We booked our tickets once we arrived. Fabulous views of the city even though a little hazy. It’s one of those things you have to do when in Singapore. An enjoyable experience!

I have booked four tickets along with the 45 minutes to one hour tour for 9/20/2026 at 17:45. We arrived at the location at 17:35 and looked for the tour guide until 18:10. No one showed up, no tour, no text, no call, and no email. The observation deck was a joke, small area with so many people. We finally decided to leave the area and make our own little excursion. What a disappointment and I DO NOT recommend it to anyone.
We booked the Sky deck VIP experience as part of our honeymoon in Singapore. The staff on hand were very knowledgeable and encouraged us to ask any questions as we walked around. The package was extremely good value for money, including a glass of champagne, chocolates, and a professional photo graph album each of our visit. In addition we ordered burgers and drinks which, again, were very good value for money. The whole experience was well worth it and ended our trip perfectly. Special thanks to Adam, Rofino, Jasper, Tengku and Angel for their excellent service.
Better to go late in the evening slot to get a fresh & cool breeze coupled with amazing view of sparkling city at night . Donot forget to visit the Buisness mall down the buildings . The place is connected well by city Metro .
The view was everything but I really think it gets way too hot to fully appreciate the architectural feat. I practically ran to the exit. Offering umbrellas, personal fans, complimentary water or something might help. Otherwise it was beautiful, stunning, magnificent, awe inspiring.
We visited the Marina Bay Sands Observation Deck at sunset, and it was one of the highlights of our Singapore trip. The views from the 56th floor are spectacular, and seeing the city transform from daylight to night was really special. A special mention to Winter at the ticket desk, who was so friendly, professional and went above and beyond to help us. It’s not a cheap activity, particularly for a family of six, but we felt it was worth it. We even watched the Supertree Grove light show from above, which was a unique experience. There’s so much to do around Marina Bay Sands too. Beforehand we enjoyed exploring The Shoppes, and afterwards we walked over to the free Spectra Light & Water Show, making for a fantastic evening with a great mix of paid and free attractions. Highly recommended
Great view, suggestion is go for an evening viewing We went early morning session and it was as hot as hades Take you sun block, hat and umbrella There is no shelter
I visited the SkyPark Observation Deck during my trip to Singapore 😊 The view from the top was beautiful and it was nice to see the city, the bay, and many famous landmarks from above 📸 I think the view would be even better in the late afternoon or evening when the city lights start to shine ✨ However, I was a little disappointed because I thought visitors could have a coffee or a drink while enjoying the view. I later found out that the restaurant and bar area were only available for hotel guests. I also expected the observation deck itself to feel more luxurious and impressive. The floor and overall area looked quite simple and did not feel as premium as I had imagined. Considering the ticket price, I expected a little more from the experience. Overall, it was a good place for photos and city views. Even though it was not one of the highlights of my trip, I still think it is worth visiting once if you are in Singapore 👍
I recently visited Marina Bay Sands and, while I'm glad I've experienced this iconic Singapore attraction, I wouldn't recommend the package that includes entry and the food combo. The highlight was definitely the view. Looking out across the entire city skyline, Gardens by the Bay, and the river was spectacular and made for some great photos. However, the observation deck was extremely hot, with very little shade available, making it uncomfortable to spend much time there during the day. The food combo was disappointing. The options were either a hotdog or pizza, along with a beer or a tiny plastic cup of wine. My hotdog was served cold and had far too much sauce on it, which made it difficult to enjoy. Another aspect I didn't appreciate was the photography setup. Photos are taken of guests immediately upon entry, whether you want them or not, and then you're encouraged to purchase them when leaving. At $75 for the photos, it felt quite overpriced. Considering the package cost $96 for two people, including entry and the food combo, I don't feel it offered good value for money. While the views are impressive and I'm pleased to have ticked it off my tourist list, it's not something I would recommend to others.
Glad we went in the morning and off peak, as it was quite warm, so there was a little shade to be had. Few seats. Would have enjoyed a cool drink sitting in the shade but I'm sure that it is intentional not to encourage people to stay. The view is incredible and very clear the day we went.
They will close the Skypark if its lightening. Dint have issue with that. However they will not rebook if you use Viatar. You have to contact viatar. We are on a cruise with limited time in Singapore - so was unable to do this. Again, no issue with closing for safety - but they should have provided a alternate ticket next day. No notification was provided by operator of closure so wasted a lot of time getting there only to find closed.
Would recommend only booking on the day as we where turned away due to thunder. Couldn't go again as we where returning home the day after so lost our money. Was looking forward to it and sure it would of been enjoyable.
