Singapore Changi Airport Plaza Premium Lounge At Terminal 1

Booked for 10hrs due to long layover. Ambience ok, half the plugs to charge tech not working and food very poor for hot breakfast option. Asked for scrambled eggs at 10:10am to be told no more eggs today and then after I had eaten a full pot was brought out! No management presence at all so relying on staff to do the right thing, very poor for £60 pp The whole place looks a bit dated and could do with a refresh. Staff very pleasant and polite was a positive.

We spent a few hours at the Plaza Premium. Really enjoyed our experience. Staff, food and service was first class. Highly recommend.

Excellent lounge with good food, good staff and good view! Especially like the massive window view towards the runway The chicken rice is my favorite! The staff is very efficient in keeping the flow smooth and the overall place clean.

We had a 5-hour layover in Terminal 1 and decided to spend it at the Plaza Premium Lounge. It ended up being a fantastic decision—our stay was so nice, comfortable, and genuinely fun! The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, but I especially want to commend Ms. Henny for providing such wonderful, attentive service all throughout our visit. She made us feel so well taken care of from start to finish. The food selection was another major highlight. If you’re staying in this lounge, the Hainanese Chicken and the Singaporean Laksa are absolute must-tries! Both were incredibly delicious and flavorful. Overall, excellent service, great food, and a super comfortable atmosphere to pass the time. Highly recommended if you have a transit in Terminal 1!

What a good experience! We had a 5H layover and stayed here. Ms. Henny was so accommodating! Laksa and hainanese chicken were so gooooood! Will def be back!

I had time to kill after a friend flew earlier than me so decided to book a lounge. It’s fairly good value for money because everything is so expensive in Singapore airport (20SD for a pint) BUT it’s not a good airport lounge. There was loads of empty plates/glasses by my chair which took 60mins to be cleared and I tried 4 charging points around my chair and none of them worked. Not enough toilets for people in there. Screaming kids in lounge (the whole point of paying for a lounge is to get away from the craziness of the terminal). Food was average to good but the red wine was ok. Overall a 6.5/10.

Like the Plaza Premium Lounge at Changi Airport Terminal 1, this visit felt almost like coming home. The local flavors brought comfort — the Hainanese chicken rice was familiar and satisfying, while the curry laksa carried that pungent fragrance I always associate with Singapore. My wife enjoyed her cappuccino, freshly brewed from ground beans, and the baked fish was tender and delicious. The barley water with gingko nut was nourishing, easing the heat in my gut. Service was equally memorable. The staff were efficient and friendly, and Mr. Tony stood out with his warm smile and gracious manner. At 75 years old, he was impressively fit and alert, engaging us with polite conversation and entertaining life anecdotes. After our physically draining two‑week tour in Henan, his presence left us refreshed and uplifted. We’ll definitely return.

Very disappointed considering they state it’s a premium lounge I consider it a waste of two passes very small selection of food and free drinks stale peanuts Suggest you use your passes elsewhere in Singapore Airport

The whole lounge experience was very underwhelming. The food wasn't great, the shower facilities were shabby. Disappointed and not worth the money.

Crowded, with a small buffet, limited food choices and only 1 type of beer included in the entry fee. All other drinks are at bar prices.I'm sure there are better options.

So good. Uncle Tony was so good to us. And food is good.

Had a 5 hour lay over. Met Eng working behind the bar, she has a great personality and great energy and told me that she can make a really good Singapore sling. Me never having one before decided to try one and it was delicious. Having great people full of energy working in the lounges makes the layovers much more enjoyable.

Eng was a very helpful bartender and gave us lots of Singapore Slings :)

No time to leave the airport, so I looked to the lovely bartender Eng for a Singapore Sling. Very tasty! The lounge staff was very helpful, made my son feel welcome, and even set up in a big booth even though there was only 3 of us.

Food was nice and quiet environment. Excellent service provided by Uncle Tony, very nice of him, he immediately assigned us a table when we walked in to the lounge.
