Singapore Changi Airport: Private Arrival Transfer With Meet & Greet Service

Excellent experience and amazing customer service. I booked this pickup service to pick up my elderly parents whose flights were to arrive 6 hrs earlier than mine. They assured me prior to the trip that all will be fine. On the day of the flight, they kept me updated up until my parents were dropped off the hotel. They truly went above and beyond! Plus price was reasonable. We loved their service so much that we ended up booking them again FOUR more times during our trip. Their vans were very comfortable and brand new. Their drivers were very courteous, professional and friendly. Would definitely use them again. THANK YOU!!!

Easy booking process. The company & the driver both double checked arrival times. Driver was waiting at the closest exit point from the baggage carousel. Comfortable smooth drive to the hotel

Bad customer service at Sia check in Supervisor at check in was dismissive in her attitude while talking to me . She spoke over her shoulder & when I noted that I would miss my flight , she retorted over her shoulder “ you can rescue your flight!!”. When I mentioned that I had paid for a tour , she shrugged her shoulders in response without saying a word & walked off.On my return I complained & all I got was a note from the customer service manager saying “ we are sorry you had such an experience.. if there was any rating below zero I would give it.!!

Contact the driver to update confirm your arrival terminal as soon as the plane lands. Sometimes the terminal changes. The driver communication with us after we cleared immigration and he found us in the arrival hall.

Excellent service from Joe our chauffeur he contacted us a few days before arrival to confirm everything and kept in touch tracked our flight and wax waiting when our flight arrived early

We weren’t picked up, after counting them we were told to wait 45 mins at the airport. ended up booking another transport provider

Do not book this! This is a scam! No one came to pick us up from the airport! Try to contact office, no one answered the phone! Had a number of the driver. He wasn’t aware of any airport transfer! We ended up looking for a taxi with all suitcases, up and down the airport and it costed us double!

They performed exactly like they said in the website. The driver was on time and easy to find waiting for me. The trip to my hotel was pleasant and he told me a lot about Singapore.

we receive an email couple of days before our travel, telling us what to do when arriving they had some flight track system, so our flight was delayed, but they showed up on time. there is an online chat with the driver on a private whatsapp channel to guide us. from the plane to customs to picking up the bag and meeting our driver was less than an hour. all we wanted was a shower and rest after the long flight. happy to recommend their service.

Very poor instructions regarding g the pick up location. We were waiting for a long time not sure where to be picked up. Finally we received a call to tell us to wait at the information counter.

Trish was lovely. We held her up on arrival at the airport but she was in constant contact with us and assisted us with lovely care and attitude. The same on the return trip to airport. Well done Trish

The booking was cancelled by your vendor with no warning. "No drivers available" for a confirmed, pre-paid reservation. Inexcusable.

Our driver stayed in touch starting before we arrived via what’s app. The constant communication was great. We were in a brand new Mercedes SUV , couldn’t ask for more! Ask for Qamarul, he’s an excellent driver !

Despite the fact that we had confirmed our arrival time, date and flight number on a number of occasions in the week leading to the expected meet and greet. The company responsible for the service, having confirmed all the details of our arrival, failed to send a driver to meet us. Don’t waste your time and money on this. You can book a large taxi at the airport, on arrival, for two thirds of the price.

The driver (Dennis) was so helpful and brilliant to wait for us. Our flight landed early, but ended up sitting on the tarmac for over a half hour making us late. Dennis assured me he would wait for us and was very chatty on our trip to the hotel which was relaxing.

My travel from Sydney Australia to Singapore and transfer to my hotel after being met was smooth and I was personally very well looked after ..my suitcase was taken from me upon meeting at the arrivals hall and put into the car and taken to the hotel entrance when the transfer was completed..a perfect way to start enjoying Singapore..best wishes Richard…

Our driver was very easy to find at the airport, holding a sign with my name on it. He was very polite and friendly, and had us wait inside in the cool while he got the car from the car park. On the drive to our hotel he was chatty and informative about the city of Singapore. I would highly recommend this service. It certainly saves a lot of hassle, when you are in an unfamiliar city.

Our experience was terrible and unsafe. The driver was late, under some influence or hugely tired who was an unsafe driver.

We had a terrible experience getting through customs.It took longer than we thought.So I knew we would probably lose our driver.Although I was told the driver tried to contact me I did not receive any communication.I tried to get in touch but to no avail.After 1/2 hr we gave up & got a taxi to our hotel.I reached out to them the next day but would not allow us a return trip or a refund.I would never recommend this company.Very very poor service & put this down to a loss.

I waited for over an hour with no contact. Finally I managed to make contact. The actual driver who came (James) was amazing. However this was a disaster. I had confirmed it before I even left Australia. Not happy!

Could not find driver. Went to concierge desk and showed them phone number to call. Concierge said that it was not a Singapore phone number and he had never heard of the company. Big waste of money and then had to pay for a taxi. So finished up paying twice for transport from Changi Airport to our hotel.
