Nothing we’ve ever done before. An exhilarating experience for anyone looking for adrenaline. Even at the end of October when the weather took a dip, the wetsuits protected us enough to not feel cold.

Sol was brilliant from start to finish from organising to instructing. We were a group of 9 lads for a Birthday and Extreme Canyoning was a perfect level of adrenaline with jumps, abseil sliding and climbing. Not only was the adventure great Sol showed us some of the local delicacies too I don’t think there were any improvements, would definitely do again!! Cheers Sol you beast!!

We did the Extreme Canyoning in Snowdonia with Adventure Activities Wales and it was easily one of the best things we've done. Our guide Sol was brilliant from start to finish. He was calm, funny and clearly knew every inch of the canyon, which made it easy to relax and throw ourselves into the jumps, slides and abseils. He pushed us just enough to try things we wouldn't have on our own, but never made anyone feel pressured. Safety briefing was clear, the kit was good quality, and the whole day was really well organised. Great value for money for an experience this memorable. If you're on the fence, just book it, and ask for Sol!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic day canyoning with Sol! We had an absolutely brilliant day going extreme canyoning in Llanberis, North Wales. Sol was a fantastic guide — really friendly, knowledgeable and great fun to be around. We got to experience a great variety of slides, chutes, jumps and natural pools, with plenty of adrenaline along the way. Sol made the whole experience feel exciting but also safe and well organised. The scenery through the gorge was amazing, and the whole day was just great fun from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend Going Extreme Canyoning to anyone looking for an exciting day out in North Wales. Thanks Sol, we’ll definitely be back!

What a fantastic experience I had so much fun and sol was absolutely brilliant super knowledgeable super caring . I never felt afraid and even managed the big jump. There is a far amount of walking so u do need to be fittish. Honestly best thing ive done in Wales so far and ive done alot! U wont be dissappinted

Well organised and tremendous fun! Brilliantly run by Sol. Quality equipment. Beautiful location. Wanted a bit of outdoor adventure and family fun , classic canyoning, did not disappoint. A fantastic trip sliding, jumping, laughing splashing into and along the rocks and waterfalls. Sol was great, the right balance of fun, clear instructions, encouraging , also giving you options to find your level. We all came away with a sense of increased confidence in what we can achieve and some fantastic memories along with photos /videos we had taken with Sols go pro provided for the duration of the trip. This was a really great experience. Even though there wasn't too much rain leading up to the trip. Sol ran a great experience for our group. The price definitely lived up to the experience compared to other activities we looked at. Good group size, with Sol + other instructor who were both really knowledgeable. The trip was the right length, if you book the entire day you'll need to be fit! Really would recommend this activity.

An amazing time had by all of us, an absolute blast. My wife and I, and our 2 daughters (14 and 11) went with Zak on the Extreme Canyoning adventure, and an adventure it was. Beautiful location and such fun. Zak was brilliant, that feeling you have when someone knows their stuff, is calm and encouraging, meant that everyone had the best time. Safe and challenged in some epic canyons. Thank you Zak. We will be back….

Wonderful experience if you want exhilaration with a great group of people plus an excellent guide in Sol. Would happily go again and do more.

Outdoor activity, physically demanding but great experience. Be prepared to get cold & wet. No changing facilities available because you’re “off grid” so need to be prepared to change outside. Instructors were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Super fun and crazy high jumps, that were a unique experience. Would recommend to anyone. Instructors were very cool too!

A fantastic day out. Both myself and my son really enjoyed the ultimate/extreme (we did the full day trip) canyoning. The trip took us out of our comfort zone, something completely different. Both guides-Sol and Zak were excellent, they were safe but fun.

What an incredible experience with Adventure Wales Activities! We did the Extreme Canyoning with Sol and Zac and it was the highlight of our trip to Wales and one of the best adventures we’ve ever had. Abseiling down waterfalls and jumping into beautiful pools surrounded by the stunning Welsh scenery was unforgettable. It was a 10/10 adventure that really pushed us out of our comfort zone. Sol and Zac were brilliant. They were so professional and friendly and passionate about what they do. We felt completely safe from start to finish. What a fantastic afternoon 👍 I went with my wife and three older children and thoroughly enjoyed canyoning. Sol the guide was great and was very knowledgeable and safely guided us through the canyons. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a fun filled adrenaline trip!!!👍

A fantastic experience that exceeded our expectations. Zac our instructor was absolutely superb, having a great sense of humour which made the activity even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this activity and looking forward to doing it again soon.

This trip was great fun with a lot of getting wet. There was pretty of opportunities for jumps including a 10m one. Great value for money as it was only £65 for around 5 hours of fun. Our group was only 5 people which meant there was opportunities for conversations with everyone and a good friendly atmosphere. Sol was a great guide.

