Plas Weunydd

Literally a few steps away from zip world so was ideal for location. Room was nice but bathroom sink cold have been cleaner. Could do with a service bell in the bar/reception as we waited a few times to be served. Staff were great though, very pleasant and welcoming

Stayed for one night with family, a gentleman who checked us in late night (probably night care taker who stays until a certain time) was really so good. Room was spacious and clean. it is not a 4 star for us…probably more like a 3 star. However next morning breakfast, and overall Service were very poor. Breakfast options very little, not refilled, have to keep on asking, and the guy who was at front desk seemed to be very cold. The guy said there is no iron board and iron in the entire hotel.. seemed like they did not want to get bothered…still could not believe they run a hotel without an iron and board. It is one example, but that is how the responses felt. Thank god we were there for only one night or else would have spoiled our holidays.

A fantastic hotel, food was amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean towels daily rooms spotless. Only issue was it stated air conditioning and it was a stand up fan ! And the room was smaller than expected, looked out on a seating area and the window was low, so not very private for us, I've posted the view which is lovely but no privacy for us.

Fantastic views, lovely rooms & very friendly, helpful staff. They all work hard to help you to enjoy your stay and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.
