Was not allowed in as preference given to non third party persons Waste of money

Was denied access to SATS and Marhaba as they were full so I cannot comment on them. Ambassador Lounge T3 is cramped and not comfortable. The staff give you a sticker with your exit time to wear on your shirt. Food is not worth the price of entry. I didn't use the bathroom facilities but I would suggest that the only reason to pay for this lounge is if you really want to use the showers. Better off arriving early to the airport and spending your money in the adjacent Jewel shopping centre on food you might actually like to eat. There are also some quiet spots to sit around the airport terminal at gates not being used. I should have paid more attention to the low ratings on here before buying but I thought any lounge access is better than none. I was wrong. Won't ever buy this again.

They told me it was busy but there was still plenty of available space. Very comfortable with great food and a good but simple selection of alcohol.

The SATS lounge was full so I had to find another lounge. The ticket was for 3 hours but when I checked in I was told the maximum was 2 hours.

A decent lounge with enough showers to ensure the wait isn’t excessive, though better extraction would improve the offer. A reasonable range of food and non-alcoholic drink options, but avoid if you need something stronger during flights.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Staff were not nice. The lounge was a dump. Food very little , hospitally out of window. They watched the clock to make sure you left on time. All in all do not waste your money.

Spacious, comfortable & very clean lounge. Excellent & regularly refreshed food & drinks. Highly recommend.

Worst lounge access we’ve ever had. The wine was undrinkable and there was no sparkling. The food fell way short of expectations hence is not eating anything. We should have saved money and waited in a bar it would have been cheaper and better

Small, dirty and old lounge with uncomfortable chairs and gross shared unisex bathrooms. Food was inedible - cold, tasteless and very limited options. Our ticket had the option of 3 lounges but the other 2 were full so we couldn’t get in to them. Regret purchasing this - this lounge was not good value for money.

Sadly we missed our time in the lounge due to flight delay. Just hope I can get a repayment as were looking forward to nice relaxing time.

Great for break - food and drink selection was of good standard for the value. Would use again if my normal lounge isn’t available

The lounge was not clean at all. The toilets got Singapore standards were filthy. They smelt awful. And they were unisex. Food was ok. Seats in the lounge were filthy. Would not go back there.

Great usual service from Viator, comms were clear, and executed, choice of 3 lounges, and straight in no issue

The person was abit confused from what you sent me, but they allowed me in. No shower included with my booking. Food was nice, seating ok, changed in the toilet then left. It was an experience I won't be repeating. Thanks very much

Well I pre ordered my ticket prior to travel this was all positive tickets were sent and a list of lounges I could use but no this was not the case my code only allowed me entry to one lounge not the one I thought I was buying for very disappointing, and choice of food and drinks were very limited and as a solo traveller I felt I was too much of an inconvenience the hosts were not helpful nothing explained or any firm of warm welcome. Over all a very poor experience

Very comfortable seating and good choices of food and drink available. The shower was clean and easy to use.

This was a perfect way to spend a 3 hour stop over on a long haul flight. A shower , good food and drink.

We arrived to find we had no access to the lounge. The lady at the counter tried to contact your company but to no avail. I tried ringing to no avail. When finally someone contacted us we were told we already had the tickets but the girl at the desk said she could let us in with the paperwork we had. I would like our money back. We haven't used the money we paid you so I would like a refund asap. Ps. The Maharaja lounge had no operating toilet or showers on the day we arrived.

Would give 0 stars review if we had an option. Purchase misleading, you click 6hrs with shower, yet voucher is split into three hour increments. This means you have to exit then re-enter for last three hours. This itself is a pain, however, that's if you are lucky enough to even gain admission due to capacity! Second choice of lounge is sub-par at best. Ended up in public area of airport, do not recommend

Sometimes limited food options. Also can be crowded at times. Some Staff not very helpful. Easy to find.

Average experience, average food, average service. Mainly Asian food, but not so tasty. Very crowded.

Staff at the door were great fixed my problem lost my qr code worked there magic received another qr code.ps I ate to many cakes coffee great

The staff is ver friendly. The lounge is spacious, quiet, clean and very comfortable. It has showers and massage chairs..

