This tour was perfect for us, Ragnar is the best driver. He took us to many of the highlights of Singapore and all along the way he told us about the history and highlights of the city/country. OMG - one of the best tour I've been on. Our tour guide was Thomas and he was so proud of his country. He took us to all the famous and popular places in Singapore. We didn't go to touristy places for lunch. Instead we went to local eateries, great food and very inexpensive. It was awesome! Highly recommend this to anyone visiting in Singapore, especially if your are first timer.

If you have limited time and want an overview of Singapore, the 4 hour private vehicle is an excellent option. With a knowledgeable driver/guide like ST, the tour was seamless and thoroughly enjoyable. He allowed us sufficient time to explore and enjoy each stop.

The name of the tour suits it well, as it is a private and customizable tour. I was just in Singapore for a 19-hour layover which started at night, so I booked them for a 4-hour day tour. With the other tours I’ve had in different countries, their earliest time usually starts at 8AM. I was so lucky because they were available as early as 7AM. I checked their itinerary and sent my proposed itinerary, which also included things they needed to know about me, like the number of luggages I was bringing, my health condition, requests, and they have been nothing but accommodating. Simon was punctual, and arrived at the hotel on time. He helped me with my stuff and parked nearby and made sure I won’t have a hard time walking since I am a person with disability. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and comfortable. He is informative and would make recommendations along the way to make our trip better. He made sure I won’t have a hard time, and was there for me every time I was done with the places I visited. Please take note that you need to get a tour guide from the company if you need one. At the end of the day, he still guided me by telling me to go to Jewel Mall first instead of the airport, since my terminal is nearby, and he wanted me to make the most out of my trip. Thank you to everyone who helped organize my trip, and most especially to Simon, for being a great travel buddy. Going on a trip with you was enjoyable and worth it. I highly recommend their services and will definitely book another tour when I go back to Singapore. More power to you guys!

We scheduled a 6 hour tour in Singapore with another couple. John Xu was our driver and communicated very well on where to meet him and what he drove, etc. After being picked up I had sent a few places we wanted to see prior to being picked up and he was perfectly fine taking us around and explaining the areas and history of the areas. He even gave us quizzes to see if we knew anything about Singapore or the areas we were traveling through! It was a great experience and would recommend to Freinds an family when they visit. ST was my driver for 4 hours. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He made suggestions to add to my choices for what to visit so I was able to see several tourist highlights within the time. He was always waiting for me at the end of the visit and even gave me a bottle of water. It would have been good to have had more time as I did feel a bit constrained by having to keep one eye on the clock.

We had the best tour with our driver , Tom today. He was very knowledgeable and you could tell he enjoyed sharing his wealth of information with us . He planned our 6 hours perfectly and knew how long we needed to plan for at each venue. He spoke very understandable English and was entertaining.

Our guide Kenneth was superb. Very knowledgeable and caring. His vehicle was extremely comfortable and air-conditioned. We had such a pleasant 4 hours and gained so much knowledge.

Shamsudin was an excellent guide. His knowledge of the history of Singapore was fantastic. He was very considerate and asked us what we would like to see and his driving was sedate and allowed time to take photos. I would recommend this tour.

This is a great private tour that allows you to customize your itinerary. You must pay an additional hourly fee for a licensed guide if you want someone to escort you and provide commentary at each location. This additional fee was well worth it as our guide Stanley took excellent care of us and very much expanded our knowledge of Singapore history and culture. There was good communication with the company and when I realized we would not have a guide they did provide one (at extra cost) at the last minute.

I was extremely happy with our guide is knowledge and detail was excellent. Highly Recommend. Sadly my wife and I believed the tour we booked was the Sentosa Tour however the Driver was not advised of this was kind enough to give us 30 minutes at Sentosa Beach and we were able to see Sentosa though the Sentosa Experience Tour would of suited us better as the other tours booked with you covered many of the attractions with those tours

Our guide was very nice and the minivan was clean and cool. Very informative and we learned so much about a spectacular city.

This was a fantastic tour for a handicap person. We stayed in the car most of the time and Lynn made suggestions for things my hubby could easily do for his walking limitations

I and my friend had crazy fun with Thomas. he was very engaging, patient. We went to the Museum of Ice cream, Botanical garden, Cable car ride at Mount Faber, Buddha Tooth Relic Temple in China town, Maxwell Center (Had my best Singapore noodles here). But because it was the week of F1, we were not able to go to the Marina Bay and the Gardens by the Bay but it's a good thing we were there briefly by ourselves a day before at night so it wasn't the end of the world we were not able to go during the tour. All in all, I would recommend anyone visiting Singapore to book the tour with Thomas. Trust me, you would love every moment. He is a fantastic guide.

I was quite nervous about booking a private driver, even though the previous reviews had been very favourable. Well our group of 4 were so impressed with the service, with our driver Jaswant, who was an awesome and interesting guide as well as being a very nice gentleman. We booked for 4 hours, we were collected from our hotel and we got to see so many places that we just wouldn't have been able to on our own or using the public transport. He even found parking right outside our restaurant in the heart of Little India. Thank you Jaswant for making our short stay in this beautiful city so enjoyable.

We booked a tour guide for 4 hours in English. The guide barely spoke any English and he asked us where to go! We explained that it was our first time in Singapore and that was why we booked a guide in the first place. He did not understand much and we ended up driving around the city for 3 hours (trying to find places of interest through Google) and finally asked him to drop us off before our time was up. Asked for 50% refund from the company (as this is the rate to book a taxi for 4 hours without a guide) but it was rejected. The sad thing is that we didn't have time to book another tour. Better book through a hotel and pay more rather than a "qualified" tour guide through a platform.

ST did a wonderful job of tailoring our experience and avoiding lines. Highly recommended. His Peugeot is clean, stylish, and the large moonroof allows passengers to see a lot more along the way.

Loved that this was fully customizable. I had already seen most of the “major sites” and used this tour to see some lesser known and even non-touristy areas. My guide offered suggestions that were so helpful. Plus, he was friendly and kind!

She got a sense of what we wanted to see and do, then made some great suggestions and decisions that kept us on the move but without stress. It was a bit pricey but it seems that Singapore is just more expensive compared to other Asian cities. Otherwise, it was a great. The guide/driver is very punctual and nice. Singapore is very clean and safe. I would recommend it.

Our tour guide Leo was absolutely amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable on Seoul’s history and culture. And he went above and beyond. My friend and I didn’t know how to get back to our hotel. Not only did he show us how to ride the metro, he also exchanged money to cover our fare because we didn’t have the proper currency.
