We used Winston Lam. He was the nicest man very knowledgeable. We had a couple of days and he took us on a day tour. We went to the places he suggested and we had the best time. The gardens by the bay orchid area was amazing. China town fascinating lunch was superb and the best part was visiting the house in Paranaken area. Thank you Winston for a wonderful day. I would highly recommend him. He also picked us up for the airport. He was very punctual and attentive. We arrived at Changi Airport after 1am. Our driver was prompt and communicated with us in advance to ensure a smooth transition from the airport to our hotel. Highly recommend this company. Excellent service.

Highly recommend using this service if you come to Singapore. Amy was very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process of coordinating and responded to my questions quickly. Once we landed and cleared customs, we were given clear instructions on where to go to be picked up. Our driver, Alan, was very friendly and informative about Singapore. It’s very obvious he is proud of his country was happy to give us tips on where to go and what to eat Overall, a very pleasant experience.

This was the easiest airport transfer I have ever done. The communication with us was so effective that it seemed like Amy, who coordinated the communication, was right with us in the airport guiding us through immigration, luggage and the to Alan, the driver of the van. They are the best!

Must have dropped my wallet in the plane or somewhere at Changi Airport. i asked for help from the Ground Staff with no expectations to retrieve it but honestly i clung to the hope that this country has the most disciplined and honest people. I boardef my connecting flight and as i was just putting on my seat belt one of the staff came and returned my lost wallet, and nothing missing.

I highly recommend this company and will definitely request their service again when go to Singapore. Amy is very responsive to our messages and questions -- and provides very helpful tips and information. Their van is clean and has plenty of room for our family of 5 and 7 luggage.

Amazing welcoming and efficient service by Amy & Alan! Very organised with great communication and punctuality despite the crazy Grand Prix traffic to contend with that weekend. Amy was fantastic with her communication both before our arrival and during our stay. She confirmed our booking and provided some useful arrivals information ahead of our trip, made contact with us via WhatsApp as soon as our flight touched down, met us in the arrivals hall at the designated area as planned, and accompanied to us to our awaiting minibus. The minibus was comfortable, airconditioned and very clean, and Alan was a great driver and enthusiastic and friendly host. I highly recommend booking your Singapore transport with Amy & Alan - they are fabulous hosts and absolutely went above & beyond! We will definitely book ground transfers with them again when back in Singapore!

Such a fantastic transfer. On time, great communication from Amy who took us to the Jewel at the airport first, gave us some really valuable suggestions for things to do in Singapore. And even followed up with directions and more info via WhatsApp after they had dropped us at our accommodation. We had 3 small kids and this was the perfect way to arrive in Singapore.

The team went above and beyond - best greeting to Singapore ever! We have a group of 6, on 2 flights and when there was delayed flights and entry delays not only did they wait patiently, they kept in communication and did a pickup from 2 terminals seamlessly which was never the plan! They listened to our plans and gave us valuable insight into Singapore on our ride and then actually sent local tips to help finalise our Hawker Centres plans - above and beyond! Simply outstanding. The best transfer experience we have ever, ever experienced. Alan provided the round trip transfer in our time in Singapore. Even before arrival, we were sent detailed instructions for the visitor arrival card process and clear instructions on the arrival meeting point. We were met by Alan at the exit gate, who is one of the nicest guys we have ever met. He provided amazing information on our trip to the hotel, even at 04:30AM in the morning. The vehicle was superb and the communications with Amy was outstanding. During our trip we even asked for advice and were recommended certain routes. Alan subsequently picked us up and returned us to the Airport, which again was a flawless experience. As a complete surprise, we were provided lovely photographs from our arrival, which was a lovely touch at the end of trip. A massive, massive thank you for making our trip such a warm and memorable experience. This company is the only firm we would use if we came back to Singapore. The ground transfer was very easy, the Limo-Bus met us right where we told them to meet us, the driver (Allan) was on time, he helped with all the luggage, the limo was spotless and very comfortable, he made us feel safe on the drive, he was very informative about the city/country and he answered any and all questions we had. Great experience with Amy & Alan! They were right on time to pick us up to travel from the airport and our return back to the airport. We were a group of 6, spanning 3 generations, with a long travel itinerary. It was important to have great transportation upon arrival. This provided just what we needed! They gave us great tips on things to see and do. They were very gracious and kind. Highly recommend!

Amy & Alan are excellent! The two were the perfect welcome to Singapore after a 17-hour flight. The van was clean and safe, and in this heat, it was well-air-conditioned. If you get a chance, book with them because you won’t regret it!

Wow.. this is something simple a ride to the cruise port but Amy and Alan were amazing! Great communication, soo friendly and nice. They are a small business and they make you feel welcomed! Their vechile is very nice and relaxing, very timely and just a great experience. You have lots of transportation choices but they make you feel like family!!

Simply they did not show up for the booked transfer from the airport to the hotel in singapore. After a long flight with young children it simply show an incredible lack of professionalism and care for customers

Alan and his wife were beyond amazing. The van was nice and clean, they gave us such great information about Singapore. They were on time. They even took a group picture of us when we got to Singapore and then gave all of us the group photo in a picture frame when we left. It was an amazing touch.
