Universal Studios is a nice place to visit, especially if you enjoy theme parks. The atmosphere is great and theres plenty to do. Food can be a little expensive and it gets busy, but still a fun day out.
The park has so many cool areas to explore and the rides are really fun. We especially liked walking around and seeing all the different themes. It was quite busy but still a very nice day out. Would visit again.
Nice experience overall. The park is well organized and theres plenty of things to see and do. We spent a few hours there and honestly didnt get bored. Really good place to visit in Singapore.

Thr vistor providor is a scam. They sent us initially only the barcode and not the qr code so we could not entet. We waited after arriving to universal studios untill you send us the qr codem very bad experience

the park was amazing and there is so much to do inside ticket worked fine and we entered without any problem some rides had long waiting but overall it was a great day
What a terrible start to our visit to Universal Studios Singapore! We purchased our tickets online that morning through Viator, a TripAdvisor company, only to arrive at the gates and discover that our tickets were not accepted because they had been issued in barcode format rather than the required QR code format. This resulted in us having to speak with customer service at the entrance, followed by a frustrating 40-minute phone call to Viator in Sydney, who eventually had to reissue our tickets. Not exactly the smooth start to our Universal Studios experience that we had expected! Possibly barcode & QR codes need to be accepted at the gates or Viator needs to issue QR Codes.

The viator ticket didn’t work because it was a barcode, not a QR code. The staff at the park tried to help but couldn’t. I got in touch with the Viator chat who tried to contact the tour operator, no luck. They offered a full refund and I had to buy the tickets again at the park. It was a disappointing start to the day and a waste of one hour outside the park
Admission to the USS and the rides was seamless Sufficient fans for ventilation in the afternoon when it got a bit warm. Stayed for the parade at 7pm while having steak for dinner was a great experience

I had an amazing time at Universal Studios Singapore. The rides were super exciting, especially the roller coasters and the Transformers ride. The park is very well organized and the themed zones make you feel like you’re inside a movie. There are also plenty of fun photo spots and great food options around the park. It was definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Singapore and I’d love to visit again! 🎢✨
Very good day at Universal Studios. Be careful, the park is not very big so it gets overwhelmed with people very quickly. In the morning, it was fine, but in the afternoon most of the attractions had a wait time of around 80 minutes.
I would like to thank the company that sent the tickets, they were very fast and helpful. Communication was clear and professional throughout the process. A reliable service that made the experience even better.
