Singapore Private Customized City Tour With Driver

Booked at short notice and had the pleasure of Ken’s company in his spotlessly clean and comfortable private vehicle touring the best of Singapore. We didn’t know where to start and so had a glimpse of a number of different places that we now know how to get back to over the coming days. So much knowledge and history was shared and we feel very lucky to have experienced this tour with a guide as proficient and passionate as Ken. A true professional and lovely person to spend time with.

Lynn, our driver & guide, was on time for pick up, and we had a comfortable @ and fully sir conditioned minivan. Lynn was very knowledgeable & informative. She had a very diverse & interesting itinerary, that let us see all parts of Singapore.

Patrick was very knowledgeable of the city. He showed is all the highlights. He was able yo accommodate our need to be delivered to our hotel early due to another tour conflict. If you have only a short time in Singapore, this tour hits all the most important things to sed

Simon was a very good guide. He was good to answer all of our questions and adjusted the itinerary to fit what we wanted to see and do. His car was clean and well air conditioned, but not so much so that we were cold. It was sometimes hard to understand his English.

We booked this company based on its positive reviews, but unfortunately this was one of the most disappointing experiences we've had with any tour operator in over 20 years of traveling. Looking back, I wish I had canceled when the company failed to respond to multiple messages during the week leading up to our tour. After five days of requesting an itinerary and basic details, I still had no information and ultimately had to contact Viator customer support. Only then did the operator finally respond. Even after making contact, they failed to provide clear instructions about where to meet our driver. As a result, we wasted approximately 30 minutes of our six-hour tour trying to locate him. Once we finally met up, we discovered the company had also provided the driver with incorrect information regarding our booking time, which led to even more delays while we tried to sort out the confusion. Most disappointing of all, this was not a tour as advertised. Our driver had very little knowledge of the city, spent much of the time on his phone, and provided no meaningful commentary, guidance, or historical information. He would simply drop us off at a location and leave us to figure things out on our own. The itinerary promised six sites, but we only visited three. To make matters worse, the tour ended early because the driver apparently had another job scheduled after ours. When I expressed my concerns about the shortened tour, the miscommunication, and the fact that the experience bore little resemblance to the tour that was advertised, the company's response was equally disappointing. There was no meaningful acknowledgment of the issues or effort to make things right. The experience was so poor that we booked another tour with a different company later that same evening just so we could actually see the city we had come to visit. I would not recommend this company. If you're looking for a genuine guided tour, there are many better operators that accurately represent their services and deliver what they promise. This company significantly misrepresented what was being sold and failed to provide the experience we paid for.

It was an amazing experience. We truly love Singapore. Our guide Haris was fun to be with. His knowledge of the city, it's culture and history was outstanding. Our driver Ray, was also very knowledgeable. We had a great time with both of them. The best part is that we were able to customize our tour and got to see so much in a short period of time. It exceeded our expectations.

They are very flexible on where you want to go; we booked a 4 hour night tour and a 6 hour next day tour and I would highly recommend Simon and the other tour guy but I'm sorry, I can't remember his name.

The bus pickup and tour was very good; the driver was very nice and worked hard to help us with our luggage.

We used this company twice during our Singapore visit. Both drivers were professional, accommodating, and personable. We toured with Alvin for 6 hours the 1st day and then when I injured my ankle on a walking tour, we were able to get a car and driver on very short notice for our 2nd day. Ramli, our driver was great handling the wheelchair in and out of the car every time we stopped for sightseeing! This company provides very reliable service and is easy to work with.

Tom Tan was an excellent guide who did all we asked and more. He was very knowledgable and packed a Lot in the time we had to see the sights of Singapore. We were vey impressed with him as he went above and beyond. Best private guide we could have asked for

If looking for a tour while in Singapore look no more. My Singapore Holiday provided us with exceptional service. They told us where they would pick us up and by whom. Alvin Ang was our driver. He was prompt, courageous and excellent driver. He stored our luggage in his car. His car was clean, air condition, provided water, and iPhone charging cables. We picked where we wanted to go and he drove us there, made recommendations and we could take as long as we wanted. Once we were done we would let Alvin know and he promptly picked us up. After we were done visiting where we wanted he drove us to the airport to be dropped off I would highly recommend this company.

Mega our Driver was a delight. Very informative and polite throughout the experience. Lots of good recommendations. The tour flowed well. We customised our itinerary with no issues and tailored it to what we wanted to see and had planned. Very good day. I would recommend. The van was large, spacious comfortable and had a/c on. Mega provided bottles of water. I would recommend this experience.

Our driver, Lynn, was not only a great driver but also an excellent guide. We spent 6 hours and really saw a lot.

