Great way to see the gardens. It was raining but still a good way to observe them. Also buying them also helps avoid the queue at the ticket office.

Zhè rén shìgè piànzǐ. Wǒ dìngle 30 zhāng ménpiào tā gěi wǒ fāsòng de dōu shì jiǎ de. Wǒ yǐjīng bàojǐng 32 This person is a scammer. I ordered 30 tickets, but the ones he sent me were all fake. I have already reported the matter to the police.
I don't think you need to visit flower dome if you are not a big fan of flowers, cloud forest was ok with Jurassic theme with waterfalls. It's pretty pricey in my opinion.
This was one of the best things that I have ever done. There was so many different parts to walk around and it was truly beautiful. The flower dome and cloud forest was breathtaking. Being a Jurassic Park fan seeing the cloud forest with all of the dinosaur and Jurassic Park items was amazing. The supertree observatory was one of my favorite things, just being able to see all of Singapore from up above was breath-taking, I truly did not realize how many ships there were docked just off Singapore. Walking through this park you could spend all day there. I easily spent 3 hours and was rushing through it. The admission process was easy as everything was e-ticket so they just scanned the QR code. For how busy people say it got it truly was not crowded and I never thought I was on top of other people and could just enjoy the nature. The staff was great and helpful I stopped at the information desk to find my quickest way to Chinatown and Annie was so helpful. I highly recommend this experience if you come to Singapore. Also be sure to stay for the evening night show. This is free admission if you want something to do in the evening.
The pass was for the wrong date however after a short phone call, I was able get the correct date for my visit. The operator was super helpful and able to redate my entry. The passes were good for 3 different activities so this was a really good deal for me and my mom. Inside the air conditioning was super nice after the humidity outside. We did get a little lost while my mom took the elevator and I walked however we finally found each other at the end.
Brilliant! Fantastic place would recommend
They would not honour my ticket, so I had to pay again for admission. Our visit was on a Sunday and it was so over crowded that you could hardly move. Too many hyper active children. It was hot and we desperately wanted a cool beer or wine, but nothing but fast food available. A complete disaster! Outdoor free Gardens a much better choice.
We had developed a list of all of the sites that we were interested in seeing while we were in Singapore during one day as part of our world cruise. We were delighted to meet Raymond and to be driven in a beautiful luxury car. We appreciated the fact that we were able to get to many sites before the tourist packed buses arrived. We enjoyed the sky deck on top of the Marina Sands hotel with sweeping views of the city and the iconic Singapore flyer. We enjoyed street food in Chinatown for lunch and were amazed by the flower dome and the cloud forest. Raymond procured tickets for both of these areas so that we did not have to wait in line. We found our driver to be very knowledgeable about the history of Singapore and would greatly recommend him to any of our friends.
Gardens were spectacular. I especially liked the Vloud Forest with the Jurassic Park theme. Easy to get to: either MRT or Grab
Gardens by the Bay is easily one of the main highlights and attractions in Singapore. The whole experience feels immersive from the moment you arrive, with stunning, vivid and colourful displays that truly bring the gardens to life. Walking through the different areas, everything is beautifully designed and well maintained, creating a really memorable atmosphere. The elevated SuperTree walkway is a must do — getting up close and personal with the gardens while taking in full skyline views of Marina Bay Sands is something special and makes for incredible photos. It’s also well worth sticking around into the evening for the iconic SuperTree light show. The colours, music and setting all come together to create a unique and enjoyable experience. An unforgettable attraction and definitely one not to miss when visiting Singapore.
Wonderful rainforest in the Cloud Forest dome - the variety of flowering plants and trees is truly remarkable. The Flower Dome was closed for maintenance, so they swapped for a visit to the Supertree Observation Deck, which was nice in it's own right.
Check the event times. I booked it and there was no mention about start /stop times. I never got to experience it. Waste!!!!
Absolutely fantastic attraction. Give yourself plenty of time to explore. It's easy to get to using the MRT.
The surrounding area is beautiful and free to walk around. Once you purchase your ticket to enter the different dome areas, it turns into a pseudo-amusement park (without rides). I happened to go when the Cloud Forest featured Jurassic World…very corny, couldn’t get out of there fast enough. The Flower Dome was nothing special. Both domes were extremely crowded and the whole experience seemed like a tourist trap. If you go, simply enjoy the surrounding area. It’s not worth it to pay to go into the dome areas.
Booking through Viator was easy and efficient. The Gardens by the Bay is an experience not to be missed especially the cloud forest / Jurassic Park dome
It is a must see and a very enjoyable experience the flowers are magnificent. I just wish it was not raining so I could experience the sky walk which was going to be the highlight
Walked about for 2 hours in garden by the bay looking for “ my little pony “ Floral show but every staff member I could find knew nothing about it,, then one member told us we were in the wrong park . So I can not leave a review as we could not find it, maybe change the name to The invisible man floral exhibit !
We purchased our Gardens by the Bay ticket which we included - The Flower Dome, Cloud Forest, Floral Fantasy and The SuperTree Observatory, each experiences were brilliant to walk around and so colourful, each gave us a lot more than we were expecting. So much to try and capture on the camera which didn’t fully capture the beauty before us. A really top experience which took us around 6 hrs to view
We booked this tour through Viator and were not given the correct QR code for admittance. After last minute calls to the company and much negotiating with the Gardens staff, we were finally allowed entrance. The officials at the Gardens told us that they often had problems with Viator bookings. On a positive note, The Gardens are well worth seeing. We recommend allowing approximately 3 to 4 hours and going toward the end of the day in order to enjoy the light show.
