Singapore Gardens By The Bay Ticket Flower Dome And Cloud Forest

The gardens are amazing sadly when we arrived after getting a taxi we was only then told the cloud experience we had also paid for was closed due to maintenance works if only we had of been told We would Of cancelled for the n xx day Disappointing as we missed it as only there for 2 days

Really lovely gardens bit disappointed the cloud dome was shut for maintenance, was not told when booking and would have put off till open of told.

Had an excellent time, good communication with operator as well through whatsapp, and everything went as planned. Will recommend to any others looking to visit Gardens by the bay attractions Cloud forest and flower dome were both very beautiful. Flower dome is currently doing an egyptian theme. Chrysanthemum tea ice cream was delicious at the souvenir area. Had a great time

Screenshot tickets as WiFi can be an issue retrieving tickets. We had a slight issue at agreed pick up point, but tour operator called and panic was over! Had an absolutely fantastic trip on our boat and the two light shows at Marina Bay and the Gardens by the Bay, Adam and the drivers made us feel so at ease and safe on our trip, Singapore is just Awesome, can’t wait to come back ! Book now it’s so worth it😊

Unmissable on a visit to Singapore.

I booked this on agoda. The option I chose was with 4 tickets, including flower dome, cloud forest, OCBC walkway and floral fantasy. However, I did not receive my ticket for floral fantasy at all. Contacted Agoda, keep on saying under investigation.

We booked through Tripadvisor however it was an independent operator named YTS Holidays Co. Ltd via viator. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Book directly with the cloud forest/flower dome ticket office. We where sent tickets that where not valid and we wasted over 90 minutes trying to get valid tickets sent to us. The number provided for YTS was not in use so we had to call trip advisor in the US, god knows how much that 45 minutes cost me! AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I may be repeating these comments. The hour was excellent and the displays were beautiful just as advertised. Be prepared for walking.

We booked online a couple of days prior. Upon arrival we were told that the dome was closed for maintenance. We are really disappointed as there was no mention of this when booking and no refund offered in person or online. We never got to see the exhibit at all.

Was nice but crowded and not that large inside, ok for a rainy day

Flower Dome - breathtakingly, beautiful flower gardens! Perfect for a couple couples and families. The creativity of the displays is amazing! Really loved it all!

Super bad experience as they use 3rd party and no contact or anything at all on google maps (scam) , the Viator also should have control over the 3rd party as well.

What an amazing place, I was mesmerised. I have never seen anything like it. I would recommend to anybody visiting Singapore. Do not miss this place. My husband has bad knees and there were plenty of seats along the way. I will be going back again in December when I return, simply amazing and so relaxing.

The gardens were beautiful, except the flower dome was closed when we got there. They did give us tickets to the Supertree Grove. Instead otherwise the great tour!

Went to the gardens and they have a Jurassic Park theme which was interesting as well as fantastic decoration for Christmas. Building and garden is spectacular.

The most beautiful area in Singapore in my opinion, clean green spaces with lots to do and see. Make sure to wear comfy shoes... there is alot of walking. We spent the afternoon going into the evening here. The super trees light and sound show was the perfect ending to our day at Gardens of the Bay

I will be honest, I thought this would be cheesy and more for kids. I was wrong! I had a great time watching the animatronic Dino's. The sky walk is fantastic without them, but adding them in made the experience so fun.

The various floral and plant displays in the floral and the rain cloud domes were awesome! Enjoyed the natural beauty of these areas! A definite must see in Singapore.

Never trust VIATOR, they sold us cable car tickets for the period when the ride was not there. They pocketed all the money and refused to give a refund. Avoid VIATOR they are not honest and fair. For them customers mean nothing, only money is important.

The gardens were fab the only trouble was the flower dome was closed for maintenance and they said come back tomorrow we flew to Australia the next day and got a cab to get there so was disappointing regards Deborah Stanicic

It was easy to get my ticket and I enjoyed visiting Gardens by the bay. It was a great experience and I look forward to coming back to Singapore again.

The spaces are so gigantic no matter the time, even though that day on May 31, 2026, was hot!
