We always make it a point to visit Blossoms Lounge when flying out of Changi T4—it's become our default lounge for a reason! The food and service never fail to impress us and always exceed our expectations. I want to give a special shoutout to Jannica and the management team for being so wonderfully welcoming and attentive. Always a 5-star experience before a flight!
The reception staff were welcoming and most helpful when I encountered some issues that I needed help with. Their service excellence with a smile was comforting and encouraging in my time of distress. I want to extend my special thanks to Jesusa, Janice and Ryna for the assistance rendered. The lounge was spacious and clean with a decent variety of food choices, and the staff were accommodating, especially Caroline and Jannica in the reception.

I had an amazing experience with one of ur colleagues going by the name kk. She was really gentle and patient with me because i’m someone who is old and when i asked her many questions she answered them really sweetly and helped me in many ways especially when i asked her for help with setting something up on my phone. Wonderful lounge experience! The food was really nice, the space was clean and comfortable, and the laksa was super delicious — a must-try. They even have Udder Ice Cream, which was a great bonus. Highly recommended and would definitely visit again.
I had a great experience at the SATS Plaza Premium Lounge. The service was warm, attentive, and professional, making the stay very comfortable. The food selection was excellent and very tasty. My personal favourites were the laksa, which was rich and flavourful, and the fresh, well-curated salad counter. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable lounge experience, and I would be happy to visit again.
Changi Airport is clean, modern, and incredibly well-organized. It offers excellent facilities, including shopping, dining, gardens, and entertainment....taking layovers here to an all new height,it is enjoyable and your time will fly by. I have been here twice and time was not enough to cover everything this airport has to offer. Staff are efficient and helpful, and the airport runs smoothly fastest immigration and easy to navigate. One of world’s best airport in my opinion.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Singapore Blossom Lounge through Priority Pass. The lounge is extremely small and overcrowded, with far more chairs than the space can comfortably handle. Seating is very uncomfortable, and it’s not a place where you can relax or take a nap at all. The food selection was poor and very limited. It was mostly spicy Indian and Asian dishes. While that may suit some travelers, there was almost nothing with broader appeal or mild options. A little more variety would make a big difference. The overall environment felt cramped, noisy, and stressful rather than relaxing. Unfortunately, the bathrooms were also in bad shape—dirty, old-fashioned, and not well maintained. Overall, this lounge did not meet basic expectations for comfort or cleanliness. I would not recommend it and would skip it in the future, even with Priority Pass access.
The lounge staff got to know about my daughter's birthday and prepared such a lovely setup to surprise us! Truly memorable experiand prepared with so much sincerity and heart. Kudos to the staff! 👏

Staff members specifically Caroline, Sherlyn and Joseph, made us very comfortable, accomodated us well, very friendly, hospitable and welcoming.
The lounge was very clean and tidy, there was a very helpful person Elaine who kept everything in its place making it easy to relax while waiting for the next flight.
The service provided by the General Manager was exceptional, consistently delivered with a positive and welcoming demeanor.

Great inside with food and drinks checking in was a bit more difficult as unlike Australia that has your name registered for lounge access it requires passport boarding pass and booking details however once in all good.

This was a complete scam. I paid online but never got access. I reached out to support repeatedly over several weeks and received no response at all. Avoid at all cost.
Check in was fine although they needed all the details proof of payment etc from me as they didn't appear to have a record. Lots of single booths and some doubles a few double sets of low chairs. No couches or really big armchair. The bar area may have had some but we didn't use that while we were there. Restaura t and meals were excellent with a good selection of beverages. Overall good and comfortable but not as luxurious I was expecting ting from the description

I accessed the Blossom Lounge using LoungeKey from my credit card, so I can’t comment on the pricing. The food is adequate for a lounge—not fancy, but it gets the job done. They offer made-to-order noodles, which is a nice touch, though the overall selection isn’t as luxurious as what you’d find in some Middle Eastern airline lounges. The lounge is clean, with staff regularly collecting used dishes. There’s plenty of comfortable seating—more lounge-style sofas than dining chairs—making it a good place to relax while waiting for your flight.
Very Bad experience and very unprofessional staff they don’t care about customers. We are a smart traveller members and we travel around the world, and this time we book the lounge for a best experience until we are ready to departure to our final destination, we check in - the information very poorly, we start to ask questions to find out about the service what they provide, about the food, drinks, any other service what are disponibile. The answer been very cold, very unpleasant , and very unwelcoming maybe because it was to early but the time to check in was 2pm . We get in the food what was in display very low quality, quantity no to many options. The bar they told us is close and they don’t serve any drinks they have only soft drinks. We ask the people from reception again is any issue around food buffet or bar because we will like some fresh food and some beer or wine from the bar , the manager answered very abruptly we have just the food what is on display and the food is fresh …. And the bar is close …. And we ask is any fridge were we can find any beer or glass of wine , the answer was no and if you don’t like you guys can leave and you can ask for refunds… and she turn back to her desk….. very unprofessional and very disrespectful. We tried to ask her but she refused to chat with us and she look to us like she doesn’t understand English, all 3 members of staff been very unprofessional. Definitely we don’t recommend the lounge and the services the staff very unpleasant and very bad service, overall the money doesn’t worth. We been to a bar down not far from the lounge and he had a good meal and drink and they made us feels welcome and to go back again. What we done each time when we are stop in Singapore.
Good food. I like the chicken noodle soup. Good selection of drinks. Salted caramel ice cream was delicious too. Stayed for a little over an hour. Washrooms are clean and well maintained. Relaxing atmosphere. We were warmly assisted by Josefina.
Having just completed our mother-daughter trip in Singapore, my mom and I found ourselves at the airport more than six hours ahead of our flight. Fortunately, this lounge offered walk-in access. We were warmly guided through the process by Miss Beth and Sir Miguel from the staff, who helped us select the ideal entry time and thoroughly introduced us to all the available amenities. Josefina was so accommodating and I cannot express my gratitude enough. I only had cash and she stepped in and used her credit card to help me out in getting into the lounge to rest and relax after a very hectic flight. I wanted to give her the biggest hug❤️ I am coming back here again in 2 weeks and can't wait to return to the Lounge.
