This review is overdue—they’re very great to work with. Friendly, on time, and very knowledgeable with recommendations of local eats. We ended up booking them for multiple days throughout our trip to take our 3 families around.
My husband and I recently travelled from Australia to Singapore with our two daughters and their partners for the Formula 1 Grand Prix, and we couldn’t have been happier with the transport service provided by Amy and Alan. From the moment we booked, Amy was fantastic. She communicated with us prior to our arrival, keeping us informed and letting us know exactly what to expect. When we arrived in Singapore in the late afternoon, she greeted us warmly and was incredibly friendly and informative. Despite the challenges of the busy Grand Prix period, road closures and an unexpected delay with the original vehicle, Amy had quickly organised an alternative van for us without any fuss or delay. She made sure we arrived safely at our apartment and reassured us that if we needed anything during our stay, she and Alan were only a phone call away. A few days later, Alan met us at our apartment for our return transfer to the airport. He was just as welcoming and friendly as Amy, and we thoroughly enjoyed chatting with him along the way. He was extremely knowledgeable about Singapore’s history and geography, and his stories and conversation made the journey particularly enjoyable. Throughout our experience, we felt safe, comfortable and genuinely well looked after. Amy and Alan went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and their friendliness, flexibility and professionalism made a wonderful start and finish to our Singapore holiday. We are incredibly grateful for their service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone visiting Singapore. Thank you both for making our experience so enjoyable!
Alan and Amy were amazing. Great communication helped expedite the pick at the airport and the return trip to the airport from the hotel. In addition, they helped with two other transfers when another company would not respond. They gave great recommendations for food, and Alan offered fantastic insight to the city. Overall excellent experience. I highly recommend them!
I visited Singapore with my family and since I was travelling from US I wanted to make sure my pick up from the airport is smooth. I am so glad that I chose this Amy and Alan’s team . They are very professional and I would recommend highly for anyone who is planning to visit Singapore. Alan picked up in his 10 seater van which was private for our 5 family member group. He explained everything in detail about the city enroute to our hotel . Also he gave a photo frame with our family picture on our return trip which I felt so lovely !!

Alan greet us as we made our way through with our baggage, and the trip to the hotel was filled with local info from Alan. He was there on time back at our hotel to pick us up and take us back to the airport with a smile a few days later. Great experience, well done Alan.

Alan picked us up from Singapore airport after a long flight and was fantastic. He was waiting at the gate. He helped carry our bags up the stairs at the hotel. He did the same when he took us back to the airport for our onward journey. His van is pristine and very comfortable also. A lovely and thoughtful man who we really appreciated!

They even updated us on where to collect our luggage before we received the airline's official update! Beyond the smooth ride, they gave us wonderful local recommendations for Singapore. Best transfer service I’ve ever booked. Amy and Alan was very thorough in communication. Pick up and drop off was very easy. Alan gave us so much information about Singapore and gave us each a family souvenir picture. Amy even took us into the airport and helped with our luggages. I would definitely booked them again.
An excellent transfer service by Alan and Amy. We travelled to Singapore from the UK and arranged pickup and transfer to a hotel in the centre. All communication was very clear and efficient and the whole service was delivered with a smile and helpful advice. Throughly recommend Rui, in fact I am as I write also arranging my next pick up. On time On price Informative and engaging family oriented couple. Would recommend to anyone looking for great service. Amy's administration skills shone with up to the minute information and both Alan and Amy's interaction with our young family from Vietnam on their first overseas visit was wonderful. Amy's skills were put to the test when I had a difficult transaction to make, her patience and understanding was really appreciated. We also used their service to visit several attractions and Amy provided all the attraction details we needed to navigate our way around the venues. Amy and Alan were fantastic ..our family arrived on 2 different flights and they kept in contact the whole time so we found them easily and didn’t have to go too far to their very comfortable coach to take us to our hotel. They had a lovely gesture of taking a photo of us all which was printed out and given to us when they collected us 6 days later to go home..a picture for each of us which was a lovely touch. They were friendly and Alan gave us some great tips on the drive to the hotel of where to go ..Amy followed up with a message of interesting things to do and places to eat etc I would highly recommend their service and the price was reasonable for the 6 of us travelling. I would definitely use their service again

Driver with our name on his sign was waiting as we exited customs (I was not expecting this) grandkids got so excited when they saw it. Driver very friendly, answered questions and gave a running history of Singapore as we drove to the hotel. Sent us some ideas for our stay by sms which was appreciated. I would highly recommend this service.

What an amazing start to our holiday! From the moment we landed in Singapore, everything was seamless. We were met at the airport by Alan, who gave us the warmest welcome. We received clear instructions, including how to connecting to the airport Wi-Fi, directions from baggage claim to our meeting point, and even a photo of Alan so we knew exactly who to look for. Once we landed, we were updated with information about which baggage belt to collect our luggage from and guidance on navigating immigration. I booked a 4-day trip to Singapore for a family of five, including my elderly parents who are in their mid-to-late 70s. Because of this, ensuring a seamless transfer from the airport to our hotel was my top priority. I cannot fault Amy and Alan or their wonderful transfer business. It was so seamless. Communication was incredible, even a few days before in preparation. Pick ups were quick. Their love for their city is infectious and the mini tour they gave on the way to and from our hotel made the experience even better. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. Great service from SG arrival transfer - used WhatsApp and straight away when we landed had contact, even which carousel our luggage was on. Alan was waiting with sign and great run straight to Hotel. Amy followed up with great tips of what to see and do whilst in Singapore. Seriously cannot rate these guys enough. The pickup from the hotel went very smooth. We went with the meet and greet selection. The driver sent me a message with his name, description of the vehicle as well as a sign with our names. He explain each step that we needed to take from immigration point to picking up luggage and where to meet. Being unfamiliar with the layout of the airport, his directions were the best!

Communication was exceptional - Amy’s WhatsApp instructions were 10/10. Whole experience was great, and loved how they gave us a little tour / commentary about Singapore on our drive. They had 2 baby seats (including one rear facing) ready for us. Highly highly recommend! Especially for families needing car seats

Met the driver at the exit to baggage collection. Very easy. Walked a short distance to where the vehicle was parked. The driver look all of our luggage off the cart and loaded it into the vehicle. The driver and his wife (small business owners) conversed with us all the way to our hotel, pointing out various sights. When we arrived at our hotel, the driver insisted on personally offloading all of our baggage. The vehicle was very clean, comfortable and air conditioned.
Driver was late to pickup, zero pre arrival communication for provider, not a meet and greet service as advertised. Driver was super friendly and knowledgeable.

Communication was excellent from the start - when we arrived at the airport a message was waiting for us via WhatsApp letting us know where are baggage was to be picked up. We walked through the arrivals doors and were instantly greeted by the company and shown to our driver. Very smooth process. Would highly recommend and use again.
Both Alan and Amy were fabulous. Amy greeted us at the airport and showed us the fountain and took some photos whilst we waited for a slightly delayed Alan. Actually, not a fair statement, as our flight arrived about an hour early, so technically he was not delayed. Both very engaging and informative as we travellwd to the hotel. Hers hoping our pre-booked return is with them too.
Excellent service. Communication was perfect and end to end service was stress free. Very happy 😊 Mini bus had plenty of room for family of 5. Bus was clean and in very good condition. They also brought booster seat for child Communication through WhatsApp 24 hours before arrival
