Absolutely wonderful boutique hotel by the Baltic Sea! 🌊☀️ Hotel Boutique Soleil Sopot is a hidden gem — cozy, elegant, and full of thoughtful details. The atmosphere is intimate and stylish, with a beautifully curated interior design. I especially appreciated the clever layout — even the way the wardrobe door slides and stops just before the entrance door and the air conditioner shows how well-thought-out everything is. We were kindly offered a choice between two rooms, and the one we picked had a charming view of the courtyard and — a big plus — a window that actually opens (not all rooms do). The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with an orthopedic mattress that gave me the best sleep — I didn’t wake up once during the night! Cleanliness is top-notch — everything was spotless. I was truly impressed by the small but meaningful touches: the toilet paper was sealed with the hotel’s sun emblem ☀️, which made me smile! In the bathroom, the amenities were from Rituals — not some generic brand — including shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. The wardrobe contained high-quality slippers, and there was also a kettle with a lovely selection of teas, as well as fresh drinking water. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were perfect — from icy cold to properly hot. The girl at the reception was an absolute delight — incredibly friendly, helpful, and sincere. It’s rare to feel so genuinely welcomed!

Fantastic, petite boutique hotel. Clean, well and comfortably designed. Romantic rooms. Good and pleasant service. Location better than many of the 5 stars hotels. Very good value for the cost

I was travelling to Sopot just for a weekend and I paid for the entire stay at Soleil Boutique Hotel at once. However, my flight got delayed by 13 hours and dealing with the not communicative airline at night at the airport wasn't enough. When I arrived to the airport and just before getting my taxi and anticipating my long waited sleep, I received a notification that my hotel reservation was cancelled for no-show, and the reservation is not even refundable. Coming there during the peak of the season and during the weekend also meant that all the hotels in the town were fully booked. When I called to the hotel, they told me that not only my reservation was cancelled, but they have already sold the room and had no rooms available. Eventually, they also offered to do a partial refund to me. However, my whole trip was ruined, because I could only get hotels for 1 night and had to move every single day and paid significantly more than expected. I was told that no-show is in their policy and they are not even supposed to give me any refund. So I should thank them that they agreed to give back any money at all. What frustrates me in the whole situation is their attitude to clients. Was it difficult to send a message or give me a call and ask whether I'm still coming? Surely, there was plenty of time to resolve this situation in a much nicer way. Therefore, I'm not recommending this whole for their attitude to the guests. If they get an opportunity to get more money somewhere else, they won't hesitate to ruin your holiday.

Very comfortable and modern place to stay. Professional and helpful service. Unfortunately no desk to work with laptop inside the bedroom. Good breakfast. Definitely a recommendation.