I enjoyed my visit to the deck. I visited in the evening to enjoy the evening lights. It was busy, but I could always find a space to enjoy the views and take photos. There was no waiting to enter, which was great. I found the views spectacular and spent over an hour there, as I paid for the food package, with wine. Unfortunately, the food on offer wasn’t great for me, as I’m not keen on fast food. The choice was restricted to pizza, hotdog and fries with cheese dip. As I was hungry I tried a slice of pizza, it was warm and rubbery, and after one bite I threw it away. I wasn’t expecting a gourmet meal, but it would have been nice if a small salad was offered alongside the carb options. To exit the deck took a while, due to the long queue for the elevator.
Absolutely wonderful view, however please be aware that only the portion over hotel 3 was open to the public, not the entire length of the deck.
You are buying an entry ticket to the top of Marina Bay Sands for a specific time. Show up a little early because the line is long. We spent about 45 minutes looking at Singapore from the tower. You can walk to the Gardens and super trees from there on a well marked walkway - about 15 minutes. A fun way to see Singapore~!
Overrated and over priced. A very disappointing visit during the day and don’t be fooled as the basic ticket only gets you on a small section of the deck. The rest seems to be reserved for hotel guests, which is very unclear on the ticket. Do not do this on a hot day as there is very little shade and virtually no seating as it seems they don’t want you to stay long, even to buy some exorbitantly priced refreshments. My advice would be to buy a bar ticket in advance where the views are just as good and at least you get a free drink and a seat. The one saving grace is that the views are excellent
View is fantastic, but needed more information about what you are viewing, seemed at different points Book for an hour before sunset to see Singapore change from day to night.
Easy to book, tickets arrived with plently of time, easy to use, great views over the Singapore skyline from such an iconic building.
Being on top of the Marina Bay Sands, which is an architectural wonder, is a treat with amazing views. Viewing the city , the shoreline, the beautiful parks below and the live edge of the Infinity Pool on the roof top is worth the price. Despite the height of the building there was very little breeze, but the rooftop materials hold the heat and make observing out of shade uncomfortable quickly. Overall, this is a very cool experience.
We got to visit this for “free”, being hotel guests, but it seems expensive otherwise. Nothing much to do there except for the views - which are amazing - of both the cityscape and the port/Gardens By The Bay. It only takes up a small part of the top of MBS, you can see a bit of the famous infinity pool from one area and, if the sun is out, the heat is ferocious.
We would like a refund as this venue did not accept our Viator ticket and we had to purchase 2 more tickets directly from them to get it. They said the tickets Viator sent were not the official tickets and despite my attempt to reach Viator real-time, we were afraid we would miss the sunset that we were there to see and and had to buy 2 more tickets. Incredibly frustrating and disappointing and I do expect a full refund.
It’s ok we think over price at £20 each , Views are good and it’s such an iconic hotel, feels like the right thing to do Agree with others 75 dollars for a photo is very offer price !! Staff friendly and well organised
Good experience but it can get crowded so getting a good vantage point can take a bit of patience and wide elbows 😜😜😜😜😜😜😜😜😜😜😜😜😜😜😜😜😜😜😜😜😜
The SkyPark Observation Deck is absolutely unmissable. It’s a little tricky to find, so give yourself plenty of time, but once you’re up there, the views of Singapore are spectacular — we went during the day, and it was stunning. A couple of downsides: the photo packages taken by staff are overpriced (over $40), which feels like a rip‑off, and the staff weren’t particularly friendly. You only need about 30 minutes to walk through the deck. Overall, highly recommended for the views, but customer service could definitely improve.
The Marina Bay Observation Deck offers a nice view, but honestly, it’s not worth the cost. The experience feels completely overrated, especially considering how much you pay just to go up. To make matters worse, they take a photo of you and then try to charge $75 for it—something that should absolutely be included in the admission price. If you’re not a photographer looking for landscape shots, I would skip this. There are much better ways to enjoy the city skyline without feeling ripped off.
It is very expensive and we didn’t get to see the Sky Pool area. Adding more characters for your limit
Good experience magnificent views and clear skies I thoroughly recommend this activity Enjoyed the day and the views in all directions
Since there is possibility of weather cancellations people need to be aware that they may not be able to go up. We were delayed by 30 minutes due to potential lightning. Asked if we could go up for dinner early but we’re not allowed. Firm on times by 15 minutes
Shout out to the wonderful staff of Skypark! Thanks to Pong from entrance/reception who was very pleasant and accommodating. He helped us register to be MBS members. Thank you also to Ate Lydia, Justin, Sharni, Gunalan, and Aina from Skypark Observatory snack area who were very nice to us. You made our visit special because you made us feel very welcome!
