The view from the skyorb - through the floor and all around is a must do
Excellent value, staff at cable cars very friendly. I would do it again but during the day , we had the night lights . We also had a cable car to ourselves.
That it is closed for maintenance from 8th September till 1st October. Operator of cable car told us told us sellers were informed of this 3 months ago. We were sold, Non refundable tickets on the 11th September for use on the 13th September. Couldn't use them . BEWARE OF THIS No refund offered!!!! After many emails back and forward. Still waiting 7 days on. Back in Australia now.
Good morning. Cable is not working due to maintenance and no support available here. No refund I'm getting. Waiting for revert still.
Didn’t actually get to do the full Cable Car experience, it was closed for Scheduled Maintenance, so I’m not sure why I was allowed to buy tickets from Viator? Shall be trying to get a refund, not happy!
Hi, My name is Shyam. I am very disappointed that my wife and I and two of our relatives couldn't use the Sky Pass Ticket for the Sentosa Cable Car . When we arrived at the cable car station in the morning Wednesday 13th Aug 2025 showed our Sky Pass Ticket they said that the Ticket is not valid and someone has already used it. So we have to purchase a new ticket for the cable car ($ 158.37) Conformation # :1657476067 and Booking Reference # : 1273539631 Could you please refund the money for the Sentosa Cable Car which we cannot use ? On the other hand we really enjoyed the Garden by the Bay which had no problem with the Admission. Hope you will consider this matter seriously . Thank You, Kind Regards, Shyam
Great experience travelling over lush tree canopies and waterways. Very safe and comfortable. Beautiful views.
Viator has appallingly terrible customer service. We booked 2 tickets for 31July through Viator. When we got to the gondola centre, although the tickets were dated for 31July, which we booked, the bar code was for 29July. I called the tour operator and did not get an answer so I called Viator for resolution. The agent was possibly the worst ai have ever encountered. While the agent confirmed that we had booked a ticket for 31July, he could not reach the tour operator to sort out the problem. He tried repeatedly to call with no answer. We asked for a refund because it was clear to everyone, including the agent, that we had booked for 31July and had been given the wrong bar code. He refused- repeatedly. We were on the phone for 30 minutes given the run around by the Viator agent who also refused to escalate to a supervisor. We ended up having to book ANOTHER ticket for the cable car with absolutely ZERO help from Viator. We have used Viator for the last 10 years so this was very disappointing. We paid twice for the same excursion.
The rides were great - only thought was one but found there were several rides. Great view of many different aspects of this great city
was a nice ride with great views. I was a walker to get around and this ride was handicap accessible :-) if you can go on a sunny day is better than when it rains. we still had a good time.
A real must especially if the queues are short. The sky pass provides the opportunity to see visit Mount Fabre and then view the world below as you cross over to Sentosa. Once on the island the sky pass allows access to the cable car that traverses the Island itself. A great way to get your bearings and see a small part of the island from a different perspective.
standard cable car trip we had a logistical nightmare getting the tickets as there was no QR code received and the people at the desk were not helpful at all Also, my partner did not travel with me so tried to get his portion back but to no avail
Well worth the visit once. Good experience and a nice view. If I had to go to Sentosa another time I would use other much cheaper methods.
The Sentosa Cable Car Sky Pass provides stunning panoramic views of Singapore’s skyline, harbor, and lush Sentosa Island. The ride is smooth and enjoyable, offering a unique perspective of the city. A must-do for anyone visiting Sentosa, making it a memorable experience for all.
I could not get my ticket in time. Viator did not send me our tickets I had to buy new set of tickets. Such a waste of time and money.
Tickets didnt work and I had to repurchase at the activity. When I contacted Viator they told me no refund even though the tickets didn't work when scanned.
Easy and fast way to get to Sentosa Island. Great views as well. I highly recommend this excursion!!
The views were fantastic! and it was a smooth ride. It was a little warm in the cable car for my liking. But overall it was great.
Was not even open, still sold us tickets absolute disgrace. Would not provide a refund , I can’t believe they can get away with it
Riding the Sentosa Cable Car Sky Pass was such a blast! The views of Singapore from above were amazing, and it was a really fun way to get a different perspective of Sentosa. Definitely a must-do if you’re visiting, and it’s a great way to kick off your day of exploring!
Bird's Eye View of Singapore. One of the many ways to travel to Sentosa; coolest n best way Plan your travel to Mt Faber early morning in order to arrive Sentosa on its opening.
I purchased tickets, but the vendor never delivered them. Viator and the vendor refused to refund my money. Total ripoff.
It was a good overview of Sentosa. We could get on and off at the stations. Easy to organise and get tickets. Very enjoyable.
I booked cable car tickets for a specific date. I received emails leading up to the date confirming the trip. When we got to cable cars, we were told that the tickets had expired and we had to buy new ones. I have contacted Viator regarding this & they have refused to give a refund. Not happy at all and will not be booking with Viator again.
Mixed feelings : Very nice view but not exceptional... I think you should avoid it when it's raining because without the view it's pointless. However I think it is a little expensive...
The ride was okay. But, the Pokeball stickers blocked my view. I prefer my ride about 20 years ago when there were no such stickers.
The cable car ride was great. However the vouchers from Viator were not able to be redeemed and therefore cost another $108 Singapore to ride it. Not Happy.
One cable car line was under maintenance and heard that ride is most significant. There was another ride thru sentosa which is just ok. So bit disappointed and wasted money unnecessarily.