The worse lounge I have ever been in. The food was cold. I had to ask for the gin bottle to be replaced as it was on the shelf empty. I had to ask for an empty glass as there was non on the shelf. Dishes used by other travellers were not removed when used so there were no clean tables. The desk clerk however was extremely helpful when my entry ticket would not work due to a technical error. I would not visit it again and cannot recommend it.

I was sent to three different lounges before gaining access to the third. Disappointed! Check you are in the right lounge. I could only gain access to a fairly basic lounge - showers were awful. Nowhere to put luggage. No bath mat or seat. Small space with hand luggage to keep dry.

The lounge was fine but it was a bit of a pain getting the QR code to enter. Had to send several emails to get this. You get a voucher from Viator but the entry QR code is supposed to come from the local supplier and it didn’t.

Excellent communication wth supplier & changed dates without a problem due an error on my part. Lounges easily located and with great array of food and drinks. No hassle entry.

This is a very relaxing way to spend waiting time at the airport. Comfortable chairs delicious food and drink. A must do if you have a longer wait time

It's a quiet place to chill between flights. Nice selection of food and drinks all you need for a pick me up in your travels

Good lounge for hanging out before your flight. Unlimited food and beverages was great and you could also take a shower.

It was handy, admission not expensive did it on line, food and drink available as well as showers You pay by the hour we did 3. I would use again 😀

If you buy your tickets through Viator it is challenging to use. Just buy them directly at the lounge.

When you buy your “ticket” that should be the end of it. This tour operator sends you a QR code just days before your tour which is pretty nerve racking.

When you buy your ticket you are given a bar code but are warned that to validate your “ticket” to get entry into the lounge you need a QR code sent by the tour operator. However, they only send this to you about 48 hours beforehand. This is nerve racking to leave this sort of thing to the last minute

A great peaceful retreat, between two long haul international flights. Definitely would recommend... 😃

Lovely lounge with great facilities, food and drink BUT too crowded - we struggled to find two chairs together to sit down. A lot of people were spread out over 2 and 3 chairs sleeping. Even though every booth had a sign saying a minimum of 4 people were required to use it. There was just one person in each booth, spread out and fast asleep. Staff should be monitoring this more closely.

Massive airport with 3 terminal well interconnected with monorail. Good facilities are available on the terminal. More hype than actual ground realities. Duty free is not economical. Biggest drawback is no separate security line for Business/ Premium economy travel. Overall nice airport.

Not a great food selection eg no fruit. Good showers, if a bit 'tight' for space. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very busy lounge - they were turning people away.

Honourable reflection of the fall of Singapore and the history of the allied POW internment. As a family member of a POW it was an emotional journey for me and a time to reflect on the sacrifices made by the service men and women that has contributed to our fortunate way of life.

Very busy hard to find a place to sit. Food was very basic. However it was.clean. Not that restful in there as it’s such a busy area

Nice and quiet, no allergen sheet or ingredients for food. Confused with whether they had breakfast options available or the same food all off time. Nice showers no conditioner separate. Made a huge difference to our 5hr layby in Singapore and felt so much better using the lounge than not. Plentiful food, lots of sweet stuff and sodas. Alcohol not available after a set time but this didn't impact us.

The Ambassador Lounge, which we selected from a choice of three options with Viator was an excellent choice. Not super busy at the time we were there (0600-0800 hrs). Good number of showers, well presented, with hairdryers on hand. Seating in lounge comfortable and food options more than adequate. Kitchen staff good, but could have been a little more attentive to replacing hot food trays, which were empty. The toaster had a broken element so bread only toasting one side (small thing as I just turned the bread over and ran it through again). Guest services very efficient and pleasant - check in seamless. Overall a very nice experience. Viator provided a great service, but delivery of the access QR code to the lounge just two days before travel did make us a little nervous.

First experience at using a lounge at Singapore airport for a 6 hour in transit wait. Chose a lounge option using Viator. I got a bit stressed following instructions, downloading app and waiting for QR code to be sent at the last minute. The lounge itself was easy to find, limited number of showers (first in best dressed policy) threadbare towel provided. No bath mat. Toilet didn’t operate in bathroom, leaving only 2 toilets available. Food average. Not really good value for money, but don’t regret our decision to use a lounge for tge 6 hour layover. (WiFi access was very good & ample charging stations)