Booked via TripAdvisor, and the tour could not happen due to the sky deck being closed (weather - lightening) - it has been a long process to get a refund (which hasn’t happened). Frustrating. Aimee at trip advisor/viator/gotix complex.
Marina Bay was magnificent. We explored the ground floor, absolutely stunning. And then we went 56 Floors up. The most beautiful views. It is a must.
sale of tickets and entry was easy, view was beautiful. The picture taken when you enter is overkill especially the ridiculous price of $75 sing. $$ - I am not sure if they sell any but there should be options as it is too much.
Easy to buy but impossible to reach to the tickets. I called help service but nobody helped me how to get my tickets. No email, no solution.
On booking roof top experience, I hadnt realised it didn't allow us to see the whole roof top over all 3 towers . So was disappointed we were only over tower 3. Albeit we had good views of sunset and all surrounding area
Easy to get to via taxi, all well signed and smooth. Lift up to 57th takes seconds. It’s a beautiful view.
Great views from the iconic building. Pity they do not combine the bar, restaurant and infinity pool with the observatory.
I went to Marina Bay Sands Skypark with great expectations during the F1 weekend. The views from the top were spectacular to see the F1 track lit up. We could also see the Flower Dome and Gardens by the Bay from the top. But, the good ends there. The section is very small and didn't feel it was worth the price. There was an enigma and charimatism to see the Marina Bay Sands from far and the rooptop connecting all the 3 towers. But, that thril competely went away once we went to the top. Many sections were closed off on the rooftop due to private events for the F1 weekend which was really disappointing consiering the price we paid as it just gave us views and nothing else. The total experience was underwhelming. If you are planning to go there, i would advice against it and instead admire views of it rather than from it. But, do visit the Marina Bay Sands hotel and stroll around in the ground floor from Tower 1 to Tower 3. The curve of the hotel with the rooms and their balconies are spectacular and there's a direct walkway to the Gardens of the Bay from the hotel.
We went in the evening and the night views was stunning. We saw the lights at the Marina Bay Gardens and also Marina Bay Sands Sceptre Light show. The city looked stunning from above and the views far and wide was just as stunning. Would recommend going here.
The awesome experience at the top of 56th floor which takes you right above Singapore to give you a glimpse of 360 view of the amazing skyline which brings a sense of achievement and accomplishment in its own manner. Try and go in the peak timings when the sun sets considering the morning is very sunny and hot. But yeah you will enter the peak gathering so have to be a bit patient with the people around and finding the right spot to click that one lifetime pic you always wanted
We went at 1230pm and the restaurant was closed but they had a small stand with treats. The view is amazing. Didn’t see any gift shop though.
Good experience, great views. They are very efficient with queue systems. Very hot if you go during the day
Views were amazing. Best place to see a 360 view of Singapore. I’ve been to various viewpoints around the world and this is definitely in my top 3. We also went during the day as I prefer to see what you are looking at as opposed to a bunch of lights and night time but that is personal preference. The bar is also very reasonably priced. We paid £8 for a beer and a coke. Enjoy!
The views are, as you'd expect, fantastic from the Deck, and we were lucky to see the National Day rehearsal fireworks whilst we were there. It is quite expensive for what it is, and there isn't a lot of room to sit and take in the views, and I expected more from the bar/food kiosk for such a renowned establishment. I'd definiitely recommend a dusk visit.
it was a great experience, but we had a lot of problems to download our tickets and fortunately we had Samantha who helped us!
Visit to Sky Park Observation Deck during peak hours. No issues with receiving voucher. Amazing views of the Singapore skyline. Had a clear night and it was beautiful. The area allowed for visitors is not large but still had plenty of room to move around. Beautiful sunset, watched the fountains and lights show, not impressed. Overall, very good experience. Would do again if I return to Singapore.
View was amazing but such a high price for zero shade under Singapore heat. new restaurant under construction so no where to sit and enjoy the view. Singapore and its residents, food, attractions is amazing, this was not.
Book in advance as gets sold out quickly. Fantastic views. You can get drinks and snacks at the top.
Just do it!! Great experience...Singapore at your feet. All booked through Viator who I highly recommend...use all the time...never any problems.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PAYING £20 TO GET A VIEW WHEN IT IS FREE AT SOME OF THE ROOF TOP RESTAURANTS. THE LIGHT SHOW IS OKAY BUT YOU GET A BETTER VIEW IF YOU GET THE BOAT CRUISE. OVERCROWDED DECK WITH PEOPLE HAVING TO SIT ON FLOOR WAITING FOR LIGHT SHOW. NO ACCESS TO BAR.
I went very when it opened so it was not too busy. The views are stunning and there is so much to read and do. You are in the open so be prepared to be hot. You could stay there for quite a while as there is so much to see.