I spent awesome time in the garden during day and evening
Yep - one needs to do this experience if in Singapore. Recommend for anyone. Make sure you have camera or phone - so much to record and revisit after.
Beautiful gardens a little crowded during holiday week but lines never too long. Advance etickets worked fine but looked like fine to buy on site- no lines When we went mid morning
The domes are beautiful and a great place to escape the weather whether it is too hot or raining. Ticketing worked great
Lovely day. Well worth a visit . We booked the skyline walk also. Which I would highly recommend book today don’t delay
This park is amazing and beautiful! Great for walking around and free to do so! Jurassic Park was well worth the money as was the other admission things within the park.
Great day out in the park garden by the bay, Singapore. The flower dome was exquisite as it was all decked out for Christmas and the cloud dome was themed as Jurassic world.
Package is not as advertised. Ticket is only good for observation deck. Package said choice of one, observation deck or ocbc skyway. Skyway was never offered as a choice on e ticket. Zero help from ticket vendor. Avoid this seller.
A must do when in Singapore, an absolute highlight. We were blown away at how good this was, beyond expectation.
Garden by the bay is good to visit and experience, things are very well managed from ticketing, to entry to garden experience,
Do not miss it! It is a great experience and definitely something to do in Singapore. Worth every cent.
A wonderful experience could have spent a lot longer there if I had the time. Was suitable for all ages.
Beautiful, amazing, breathtaking it couldn’t have been done better and thank you TripAdvisor you sent the link with the QR codes to allow quick access. Thank you
There is so much to see with many surprises. It was well worth the money because of all the attractions including the artist bears from all over the world (that I didn't even know would be there).
The places is wonderful, and very easy to move around. The people who work in the Garden are very friendly and kind
An amazing experience that was immersive and invigorating. Totally recommend this cool and educative and fun thing to do in Singapore. I’d say make sure you don’t miss it
Really nice everybody enjoyed very well presented Great experience , if we get a chance we will do it again
Good price on ericket for Gardens by the Bay. Was slightly confused as ticket suggested needed proof of residency, but got quick response from My Singapore to say that was fine and just needed to use QR code for entry. All worked perfectly on arrival!
Professionalism, kindness, reliability. We are very satisfied with the service we received. The driver who took us on the tour was wonderful, punctual, and helpful.
Other travelers should avoid booking with Viator at all costs. (2) different confirmed bookings went unfulfilled. Despite numerous attempts to acquire our passes before leaving on vacation, they were never delivered. Every other booking agent in Singapore (without exception) promptly provided us with our etickets after payment was made. Viator failed miserably and we had to pay out of pocket at each venue. My advice... as there are so many fish in the sea, go fishing elsewhere.
Fantastic exhibits in a beautiful park. This was well worth the money. The Jurassic World was very cool.
Great for families or if you like theme parks, but as a solo, I don't think it was worth the $ and my timing wasn't good. The Cloud Forest had a Jurassic World event which I thought I'd like (liked the movies) but it was screaming animatronic dinosaurs, screaming kids, queues, and being sprayed by water - I should have worn a raincoat or hoody lol. I lasted barely 15 mins and backtracked down the path to get out. The Flower Dome is staged with display gardens from around the world. Thought I'd like that but for me it lacked atmosphere, and the central display was a theme park style featuring lilies and a mock up Italian village that looked like something from the Barbie movie. Walked around the general area and there was a Lilo and Sitch (sp?) kids' festival with choo choo train, merchandise stands, etc. And just to top it off the skywalk was on a scheduled maintenance day and was closed. If you like theme park style then you'll enjoy it. It is worth wandering around the open garden which is free, as the famous 'trees' are impressive and there's a Chinese garden on the walk towards Marina Bay Sands. If you want to see an amazing garden, I recommend the Singapore Botanic Gardens and Orchid Garden, or Fort Canning, which has a comparatively small but unique garden with heritage trees.
Gardens by the Bay is one of those places that stick with you for ever. It is so peaceful and delightful. It is a huge site and you might need to go there more than once. The domes are so interesting and change from visit to visit.
Gardens by the Bay is straight out of a sci-fi dream. The Supertree Grove lit up at night? Unreal. It’s like nature met the future and decided to show off. The Cloud Forest and Flower Dome were perfectly air-conditioned escapes from the heat, filled with stunning plants and flowers from around the world. It’s peaceful, it’s beautiful, and it’s somehow both calming and mind-blowing at the same time. Worth every minute of wandering (and every photo taken).
We didn’t get our tickets 24 hours beforehand as promised or even the evening beforehand. We were worried we would miss it altogether, because it was going to be our last day in Singapore, so we bought tickets with another company. We did in fact get the tickets from Tripadvisor in the morning, but it was too late for us. So, although we had a wonderful day at the Gardens by the Bay, it wasn’t thanks to Tripadvisor. So be warned is all I can say.
Excellent opportunity to see some of the beauty of Singapore, a beautiful area full of trees and many areas to walk and relax.
Truly one of the most extraordinary places I’ve been to. I could have stayed for days. So beautiful, so creative so much fun. I’ll go back every time I’m in Singapore.
The gardens are very big took 5 hours to walk round it but you don't have to do it in one day but it's better at night when all lit up
The Gardens are beautiful. Get tickets when at the park - you can pick what you want as each feature has separate tickets - I booked cloud and flower online, but ended up in line to get tickets for floral fantasy anyway.
The Gardens are free this was just a voucher for 1 of the many paid sections within This was for the Disney flower fantasy section
It is stunning and close to the super trees we went at 6 pm and stayed for the light show on a Monday they include a second tree show the northern lights quite a fastening evening.
