From aboard a cruise ship en route to Singapore, I chose this company to transfer 16 people, with lots of luggage, to a hotel near Marina Bay Sands. The proprietor, Amy, immediately texted back confirming the booking and asking details. Over the next couple days, Amy gave exact details on where to meet and who to expect. It was all very professional. When we disembarked from the cruise, we left the ship about 30 minutes earlier than expected. Amy kept us up to date on the arrival of her (2) vans and met us there. Everything went very smoothly, and there were no issues with luggage or payment or timeliness. I would definitely do business with this company again.

Having Alan and Amy meet us as we disembarked from our 14 day cruise was an absolute blessing! If you’ve ever taken a cruise you know that disembarking can be hectic to say the least. We had a lot of luggage and just as we left the terminal Amy was right there to meet us. That made a huge difference as we weren’t sure exactly where to go. When we got in their vehicle it was clean and welcoming and Alan who was driving was the ultimate guide as we drove to our hotel. He gave us very important tips in the time we were together about getting around the city including and probably most important the ease of using the train system. He even took us on a little longer route to get to the hotel so we’d be able to see more of the city. As they dropped us off at our hotel, making sure we had everything we needed and all our bags were transferred they encouraged us to reach out with any questions at all. They also picked us up the next day to head to the airport. As our plans were a little in flux for departing the hotel they worked with us to fit us in with their schedule. The trip to the airport was another great experience sharing with us various information about Singapore and encouraging us to see different parts of the airport before we left Singapore. They absolutely made a big difference in our experience in Singapore. I would highly recommend them and when we return we will definitely be using them again.

Very friendly and helpful, we were very early and they were able to come earlier than booked time. The driver was very friendly and professional.
We had a lot of luggage for 6 people but they were very accommodating to fit it all in on one trip. They also followed up with very detailed recommendations for site seeing and local food throughout Singapore which was a great help.
We looked for the driver for over an hour. Repeatedly texted with little response, with hundreds of people exiting ship, she was hard to spot, as she only had my name written on her cell phone, no sign.

When we travel internationally, there are always a few points that can be stressful, and those include pickups at an airport or cruise terminal. This pickup team included a hostess who met us just outside the luggage area at the terminal and walked us to the van, even pointing out restrooms if needed. The driver was courteous, happy, and informative as he drove us to the hotel where he helped unload our luggage at the door. I used this company again a few days later to the Singapore Airport and it was the same. I recommend you use them.

Do not hesitate to book with this company. The experience was very professional and so supportive throughout the process. Communication was excellent with contact starting the day before we arrived and as we went through the disembarkation process until we finally met up with the Riu representative. We were delayed by a couple hours because there was a luggage issue with the cruise line and the port staff. Amy from Riu, our transport representative, communicated with me the whole time and always reassured me that they would be there when we finally were able to retrieve our luggage. This service was exceptional. Once we were successful in getting out of the terminal and into our van, our driver was so pleasant and kind. He loved talking about Singapore and we loved listening to everything he had to say! Great, great experience... don't hesitate to book. We are using them again to be transported to the airport for our departure back home!

Alan was our driver for both legs of our shuttle to the hotel from the cruise port and from the hotel to the airport. He was on time, loaded the luggage for 6 adults and provided commentary about Singapore during the ride. I highly recommended this service.
We booked this transfer from a cruise ship port to our hotel in Singapore. Excellent communication throughout the process with very helpful information like the need to fill out an online arrival card prior to arrival in Singapore, how to connect to free WiFi and things to do in the city. We were sent a photo of the driver and vehicle with its license plate so we could locate it. Any time you have to go though immigration/customs and have to retrieve luggage can be stressful but there was no need to worry about transportation because of their excellent communication.
This was a great decision to book upon disembarkation of our cruise ship. We normally take a shuttle, but this was so much easier. Amy was in contact with us through the whole process and kept us company while we waited for our driver. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. They both provided us with lots of information about the area while we were driving to the hotel and even provided information regarding places to see and eat and tips about food hakwers and the types of dishes to order. Definitely made our trip a great stay.