At Mount Fabre, have a walk to The Henderson Bridge, well worth it. Once you’re on Sentosa Island, try everything especially the Luge ride, amazing and you get free chairlift rides thrown in and the Skyhelix for a 360 view. There’s a wonderful beach too.
Went to redeem the tickets but Viator had not emailed me the QR code so had to purchase two more tickets. Contacted Viator to get a refund, wasting my time. Messaged the same thing on What's App for 24 hours trying to explain and seeking a refund, they were not interested. Save your money, go direct to the cable car to get tickets. This mob are useless.
The appointer tour operator in Singapore GlobalTix Pte Ltd phone numder +6597653804 could not be contacted early Saturday the date of our tour and we had email problems hence found ourselves at Mt Faber cable Car site with booking which could not be used and wer were travelling out next day. Had to purchase new tickets at site office. The Cable Car ride is OK but generally not spectacular against other tours.
i was in singapore at the end of august and bought three tickets at the airport “changi recommendeds“ to ride the cable car. it turns out that the cable car was undergoing maintenance the 4 days I was in singapore on my trip, in the end I asked for a refund at the airport “changi recommendeds”, where I filled out a form and I never even received the refund of money in my account.
Just 1 trip is good enough, we bought a round trip but was informed we could also ride on the sentosa section and we tried, unfortunately this wil be too boring !!! Just take the round trip from waterfront section and then to Mount Faber and back to sentosa is good enough.
I booked tickets on behalf of my Mum and her friend visiting from Sri Lanka. I accompanied them to the cable car to ensure they got on. The woman checking tickets at Imbiah Lookout held back my Mum and her friend insisting very rudely that they produce their PASSPORT and VACCINE CERTIFICATE even though they had scanned TraceTogether. She did not insist on the same documentation for Western customers in the queue. This delay caused the customers behind my mum and her friend to get very irritable. An altogether unprofessional, rude staff member who desperately needs training in basic customer service ruined what should have been an enjoyable experience. Abysmal experience.
Absolutely loved it! Its quite an experience to see the west side of this country from top & in the air. It was also a time to rest our feet for a while from the day-long walking. During the night the lights of the ships and the hotels create a unique ambiance nice! Highly recommend
The Cable car ride from Singapore o Sentosa Island was smooth and well- maintained. The views from the cable car are really quite excellent over cruise ships and providing a vista of what is available on Sentosa, which is a MUST for all tourists visiting Singapore. Highly recommended.
Good and different experience as traveling very high above cruises and sea :-) . Not to be missed one if you travel to singapore
Did not accept our Viator ticket and so had tp purchase our own. The cable car ride was worth it as it gave you a different oerspective of Singapire and Sentosa Island.
Great views and very relaxing. Great way to get to the island and fort. My issue was that when we got there the machines were down so could not reclaim pre paid ticket so had to pay again.
Don't buy from this company! Buy directly from the ticket office to avoid being scammed. We never received our tickets and this company didn't answer the phone or call us back.
we bought the return ticket at vivo city, but the place to ride the cable car was on the other building of vivo city. the ride was short, but the view is entertaining for young kids if they don't afraid of height.
Different way to get to Sentosa and travel across but signs on Sentosa to get the cable car back were not very clear, so ended up walking round in circles.
Booked this tour thru Tripadvisor. The travel agent knew that the cable car was suspended for the dates chosen and the next 2 days but still went ahead and took the reservation. Tried to call their emergency number but no answer. Called them next day and was told that I need to contact Tripadvisor as I had made the reservation thru them.Same travel was involved in 2 other scams where as they had issued a ticket for my use but when I went t the site, the person scanned the ticket and I was told that the ticket was already used on Jan. 16 but I did not arrive in Singapore until Jan 29. Again called the agent and was given the same answer. This travel agent needs to be delisted from Tripadvisor website as it's a fraud. Also their staff hardly speaks or understands English. Will contact Tripadvisor for refund and if I don't get it, will dispute thru my cc company. The travel agent in question is GlobalTix Pte Ltd
We had taken the return cable car tickets to sentosa and also hopped on and off at the other stations. This is definitely a must do on the singapore itinerary. The view from the cable car is beautiful and unmissable
Finding your way around Sentosa Resort World isn't easy. Fortunately the lady at the shuttle train desk was helpful and relieved us of some cash to do the cable cars. A pleasant experience but sadly not spectacular and lots of opportunities to relieve you of more money along the way. Didn't really like what I saw of Sentosa (suppose OK if you have kids and want to do Universal, spend more money on activities or go to the aquarium). As a dopey tourist I found it difficult to get off and away easy. Caught the shuttle train across to Vivo City, navigated out of there and in the end flagged down a taxi which was cheap and quick back into Marina Bay area.
Excellent way to get to Sentosa Island from mainland Singapore and enjoy great views on the way. It also gives you a chance to look down over some of Sentosa's activities and attractions.
Bought an open ticket so we could get on and off the cars. Each station had different things but be aware you have to pay for quite a few of the attractions, like Madam Tussards, butterfly Park. Free WiFi around the parks and when we were there very busy.
Had an enjoyable time riding both the cable cars in Sentosa. We got off at each stop and wandered around.
My family got a single sky car, we really grateful to Singapore cable car. Though it was a big que but at the ticket counter they also helped us to get attractions ticket in lower price.
