Highly Recommend -it was a great fun experience and definitely worth while! However, we would not recommend booking through viator as if there are issues they do not make available adequate contact details when such issues arise. This resulted in a delayed, stressful process to validate our ticket purchase. We were told by the lovely staff members that Viator refuses to change this system to provide the right documentation for entry. We were very grateful for the lovely staff members at the venue who were able to help us out regardless and we had an awesome time!

We bought tickets for 3 rides, we took the expedition, Kupu Kupu and Jungle. It was a bit shaky but it’s part of the experience. Very fun and safe. Everyday there is lots of people, but they controlled it very well and connected trail stations with Skyride. That’s very spectacular cause you can see the whole Port and the views down the ground. So fun.

Good and fun experience, must visit in Sentosa.

The Luge Singapore was great. Booking through Viator was not so good. Viator charged me SGD 30 more than buying direct from the venue. Viator also said there was only 11AM time slot available but when we arrived at 10.30AM we were able to get on a luge straight away and there was no queue. I will probably not book through Viator again but would definitely do the Luge again. Great fun.

They would not honour my Viator tickets so my kids missed out. I took the pass that you provided on my phone and they just wouldn’t honour it. Be very careful. I asked Viator for a refund. Heard nothing.

No photos of the luge karts unfortunately, because I’m tight! Much like the Mega Zipline, we only decided to do this after seeing it whilst on the cable car. Paid for 3 goes each, and with 4 tracks to choose, it’s a fun option. 3 Luge runs means 3 return trips on the skyline (ski lift type cable car), which itself gives lovely views. Overall, a great experience for us 2 50+ year olds, and I imagine would be fun as a family too. Recommended.

Booked viator so we didn't have to wait on line to buy tickets , well we did still. Better to book with their site and you can get a qr code to by pass the purchase ticket line. Luge was fun but 3 rides was enough it gets boring.

The luge itself was fun but each timeslot was over booked with people so there were long queues everywhere. Not worth the time and hype.

Was given inactive tickets and the booking was magically made 2 weeks before I actually booked it. Had to purchase new tickets at the kiosk when arrived since these ones didn’t work, wasted my money

Decided to seek some thrill rides! It was worth the time and we enjoyed the racing. Fun, safe, and exciting! Sentosa Island was nice day to spend outside the busy Singapore. Safe, clean, and peaceful. I highly recommend the cable to get there. We used grab to get to cable cars an enjoyed the scenic route into the Sentosa

Fun experience! If I ever visit Singapore again, this is something I would definitely repeat...this time with 4 rounds instead of just 3!

Thrilling experience… a must-do activity in Sentosa. Viator helped us with the bookings and made it very easy for us. Not much waiting time when we reached there.., had great time

The rides is very short and no staff gave direction on which route to take. Also, when you are done riding you have to ride the sky to go back where you started.

Complaint Review: Skyline Luge & Skyride Singapore — Extremely Disappointed with Royal Smart Tourism I booked the Skyline Luge and Skyride experience in Singapore through TripAdvisor, provided by Royal Smart Tourism, and I am extremely disappointed with how this booking was handled. I paid USD $172, selected my preferred time of 3:00 PM, and received a confirmation. Later, the company emailed me saying that Skyline Luge was NOT available at the chosen time and asked if I wanted to move it to 7th December. Since I had a flight to India at 10 AM on the 7th, I immediately replied NO, clearly stating that I cannot reschedule. Despite the experience being unavailable due to their own scheduling issue, they have given me only a partial refund of USD $153.08. This is unacceptable because: The activity was NOT available at the time I paid for. I did NOT cancel—THEY could not provide the service. I informed them clearly that I could not reschedule. Therefore, a full refund is absolutely justified. I am requesting TripAdvisor and Royal Smart Tourism to process my FULL refund immediately. If this is not resolved, I will be escalating the issue with Singapore Tourism Board and submitting an official consumer complaint. This experience was frustrating, time-wasting, and unfair. I expected much better transparency and professionalism from both TripAdvisor and Royal Smart Tourism.

Great fun, and easy to learn the expectations / rules. The staff are straight to the point and keep things moving beautifully. The four tracks are laid out well on the map, but not quite as clearly on the tracks themselves. It would be good to have big coloured arrows to show where to go. Might start a bit of couple/family drama if you are all competitive like we were. Fun.

My wife and I (55+) had a fun morning riding the Luge. We booked an earlier morning slot which we were pleased about as it got busier and hotter as the morning went on. The staff were great at teaching us the driving skills which were simple to put into practice. You have to access the Luge by a ski lift which is quite high but we both felt safe and secure and didn’t feel scared considering one of us has a height phobia, We bought a 4 ride pass but there was an option to add on more rides at a cheaper price once you’re riding. Definitely give this a go. You’ll love it!

Not enough staff manning tickets - even if you had prebooked online via their site you still have to awkwardly wait whilst the longer line with walkins and Klook tickets purchase theirs. But the experience itself is great for the family, friendly staff to quickly show you how to drive the cart and nice views up the chair lift of the island. And the tracks themselves are fun, love the rainbow road like experience at the start of the beginner track. Buy the 4 rides - our kids loved it and so did we!

We had a great time going on the Sky Ride and Sky Luge. The ride was scary for me as I’m afraid of heights but I did it 3 times so if I can do it anyone can. The Luge was super fun and so pleased we got 3 goes. I would highly recommend trying this activity.

Our parent who were a bit nervous at first, but the staff were super helpful and patient with them. It was a wholesome experience we didn't expect to enjoy so much, but ended up laughing and wanting again.

The luge itself, though, was an absolute blast, zooming down those twisty tracks with the wind in your face, but fair dinkum. It took 20-30 minutes to get on each run. Still, the thrill was worth it.
