Gee Soo was the best tour guide we had on our 7 city tour of Asia. His wealth of information was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and there was not one question we asked that he did not know the answer. He has a wonderful disposition and a beautiful smile. He made us feel like we had been friends forever. We will always cherish the few hours we had together as well as our appreciation of Singapore.
First time in Singapore with our four-year-old, and we couldn't have asked for a better guide. From the very beginning, Pam made us feel welcome and completely at ease. She is incredibly knowledgeable, funny, and genuinely passionate about her country. She was also wonderfully flexible throughout the tour, adapting it to our pace, and showed so much creativity and patience in keeping our daughter engaged and entertained. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend her.
What a great day spent touring Singapore with our very knowledgeable and fun guide, Kavan. Would definitely recommend.
I don't even know where to start. Myself, my wife and two children ages 10 and 11 had a twelve hour layover in Singapore and booked s 8 hour tour with Hello Singapore Tours (same operator as this tour) and BEST decision i could have made. Pamela thank you!!!! Such a friendly and knowledgeable expert guide!! We learned so much about the history and cultural and food of Singapore while touring many highlights along the way. Tour itinerary was already arranged but still very flexible on the fly based upon our interests (wanted to try local street food and went to the street food marketplace which way more than scratched the itch!) Kaya toast and Kapi for breakfast was so good! Bernie our driver was pleasant and timely throughout the day - such a great team of Pamela and Bernie! and the van was spacious and luxurious with great AC! The tour is pricey but you WILL get what you pay for. I am so thankful to Pamela and Bernie for taking care of us and my kids can't stop raving about the gardens (Jurassic Park theme ha!) A quick Singapore River cruise and a time at China town and little india were also highlights. stopped at Kampong Glam and strolled down Haji Lane and saw the Sultan Mosque at Bussorah Street. Lastly capping off the tour with a true Singapore sling at the Long Bar of Raffles Hotel - Thank you thank you!!!
We had Maureen as our guide and Bernie as the driver. The tour was completely customized to what we were looking to see. At the start she reviewed a plan based on previous questions that we answered and was very flexible throughout the day. She was very knowledgeable about the city history and cultures and it showed in the tour. She wanted us to be able to experience as much as we could and we did. When my daughters mentioned a vintage store, we shifted schedule and were able to visit the store. She went out of our way to make sure we were all happy with what we were doing; even taking pictures of our family at every place that we visited. Bernie was also great and kept the van cool and picked us up at each location timely. Even though it was a private car tour, there was still a lot of walking, so come prepared. Highly recommend.
This really was the ideal way to see Singapore if you only have a short time there. Gene picked us up at the cruise terminal and quickly picked up on what we liked—mainly gardens and food—and customized our excursion to our interests. Lunch in a food hall in Chinatown was a highlight. No way could we have seen this much on our own. At the end of the tour we were dropped off at our hotel, so the tour also served as transport from the cruise terminal. It’s expensive as tours go, but totally worth it.
We had a wonderful time with Pam and her driver! They were very informative and attentive to our every need! They even sent us. Recap afterwards! We were a family of 10 doing a private tour. Highly remand would use again!!!!
Pamela gave us an incredible tour. She was interesting and professional and took us all over the city. She showed us so much in our 6 hours. I highly recommend the tour and Pamela.
Kaven was fantastic. Very personable, very knowledgeable. Great highlights of a wonderful city! Very nice vehicle helped us get to all the locations.
Pam was our tour guide for Singapore and she was very personable, knowledgeable, and receptive to our needs and wants. If I ever make it back to Singapore, I will definitely have her show us more highlights, and I would recommend Pam to anyone traveling to Singapore.
Great experience. Can’t say enough good things about our guide Pam. We did a 7 hour private tour. She was amazing - her good energy, enthusiasm and knowledge of Singapore kept us going the whole time. Tour was entirely customized to our needs. My husband is hard of hearing and she was so considerate in assisting as much as possible to help him enjoy the tour. She went out of her way to find the perfect lunch spot and even took us on the MRT. We learned so much we wouldn't have know about Singapore. And her treat of pandan chiffon cake - Mmmm so good. Kudos Pam - thank-you for a wonderful day!!!
Our tour with Gee Soo yesterday was one of the best tours I've ever taken, and I wish I could give him more than five stars. He came to our hotel to meet us and asked us a few questions to get to know us and our experience of Singapore and our expectations for the day, then explained his plans and made sure all six of us were on board. We visited all of the places we'd requested (Little India and the Sri Veeramakaliamman (Kali) Temple, Gardens by the Bay, the National Orchard Garden, and the Merlion Statue); Gee added Marina Barrage, Raffles Hotel, and the City Gallery, plus stops for lunch (chicken rice) and coffee with kaya toast, all of which added to our appreciation of Singapore. Along the way, Gee told us about the sights we were seeing, listened to and answered our questions, talked about life in Singapore, pointed out photo opportunities, took LOTS of photos of the group and of individual couples, and made the day special over and over. I'd be remiss not to mention Bernie, our driver, who got us from place to place in comfort and safety (and added information when needed). A few hours after the tour, Gee sent us the photos he'd taken and a recap of the day. We all wanted to give him at least six stars, but the system won't let us! Thanks, Gee and Bernie!
