We had booked a group evening/night tour with a boat trip, a tour of the different neighborhoods, and the Gardens by the Bay show. We got a private limousine tour with the fantastic guide Qamarul. As a bonus, he also showed us the F1 circuit and the Barrage, where we could take amazing photos of the Singapore skyline.

Wow! We had the pleasure of touring with Thomas. He shared his knowledge and love of Singapore with us. He took us to a beautiful overview to begin our outing. Thomas provided history and insights into Singapore culture, people, sights to see, places to stay and eat, and more. He was professional and got us close to all attractions. We loved that he fed off our energy and desired sights to see. During our tour, we were already planning to come back. Singapore and Thomas are amazing. This tour was easily worth more than we paid!

Our evening started with a delightful river cruise. Then we had a wonderful evening seeing the incredible lights of Singapore. The chicken satay at the night market was spicy and delicious. At each place Alvin left us out as close as possible. Then we texted him when done and he picked us up. It was seamless, easy and fun. Thanks for a memorable evening.

Meet up was easy and we crammed plenty into our time. Thomas was very informative and punctual and got us to see lots. Arranged tickets for observation deck and we also looked through the flower dome and cloud forest gardens. Thoroughly enjoyed and back to the airport right on time.

We booked a Private Evening Tour with Thomas and it was fantastic. He took all the worry out of the tricky scheduling and had us in each place at just the right time to see the light shows and jump on the river cruise (even telling us where to stand for the best view). Thomas was absolutely lovely to my Mum (who is a senior vision impaired lady), holding her hand and helping her navigate crowds. What a charming and kind gentleman you are Thomas. The best part was all the information Thomas gave us as we drove around, he knows a lot about a lot of different subjects. We were so interested in his explanations and stories. Mum said this was the best part of the trip!

What a great way to spend time during a long layover to see the highlights of Singapore both during the day and in the evening. Thomas was a knowledgeable driver and guide.

Inspite of pouring rain Ashton reworked our tour to give us the absolute best experience ever. He drove us thru many Singapore districts & explained all the sights along the way. We changed plans to include Changi airport which we would not have seen in the original plan as well as some exclusive high end living areas. Was most helpful with making stops where we were able to retrieve my wheelchair for ease in getting out of the vehicle. Next headed to the Supertrees & pretty much had front row seats. Next went to the River cruise which was amazing & kudos to the boatman who relieved us of our cameras & took over photography duties. Ashton then took us to la Sau Pat for our hawker dining experience. Ended the evening 5 hrs later dropping us off near our hotel to grab McDonald’s ice cream for desert. We had such a good time & totally forgot about the weather as Ashton managed to hit the “dry spots”!

We went to the domes . we went to where the Lions were. We saw the light shows. It was an absolute experience. & a half. I would recommend it to my friends & my family. i’m very very friendly and welcoming.

Our driver, Alvin, was very knowledgeable and happy to share. This tour requires the driver to drop off passengers and meet back up after visiting each site. Be sure to confirm those pick-up plans very clearly.

Ashton took us on an amazing tour of Singapore!! He coordinated and communicated with us so we could have the best experience possible!! We went on the river cruise where we saw the laser show and then also went to Gardens by the bay for fun activities and gorgeous light show!!! Ashton continued to facilitate our time in Singapore even after the tour was completed. He sent us advice on what to see and where to eat on the following day even though he wasn’t going to be our guide. He also gave us information on navigating the airport to best use our time there. We loved Singapore and wouldn’t hesitate to ask Ashton to be our guide again should we return

Mr. Ang put together a perfect itinerary for us. We took a short river cruise, saw a light show in the harbor, and saw the Christmas lights at Gardens by the Bay. What's more, he gave us a much better understanding of life in Singapore. We recommend this tour heartily.

First visit to singapore, our driver lyn was very informative, very satisfied with our tour, saw many attractions on our tour. Thank you lyn for a great night exploring.

