We had a great time! The property was lovely, the beaches and pool were nice. The staff was exceptional. The car/scooter rental on site was convenient. The location is secluded and relaxing. The welcome gift drink and snack tray were a very nice touch! We had only two issues. 1.) our bathroom had very tiny ants crawling around. We chose not to report it. 2.) our first breakfast was very late in coming due to communication problems between the waiter and the kitchen. The restaurant manager was apologetic and gave our meal for free. Very expensive, but so is everywhere else in Bermuda.

We booked an ocean-view room and were so excited for our stay in Bermuda, but unfortunately our experience fell short of expectations. The biggest disappointment was finding ants throughout the room and even a cockroach. It seemed like the ant problem was ongoing, despite housekeeping. The dining experience was also underwhelming. Lunch was quite basic, the shrimp dish was overly peppery, and the avocado wasn’t fresh. Our first dinner wasn’t particularly memorable either, although our waitress was excellent—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. The property itself is beautiful and has great potential, but the service at the front desk could be warmer and more helpful. Most importantly, the rooms should be clean and completely free of ants, bugs, and cockroaches.
Beautiful property!no free breakfast offered.coffee very weak. Long wait for check in. No one came for our luggage. Toilet leaked all week. Dresser drawer broken. No refillable water cans in room on arrival. Afternoon tea ran out of items everyday and tea taken away early. Free coffee 7-8 ran out twice. Service at restaurants mediocre. Our room was not ready by 4 but we couldn’t check out after 11. The high end restaurant Sunken Harbor was very good as well as the service. (We ate there twice).Speak easy nice vibe and good drinks. The singer was good as well. Beaches and pool very nice but had to go upstairs to bar to get a drink. Didn’t feel like the servers went above and beyond.front desk people not warm and welcoming. Need a separate concierge.
We had a great experience. We stayed between 2/27/2026 through 3/4/2026. One of the best vacation experiences I’ve ever had, and as well as to celebrate our honeymoon. I miss the experience and will always recommend Cambridge Beaches to anyone who comes to visit Bermuda! From the beautiful private bungalow, to the outstanding room service and amenities, we had the perfect honeymoon experience here.
Long overdue post- we had our wedding reception at Cambridge Beaches July 2024 and the experience was 11/10. I live overseas and the team, Nadja, Ann-Tene and Emily made the virtual planning experience and the day of coordination so smooth and easy. Many hotels didn't respond or had outragous minimum spends, while Cambridge was extremely responsive and had great value for cost. The team was accommodating of the customizations to the menu, how we want the flow of the day in various spaces throughout the property, etc. They coordinated with vendors so when we arrived, we were amazed at how our vision came to life! The food and drinks were so delicious, the raw bar was especially a hit. We had a mishap with our wedding cake and the bakery team made a brand new wedding cake overnight. The guest rooms were so beautifully decorated and comfortable. You won't regret having your wedding at this beautiful resort. Only recommendation is to schedule taxis ahead of time for guests staying off property since Cambridge is tucked away. Thank you so much to the team for making our day so lovely.
