Singapore Arrival Transfer (Airport To Hotel)

A very convenient way to be picked up if you are new to the area. The pickup was very easy. Our driver was very good at communicating her ETA and location for pickup. Very flexible too!

The driver could not find the front entrance to the hotel lobby and literally left us around the corner to carry our luggage (at night) and left us to find our own way. Unacceptable!!! He even left the van to make a phone call and we the van. After about 5 minutes sitting in an idling van, we got out and had to fend for ourselves.

We had two transports arranged both failed. First lack of communication then changed the rate. 2nd in Singapore was a no show.

No driver showed up. Tried to call the phone numbers provided in the booking details and they were not in service. This is a scam. Let’s see if I ever get my money back

On arrival we called our driver on WhatsApp and he gave us instructions where to meet. Very easy to locate and he arrived very quickly. Comfortable ride to hotel. 3am flight arrival and he was very prompt.

Simple and straight forward, driver communicated with us and got us to our destination safely. We had a small issue where I could not figure out where the driver was meeting us at first, but we resolved it quickly via phone.

1 I was told I could cancel up to a short time before but when I asked to cancel and have my money returned I received the reply that this was not possible 2 the time of my booking was constantly reflected incorrectly. I wrote three messages and did not receive a single reply 3. I discovered that the Viator price for a taxi was three times what a paid for the other taxis which I took

Great service our flight was delayed in Dubai for 3hrs contacted the operator and straight back with no issues and was waiting as we arrived through departures. The driver was waiting when we arrived and kept in touch vie what’s app with update, lovely vehicle clean and great driver no issues at all would highly recommend

Overall good experience. Driver was a little late meeting us at the arrivals hall; had to contact the company on WhatsApp to get more information. Feels like a small business operation. If I could give one bit of advice to the owners - consider contacting the customer ahead of time with the driver's name and vehicle plate and confirming all of the flight information, maybe even providing an avenue for us to contact the driver directly. We arrived into Singapore and were left without much guidance for 20-30 minutes since our driver was late, which is a bit disconcerting for someone who is visiting Singapore and Chiangi for the first time. Didn't know where to go or who to look for for a bit of time.

Make sure which exit door or belt you use to wait for the driver. My driver came and waited outside but I wasn’t able to connect right away. I had to exchange messages with the Viator manager who passed my message to the driver.

Easy to coordinate pick up from Changi to hotel w bags. We are 6 people (multi generational family) on vacation w luggage. The tour operator contacted us prior to the date and sent contact info. Responded quickly to coordinate pick up.

The driver was very communicative prior to our arrival and kept in contact with us as we landed, went through customs, and gathered our luggage. His vehicle was clean and he helped load and unload our bags. Thank you for such a great transfer experience.

Our flight was delayed by 1 hour 30 mins but our driver was still there once we went thru customs. After a short walk to the bus pick up point we boarded a small tour bus for a comfortable ride to our hotel. The bus was in good condition, air conditioning worked great and all seats were fitted with seat belts. Excellent service.

The driver was very communicative both before our flights and after arrival. We were able to be picked up earlier than we originally requested. I had booked the pick up much later than needed since I wasn’t sure how long it would take to clear customs, get luggage, etc. he was very accommodating and came immediately when I called upon being ready for pick up.

Although the flight was delayed, the Dhina waited for me right outside of customs and quickly escorted me to an immaculate van. His courteous service and safe driving resulted in a comfortable, worry free transfer to my hotel!

This is not a direct booking. It is basically a taxi company. You call them when you arrive. You do not have a pre assigned driver waiting with a placard which makes it a little confusing.

The driver spoke very difficult English. Our flight arrived early and the driver did not follow the flight to adjust his arrival at the airport. So we waited almost an hour... After a flight of 10 hours and a time difference of 7 hours, it was frustrating! We'll take a taxi to the airport next time!
