Great company to book if you need transportation from the airport. We arrived in Singapore after midnight on 11/5 and our driver was waiting for us right outside baggage claim. Our driver was so very pleasant and polite. I will be booking this company for our return trip back to the airport.
Great service, fast, reliable and just takes the worry out of arrival. The driver had a sign with my name and was very polite.
Very efficient. Everything went smoothly. We were met right outside of the luggage area, helped with our bags. The vehicle was clean and water was provided.
Ourcdriver waiting for us. Helped with bags my husband with walker, very good driver. Explained some things we shoukd or woukd see driving to hotel
Thomas was fantastic! Our flight came in early and going through customs took less than 2 minutes so we anticipated waiting around a bit for our transfer. Thomas was already there waiting for us an hour before our scheduled time! He was extremely personable and a wealth of knowledge. We got a mini lesson in the history of Singapore on our trip to the hotel. He checked in with us later that day asking how our stay was so far. I HIGHKY recommend him!!
Jebbie was there upon our arrival with a digital display of our name. He also confirmed once we landed where we would find him. He was very jovial, took our suitcases, pulled his car around, offered us bottled waters. Highly recommend!
Friendly driver , gave us good tips about the city and places to visit Reminded us the extra $10 surcharge for late night pick up, our flight arrived at midnight.
Our driver met us at the airport and provided great service meeting up with us a transporting us to our hotel
Experience is exactly as titled. What you see is what you get. Could t ask for anything more. Great transfer from the airport to our hotel
Easy going guide that was prompt. He was also very personable and gave great recommendations on the way to our hotel.
Called on WhatsApp to make sure we could find him when he realized our plane landed an hour early. Super nice and efficient. Highly recommended.
Our first experience with this company (airport pick up/arrival) was excellent. Our second experience (hotel to airport) was terrible. Different drivers. Our first driver was communicative, friendly, informative and helpful and absolutely on time. Our booking for hotel pick up to airport was disappointing. We had booked with plenty of notice and we waited and waited outside our hotel in the heat and no car. We were the ones who made contact to alert them to our situation only then did the driver bother to get in touch to say he was running 30 minutes late. We cancelled, the hotel called us a taxi and we made it on time but with the extra stress. A shame. The company however returned our money within a reasonable time.
Very friendly and helpful driver. Met us as we walked out of customs. ............................. .
Great service, very friendly and helpful certainly recommend
I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone arriving in Singapore, it’s definitely the easiest way to get to your hotel in comfort. They meet you as you exit customs and take you and your luggage to their car. My driver was super helpful with excellent tips for my stay in Singapore.
Would not use. Confusion over booking. Unable to update info. Had confusing communications. Day we arrived no one to meet us. Took a taxi which worked out cheaper than what we had paid. To top it off we are asked to write a review for a no show
Quick and reliable. He met me inside the terminal and escorted me to the vehicle, which was a nice touch.
Good communication, both after booking as well as with the driver. Driver was courteous and friendly. Perfect way to get from the airport to a downtown hotel.
We shared a return transfer from Kuala Lumpur international airport. The communication from the drivers was exceptional, keeping us advised of delays in traffic and the vehicles were clean. Price was very reasonable in comparison to the hotels prices. Highly recommended.
Really friendly and professional. Our driver monitored our flight arrival time and was there waiting for us in arrivals even though our flight ended up arriving an hour early. It was great not to have to wait around until the booked time after a 14 hour flight. He helped with our bags and the gave us useful information on the drive from the airport. We’d definitely use again.
The driver was waiting for us at arrivals, with our name clearly displayed, it was very easy to identify him. He was very informative during our journey, he made a number of suggestions of things that we should see during our stay. Would absolutely recommend him and the company.