This tour was originally for 5 hours but it can be customised. I did not need to visit the first 2 stops in the original itinerary (i.e. Chinatown, Little India, and Clarke Quay). Therefore, I should be able to cut 1.5 hours off the tour. So, I booked the 4-hour customised tour instead. The tour operator (My Singapore Holiday) then sent me a list of attractions to choose from, and it included SkyPark observation Deck as an option. I sent them back a WhatsApp message confirming that I did not need to visit Chinatown, Little India and Clarke Quay and wanted to visit the rest of the attractions in the original itinerary plus SkyPark access through Ce la Vi Sky Bar. It was fine at that point. Then, the actual driver Lynn messaged me. I told her the above and mentioned that I would also like to see the exterior of the Apple istore at Marina Bay. She said she would try her best to squeeze all that in within the number of hours that I booked for. Shortly after I got into her car, she indicated to me that there was not enough time to do everything on my list. She told me that I should have booked the 5-hour tour instead. Rather than treating me like a guest, she was putting the blame on me right in the beginning. That was terrible customer service. (My advice to her is: Don't bite the hand that feeds you.) I later decided not to do the SkyPark. At the end, I did everything on my list except SkyPark. By the way, the Apple istore could be seen while walking on my way to the Marina Bay Sands light show anyway. So, it did not take much extra time to do so. I also only spent about 45 minutes at Lau Pa Sat (satay street). So, even when I was not visiting the first 2 stops in the original itinerary, I was only able to squeeze in a brief photo stop of the Apple istore. Although I enjoyed the places that I visited in this tour, and I accepted that the itinerary was tight, I did not feel that I got the full value out of it, especially when it comes to customer service. If you know where you want to visit, you would be better off calling a taxi (through an app) each time. That way, it would be cheaper overall, and you would travel in your own pace and go wherever you wish.

We booked a private driver for a 5 hour tour of Singapore. The company contacted us with a proposed itinerary but said we could design a tour to our needs. We did not want to see typical tourist spots. We wanted a driver familiar with the area who could take us to off the beaten path spots. We wanted to see how people live, how the locals interact with each other, to essentially experience the culture. We were picked up at our hotel by Lynn in a superbly clean, air conditioned car. She had expert knowledge of the area, of the people, of the history and took us to amazing places. She also would then email us additional information about every place we stopped so we would have this to go with our pictures. We would highly recommend Lynn and this Singapore Tour Company to anyone wanting an amazing experience. This tour is most definitely the highlight of our vacation.

Our Edsol was the perfect tour guide for us while in Singapore. He was born and raised here so he knew where the hot spots to take us. We went to the Marina Bay Sands, the mall that was right there which was Very impressive, the dancing trees at night, took us to a local restaurant that had amazing food, boat tour on the river and gave us a great tour of all the high lights of his beautiful city. We will be back!

We were not sure what to expect but it was one of the best tours we have taken. Our driver Kenneth made sure we saw all the amazing sights including 2 fantastic lighting shows, making sure we got plenty of photo opportunities making sure we had plenty of great memories.His knowledge of this amazing city and also his countries history was priceless. Nice trip to some of the Singapore main city attractions. F1 was ongoing so many roads were closed but covered most of the items on the lost. Jaswant passed good information during the trip.

This experience is basically a private taxi with a ticket to the river cruise. Our driver was kind and gave us some fun facts, but we were late to a couple activities partially because he solely drives you place to place and traffic was bad. Be prepared with time on your own end and the experience will probably be better.

I’m incredibly disappointed with this tour experience. What we paid for was not delivered. The tour guide completely disregarded the itinerary we booked and left us to wander around confused and frustrated, offering little to no guidance. He rushed us the entire time, making it difficult to enjoy or learn anything. This was the first international trip for the children and the first tour of our journey — and sadly, it was completely ruined. I will be requesting a partial refund for this unacceptable experience.

We started at 5:15pm (landed earlier that afternoon) and Q recommended we do the River cruise which was a god idea as we got a good overview of the city with some history. Then we went around to key areas, had some street food and got to watch the lights at Marina Bay and Gardens by the Bay which was awesome. Also got to see where the key heritage districts were so we could take ourselves around the rest of our trip. He also gave us recommendations of other places to go and things to do. Great first day tour.

The tour was very professional and very flexible. We were able to change it to suit the small amount of time we had in Singapore. We had Q as our guide and he was amazing! The car was fancy and well kept, we fit so much in without feeling rushed and Q was also very interactive, passionate and very easy to be guided by.

If you want to get the real low down of life in Singapore, I would recommend you book this trip with Kevin. He was so knowledgeable, always happy to accommodate our requests and his van was lovely to travel in.
