A very enjoyable activity. Beautiful gardens and very peaceful and calming. The Jurassic Park experience was extremely well done and great for all ages! Well worth a visit .

The cloud forest and flower gardens were beautiful and a really cool way to spend a few hours. Good value for the price, and received QR codes via WhatsApp and on Viator app very quickly.

Great price and excellent service however it is not instant as you need to wait to get a QR code once you book it. I did however reach out as soon as I booked and was able to get the QR code rather quickly. It does make sense that you don’t get the QR code instantly since this is a discounted rate and they need time to process.

Amazing excursion thru the garden & the dome; amazing animatronic dinosaurs; the T-Rex was especially menacing looking . The plants, flowers, animals, waterfalls …….this is an absolute must see attraction!!!

Ticket emailed 24 hrs below, do not queue at ticket desk, no id was asked for and I took in my water bottle in plain site. Cloud dome is great, not much seating but so cool which was needed I the high humidity. Flower dome had so much seating and at my visit, liliies galore, never seen such big flowers. Just as I thought I was leaving, I discovered the "meadow " not what I call a meadow but a lovely path walking along water displays. Really good morning spent here in the most refreshing part of Singapore!

Great experience. Not so great was the delivery of that ticket voucher. I received the confirmation but the voucher with QR code was not sent. It took an email and phone to get this fixed. It was a 30 minute wait at the ticket office for a response that finally arrived.

really nice experience and both places were worth seeing cloud forest was my favorite especially the big waterfall inside easy entry with the ticket and we spent few hours there

I booked the tickets to Gardens at Bay in Singapore. The email that was sent to me had a link to the tickets, but the link would not render. I have to purchase the tickets at the gate.

We had a problem with our tickets because we were already at Gardens by the Bay, but we still hadn’t received them by email. When we contacted them directly on WhatsApp, we got the tickets immediately. We didn’t have any trouble after that. Thank you so much!

The place is 5 stars no doubt about it! Amazing! The realtor who gives you the ticket. Gave me a used ticket! Luckily they had a second. Hopefully they didn’t give me yours. Next time I’ll go elsewhere for a tour. The place itself I cannot talk highly of though!

Cloud forest is amazing. Flower Dome not so interesting for Europeans as flowers are quite usual in some European countries

Visiting the Gardens by the Bay in Singapore was one of the highlights of my trip. The Supertree Grove looks absolutely amazing, especially at night when the lights and music show creates a magical atmosphere. The Flower Dome and Cloud Forest are both beautifully designed and offer a unique experience with different plants and climates from around the world. Everything is very well maintained and easy to explore. I highly recommend visiting in the evening to enjoy both daylight views and the night light show. It’s a must-see attraction in Singapore!

Visiting Gardens by the Bay was absolutely incredible! The Flower Dome is breathtaking, with a wide variety of flowers and perfectly designed displays that make every corner picture-perfect. As a 30-year-old who loves adventure and exploring new places, Gardens by the Bay in Singapore completely blew me away. The Supertree Grove looks like something from another planet, especially when the lights come on at night. Walking through the Cloud Forest felt like stepping into a real-life jungle with the massive indoor waterfall. It’s the perfect mix of nature, technology, and stunning views. Definitely one of the coolest spots I’ve visited in Asia!

Gardens by the Bay was one of the most beautiful experiences in Singapore. The place is very well organized, and the nature there is absolutely stunning—especially the giant illuminated trees at night. The variety of plants and themed gardens makes it a wonderful place for walking and taking photos. What impressed me the most was the evening light and music show; it felt truly magical. The park is perfect for families and for anyone who enjoys nature and peaceful surroundings. I highly recommend adding it to your itinerary if you visit Singapore.

It was a very soothing space, and both Cloud Forest and Flower Dome were good. Personally, I liked the Flower Dome. It was a dreary space, and I left in about three hours to go along with the show, but I wish I was in the dome rather than the show. So much so that I thought, “What is this?” I was thrilled because the tickets were sent to me by QR about the day before, not when I applied, but I was relieved by the polite response.
