Radisson Blu Hotel Sopot

If you're looking for a hotel that makes you feel at home, look elsewhere! Sopot isn't a destination; it has nothing special about it. Second, the hotel is just okay, far from the pier. The breakfast was 10/10, and the service staff was excellent. My complaint and disgust are directed at the management and front desk staff. I was traveling with a one-year-old baby, and they were incredibly inconsiderate to me and a child! I had a reservation for these days, and I've decided to cancel it and lose my money, change my destination, and never return to that town! Beware! Update 3 weeks later: As you can see, the hotel manager responded to my review with zero diplomacy and empathy, to the point that she completely ignored what I said about the lack of care in how they treated me and my one-year-old baby! How could they be any worse? I don't think so! Never again a Radisson.

Great place to stay ! Nice rooms, great service , good food, nice live music in evenings during summer, near to beach, easily accessible with car and many varieties of food in breakfast. The live omelette counter takes me heart ❤️

the room was wonderful. the bed was very comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. the staff was very kind and the view from the room was unique. the bathroom was very large and nicely decorated. the room was very quiet, even though the hotel had many guests. the service at the bar, restaurant, breakfast and spa was incredibly good. I would like to go again and I will recommend it to other travelers

Wonderful experience, and the cleanest hotel I have ever been to ❤️ Loved the food, not many vegan options but at least some :) Would definitely come back, who knows maybe this summer ❤️