On time, friendly, helpful and good conversation to our hotel. Easy. Would hire again. It's always enjoyable to speak with locals when I arrive in a new city.
it is inexcusable to be a no-show for transfer to the airport. Once we got a hold of someone on WhatsApp, they just shrugged and said they couldn’t get a hold of the driver. This compounded the extremely poor service at our airport pickup - they were 20 minutes late and I had to chase them down. They were supposed to be waiting for us upon arrival with a sign. Save yourself the frustration and unprofessional service and book elsewhere.
highly recommend this transfer service collection from airport , was waiting when we came through polite and friendly safe driver
Driver was waiting for us after collecting luggage, good communication, very clean vehicle, smooth drive to hotel. Recommend.
Our driver Sufian saved us from disaster with his patience and understanding. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we kept Sufian waiting for more than an hour. He could have left us standing but instead went out of his way to help us eventually reach pur hotel. Thank you Sufian - a five-star performance.
Very punctual & prompt. Got in touch with me as soon as I landed. Good directions on when & how to meet him. Helped with luggage. Took me directly to hotel. Friendly, although he didn’t engage much in conversation. All and all, very satisfied.
Driver was a no show on arrival at 3am Singapore almost an hour later a driver showed up who was fabulous. Spoiled the initial experience as holiday was my daughter’s 21st birthday present and I wanted a sign with her name on it on arrival (maybe trivial) but part of the surprise that did not happen. Trying to contact agent at this time was also difficult. No explanation as to what happened. Driver on return trip to airport was amazing so knowledgeable and friendly. I could have got cheaper transport but paid the premium price so disappointed however driver on return did redeem a bit.
Ontime, friendly driver , very good experience . Sent message upon arrival and let us know where we needed to meet . Very Good
I have use this company for airport pickup more than once. They are very professional and courteous. Highly recommended!
Good and reliable transportation, communicated with me to make sure I was in the right spot which eased my travel worries.
Thomas went above and beyond - gave us great insight into Singapore whilst taking us to our hotel, provided lots of helpful recommendations and was really friendly. Really appreciate the effort he made - a great journey from the airport, thanks!
Very good quick airport transfer. Good communication.
Excellent communications, polite, professional, and friendly driver. Worth the price to be met in the middle of the night.
Excellent pickup service! Very good communication, smooth pick up & easy drop off. Driver Thomas was courteous & also kind enough to give a lot of tips for what to vidit etc.
Good consistent communication throughout. The driver sent messages . Even when traffic kept him from arriving on time, he communicated to let me know. Much appreciated.
Our driver was prompt, courteous, and very informative during our drive to the hotel. Highly recommend!
It was very personal and our driver was amazing. In the way to our hotel he pointed out different attractions and how to get there. Our pick up was straight from our arrivals area.. so very easy. We can highly recommend this service as we were a family of 3
Was great our driver was so nice and explained about his wonderful city Was kind and paid attention to our needs
Easy to use and good value. A door to door service with clean & presentable cars and friendly & professional driver. Our driver provided great communication (via Whatsapp) so we knew exactly where to look for him on exiting the customs hall.
Our driver Alvin was really nice and very helpful with local knowledge. He was ready and waiting for us and greeted us upon arrival, I would highly recommend his services.
The driver was waiting for us in exactly the spot he said and was very helpful, we would certainly recommend this service.
Perfect for a 6am arrival flight. I was tired and didn't feel like trying to figure out a cheaper ride to my hotel.
Absolutely first class. We were extremely delayed arriving but the driver was there when we arrived.
driver was ready for us as soon as we left baggage pickup, driver was very curteous, and helpful with the luggage.
The coordination and communication was great. Jeppie was on time and took us to our hotel safely. He is very friendly and accommodating.
Great service to pick me up and drop me off at the hotel My flight was delayed and they were easy to get in touch with when I notified them of my flight delay Upon landing, I received a call telling me when to go after baggage claim
The driver was professional and pickup was easy and on time. Vehicles were immaculate. The driver was friendly talking about Singapore and recommended places to go and was helpful about airport connections and what to expect. Would 100% use this site again 👍
Excellent timeous service from Thomas. I would certainly recommend to anyone traveling from Changi Airport to the town centre.
After a long flight we like to book an airport transfer to our hotel. Our driver made it so easy to find him and we found him away from everyone else which made it even easier!
