenagers were so excited to flavor-up their waters! We made multiple trips to the Bevi every day. At no cost!!! After all, it’s just water. But some places make it impossible to fill your water bottles. Not here! I was there with my two young adult daughters. We weren’t looking to party and have music blaring. We wanted to read and chat. There is lovely, live, acoustic music coming from the tiki hut bar. Again, not loud, peaceful and quiet. There are many families with little kids. If you don’t want any kids around, this is not the place. We actually chose to sit by the pool instead of going to the beach to stay away from people blasting their own personal speakers. It was so quiet and lovely at the pool, we were sure there was a rule of no speakers. And then someone brought one for us all to listen to. So annoying. Goodbye peaceful nap and quiet chatting from the families. Now everyone had to yell over the speaker. Personal speakers should NOT be allowed in the pool area.
Good hotel on a fabulous beachfront location. I believe it is a former Holiday Inn property which is still somewhat evident in the layout and overall design of the building. Decor is tasteful but a little tired, our room smelt a bit musty and the bathroom was dated with the old shower over the tub with a curtain. Noise from the corridor was sometimes annoying with the ice machine being used throughout the night and general noise from people in the corridor and the elevators. Pool area is really nice, as were the 3 different bars/eateries - The Porch, Tiki Hut and Sweet Al's. Staff were friendly and provided attentive service. The music at the Tiki Hut was really good, we enjoyed the atmosphere (and the cocktails!) in there. Beautiful beach with great swimming. We felt that the cost of beach chairs was a little excessive. Appreciate it's not necessarily up to the hotel but we felt that when we have paid over $1000 for 3 nights having to pay around $60 for a couple of chairs and an umbrella for one day was a bit ridiculous. It also highlighted for us that something we felt this place lacked was places for guests to sit and enjoy the sun (or shade) without having to spend more money. Spaces by the pool were in short supply so we often retreated to the Tiki Hut to escape the hot sun for a bit but then felt compelled to order some drinks because we were taking a table. Aside from this we enjoyed our time here!
I loved my experience staying here! Easy access to the beach, a nice pool, the restaurants and drinks are good. The lady who was working front desk came across as impatient, but the service at the restaurants was amazing!! The rooms were alright with cleanliness. They let us bring our dog! Very affordable too. They had live music in the beachside bar!! Such an awesome atmosphere and a great getaway.