Our group of six was coming into Singapore via the cruise terminal after a 11 night journey from Japan. We needed to find a way to get to our hotel for our 2 night Singapore stay, and picking a combination private excursion turned out to be a good value. This excursion was provided by My Singapore Holiday. They contacted me immediately after booking via the Viator messaging service, asking about our party and luggage. Since we had all of our luggage, they needed to upgrade us from their 6 passenger car to a 11 person van, and gave us the payment method to do that. They contacted me via WhatsApp 24 hours before the excursion, and put me in contact with Ken, our driver. Further communication was done directly with Ken. A list of prospective sightseeing stops were provided beforehand, and I got to choose which ones made sense for our party. I then added a couple more stops that we wanted to see. It was mentioned that we had hired a driver, not a guide, and that a guide could be provided at an additional hourly rate. Ken turned out to be perfectly fine as a conversationalist, and learnt a bit about Singapore from the lifelong resident. Ken knows Singapore traffic and streets and waiting spots, so arranged them in the order that is best for all of us. Singapore is a small city in terms of area, so we were able to knock out some planned spots pretty quickly. Ken dropped us off at our hotel right on time. This excursion was a really good way to combine a need (get from the cruise terminal to our hotel for our party of six) and a want (see many of Singapore's tourist attractions during the day). The price was very reasonable for a private tour. Highly recommended. The only negative was that the parking spot where the van was initially parked, was a long walk for our group, especially with all of our luggage and humid weather. Hoping that for future reference, a better (closer) loading spot could be picked.

It was a very tour. Over 4 hours we visited Gardens on The Bay, cable car, Chinatown, Little India and the Mosque area. Kent was always on time, had excellent driving skills, was professional, nice and polite. One minor thing is that he still didn't send us photos made during the tour but maybe it just requires more time. Overall - excellent tour :)

Our private 4 hr tour was great. Our tour driver was very knowledgeable about Singapore and took us to all of the most amazing tourist spots in Singapore. There was also time to enjoy and take photos and enjoy a coffee.

This tour is great for visitors with little time. Its super great and inexpensive to people leaving/ending their cruise tour. Teddy was our tour guide/driver. We took the 4-hour tour of Singapore with our driver, Alvin, and couldn't have been happier with the experience! Alvin arrived at our hotel right on time, and his vehicle was exceptionally clean and comfortable. He spoke excellent English, was friendly and professional, and continually shared interesting information about the sights and neighborhoods we passed along the way. At each stop, such as Little India, Alvin gave us helpful suggestions on which streets to explore, what to see, and where to find the best photo opportunities. We especially appreciated being able to explore at our own pace. When we were ready to move on, we simply sent him a WhatsApp message, and he was back to pick us up within 2–3 minutes. It couldn't have been easier! We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and would absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, convenient, and personalized way to experience Singapore. A big thank-you to Alvin for helping make our visit to Singapore so memorable!

Our driver picked us up on tine at the Fullerton Hotel and we asked to see Mount Faber as we have already seen the Merlion, Marina Bay Sands and the Gardens by the Bay. He arranged the cable etickets for us and after 5 mins we received the tickets on my mobile on our to the Mountain. Then we enjoyed the cultural sites and took us to Little India, Chinatown, stopped to visit the relic Buddhist temple. Liked the experience of the museum, and monks chanting, you feel privileged to be here. We then went Kampong Glam, the mosque in its glory was beautiful. We enjoyed walking and see the street murals, took many, many photos. We thank your driver for a great experience.

Our driver Ray was amazing. He picked us up on time and allowed us to customize our tour along with recommending things to see and do. He was a local and able to provide interesting details and insight on the local culture. He recommended eating at Hawker Chan which was the cheapest restaurant to be given a Michelin star and the food was excellent. Would highly recommend this tour.

We were five cousins traveling together... We always plan an excursion with VIATOR in whatever country we are vacationing.... I booked this 6hr tour with this company... Jameel was our driver... He was a kind pleasant person... If you're looking for a DETAILED type of tour with a guide... this is NOT the one for you... The driver will give you a few interesting points about some places you drive by... but... this tour is more of a drop-off and then walk-a-bout on your own... NO guided talking tour if that's your thing... The driver drops you at ALL the cultural neighborhoods... and gives you time to wonder through the different areas... At the very beginning of the van tour... we were offered the TRAM ride that added an additional $175 to our tour... Was that extra add-on worth it... NO... ABSOLUTELY NOT... Since we were NOT expecting this "add-on"... the offer seemed rush and last-minute... I would NOT recommend the TRAM ride over to Sentosa Island... for the price... it doesn't add anything special...

A wonderful way to learn about Singapore. CK was knowledgeable about history and cultures of this beautiful city. He was also attentive to our "wish list" of sights to visit. Highly recommend this company.

Our driver Kent and tour guide Kevin did a great job showing us. The highlights of Singapore. We enjoyed learning the history and the current lives of the people who live in Singapore. Hearing about the history during World War II was extremely interesting. Highly recommend!

We went thru Little India and China town. And visited Merlion area on the water. Went to lunch in China town and then to an old Church that was converted to many restaurants. Then on to Botanic Gardens to visit the orchid area. Then off to a river cruise.

Excellent tour. Driver was very knowledgeable and polite. We got to see many of the different locations and cultures of Singapore.