I just got back from an unforgettable adventure in Wales, and I have to give a huge shout-out to our guide, Sol. We did an extreme adventure—zip-lining, waterfall jumps, and even diving through streams—all while wearing wetsuits, helmets, and top-notch safety gear. Sol was an amazing guide—super knowledgeable, fun, and made sure we all felt safe the whole time. If you’re up for an adrenaline rush in a stunning forest setting, this is the one to do!

We did the canyoning with Zak (absolute legend) he was very informative, had such a blast with him, kept all of safe while having a great experience, Sol made the booking very easy as it was a group of 5 lads/ a lady, would highly recommend.

Excellent afternoon! I had a lot of questions even before booking and Sol the organiser / guide was Extremely patient and helpful. Easy location to find, all of the equipment provided. Sol was knowledgeable, helpful and make the experience fun and exciting. Would definitely recommend and definitely return!

My family and I spent the day with Sol today and it was a day I will never forget! We arranged a meet-point and Sol arrived perfectly on time with a cheery smile on his face. No waiting around wondering if we had been forgotten and having to chase anyone up. First impressions matter. Everything we needed for the day was provided by Sol; wetsuit, base-layers, hats and even a bag of sweets to boost morale and energy later! Sol had us kitted up fairly quickly and efficiently. I felt like we were in good hands straight away. Once ready, we hiked to our start point and the fun began! Wading through mud and water, climbing rocks, sliding down rocks, jumping off rocks from a comfortable height and jumping off rocks from a not so comfortable height! I have been on a journey the last year to conquer my severe fear of heights and this rock jump challenged me like no other! I bottled it the first attempt today but gave myself a good talking to. Coaxed on by my son, husband, fellow extreme cannyoner and a few encouraging words from Sol, I just went for it! Wooo hooooo!! I did it!! Sol wants you to get the most from the experience and will be led by your capabilities, but also has great instincts to push you that bit further past your comfort zone. Thank you Sol for your encouragement. Sorry not sorry for my sweary words!! If you're looking for some time-out from the daily grind, then look no further. This is the place to be and the company to do it with. It's suitable for all ages; my son is 15 and I'm nearly 50! You definitely need a good degree of fitness to tackle this adventure. It will challenge you in more ways than you can imagine, physically and mentally, but that's what we should strive for in life, right?! We spent the afternoon with Sol extreme canyoning some glorious gorges with the most incredible waterfalls and pools! He was a fantastic guide and was very thorough in making sure you were safe and comfortable doing everything! I would highly recommend this to any adrenaline seeker!

Fantastic day out, would highly recommend!! A real adventure canyoning and coasteering, it was safe and great fun. I’m a big guy (120kg) and we safely abseiled, zip lined, jumped off 10m + .. if I can do it, so can you!

A wonderful trip would highly recommend as a must do in north wales. Sole was an incredible instructor and his knowledge of the canyon excellent. My girls 9 & 10 and myself absolutely loved it and will be going back todo more.

Great experience. I took my kids (8&5) who both thought it was great. I was completely happy with the safety elements regarding my kids. Sol and his instructor were great to deal with throughout. I've had already done coasteering with Sol last year so knew this session would be great. Definitely recommend any of these activities. Thanks guys!

Wow, what an amazing experience! We booked very late the night before and received a confirmation text immediately with location information and equipment information. We did the canyoning, not extreme! Our guide Sol was brilliant. We had a young member of the group and he was entertaining and helpful all the way through. Will definitely recommend to any families who may be a little bit unsure but looking for an adventurous day away from the usual. Top marks all round definitely have to return one time!

Amazing experience, arrived and we were the only ones in the group.. instructor Sol made us feel safe, he really expressed knowledge of the terrain and local wildlife as well as l gave us the time to Express our adventurous side! Would recommend to any one in the area! Sol was a legend !!

Me and the kids (10 and 14) had a great time with Sol. Lots of fun and we felt well looked after. I though they would be a bit scared, but they loved it. Water was cold but Sol had all the gear to keep it comfortable. Would deffo go again!

We booked the extreme canyon trip and had a blast. The trip lasted 4 hours on the dot as expected but it absolutely flew past. Martin was extremely informative and very competent. We always felt safe even doing some scary jumps and zip lines. Great value for money.

I called up the main office very last minute and a lovely guy called Sol answered. Very polite and descriptive to what exactly I wanted and required for my 11yr old. On the day I had text msgs and locations - all on time with all the right gear and safety briefing - we met our guide called DOM. He was great couldn’t have asked for more: the extreme gorge activity was perfect. I do a lot of these and climbing etc and it’s all about your guide. Highly recommend and will be booking all future activities with this company. Well done to SOL and DOM.

What fabulous trip we had. My teenage daughter loved it and it was challenging but great fun. Our instructor Dom was great, felt safe and gave clear instructions. The communication before and after the trip was great. Some excellent go pro footage was sent soon after to download. We’ll definitely be looking to book another adventure with you soon!