Our family only had one full day to tour Singapore. Fortunately for us, Gene was our private tour guide that day. He is one of the best guides we have ever had. He made sure that we saw all the sights that we were interested in and even made changes in the itinerary on the fly. We had a chance to taste several different types of foods along the way which we also enjoyed. His enthusiasm was infectious! We would highly recommend Gene to anyone who is looking for a fun and in-depth tour of Singapore.
This tour was an amazing way to experience Singapore in one day. We started at Marina Bay with beautiful views of Marina Bay Sands and the Merlion, then walked through the historic area past the Raffles statue and along the Singapore River to the Fullerton Hotel. One of the highlights was stopping for a classic Singaporean breakfast with coffee, soft boiled eggs, kaya toast, and pork floss toast. It was such a fun and authentic local experience. Visiting Thian Hock Keng Temple was fascinating, and learning about the deities and local beliefs made it even more meaningful. Exploring Chinatown, spotting murals, seeing the Sri Mariamman Temple, and learning about local food like chicken rice really brought Singapore’s culture to life. Driving through Little India, walking down Haji Lane in Kampong Glam, and noticing unique details like the glass bottles at Sultan Mosque were memorable moments. We ended the tour at Gardens by the Bay with festive Christmas music and the stunning Supertrees. Our guide Pamela was fun, engaging, and super knowledgeable, and she made the entire day both informative and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Singapore.

My family and I had a great time at this tour. Our guide Pam, was amazing, she shared with us all these incredible stories about Singapore and its people and we had some local food which we enjoyed!
Gee Soo was phenomenal! We booked a private car tour for our two families during a whirlwind stopover in Singapore on our way elsewhere, and are so glad we did! Gee worked with us to customize our time together and make our time in Singapore seamless, informative, and fun.
I've toured in 60 nations & Pamela & Bernie are the best I've ever experienced. The perfect blend of professsional friendliness and planning a route that accommodated all I wanted to see--and at my pace. Be sure to ask her about the special attraction at the airport. And she's great & taking you to food vendors where you can sample many delicious local items. Very knowledgeable about the 10 non-food sites I had her take me to--and in an interesting, casual way.
Great trip with Pam she showed us the highlights and was very knowledgeable and enjoyable. We were able to taste different foods and experience Singapore coffee! Highly recommend this tour!
We really enjoyed our city tour with Gee Soo, BOO … he’s so awesome and so nice for children and just a delight !! Great knowledge of the history and very informative ..
I found Hello Singapore Tours via website search, Excellent reviews guided me to book my family tour with this company. Pamela was our tour guide, she was amazing, very personable, had vibrant personality. She gave us a lot of background about the sites we saw, she was very knowledgeable. I brought my elderly mother with us and I had young kids and Pamela was very accommodating, she made sure that my elderly mom was not getting too tired, phased the tour and made sure that the tour as interesting to my young kids. It was an excellent guided tour and would recommend Pamela and this company to anyone visiting Singapore.

Amazing Singapore tour experience. Pam, our tourist guide, was excellent and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Richard and Captain Bernie are the best! Richard is a knowledgeable and experienced guide. He and Captain Bernie went above and beyond to make sure our needs are met.
We had a wonderful experience with Gee Soo! He was the perfect guide with great energy and a true love for his job. He took great care of us and showed us so much of Singapore.
Showed up precisely on time, met us in the lobby, and pre briefed the day. Very professional. The van was roomy and comfortable with solid AC. Richard is passionate about Singapore and provides lots of information and personal stories. We ended up walking more than I'd guessed, but that's partly due to the nature of Singapore -- it's pretty small so you get around quickly. We spent a few hours along the river, took a van to a very nice soup dumpling lunch (did I mention that Richard is a hard-core foodie?) and then made a mix of stops and drive-bys in the afternoon to Little India, the Malay district (highlight), and the city development center. We had refeshing milk tea in a to-go bag in the afternoon
Visited Singapore with Pam as our guide. She was wonderful, knowledgeable and insightful. Highlight: we went to the Hawker Center for a food tour of the stalls, it was amazing and delicious. Highly recommend Pam. Happy Travels
We had an absolutely wonderful time with Pam (and Bernie!). Pam was very informative about just everything concerning Singapore! The tour was very well organized. We saw everything we wanted to, including the 1826 Bar for a refreshing bier. She even got us to the top of the Marina Bay Sands, a 56 story hotel with a great rooftop restaurant for a quick bite and fantastic view of the harbor! Vanishing edge pools from 56 stories up are pretty impressive! One other thing to mention: They were so accommodating of our travel plans! We were picked up at the Fullerton Hotel (a very nice place with an excellent breakfast buffet!) with all of our luggage and then dropped off at the port so we could board our cruise ship! Pam did a great job! Thank you! Warm regards, Amy, Katherine and Will
We had an amazing time Gee our tour guide gave the best tour of Singapore. We had the chance to discover the amazing things Singapore has to offer and share with the world. Every single place he took us he explain all the details so we could understand and enjoy. A very prepared talented and kind guide. We has a wonderful time and it was a tour full of everything food museums culture art laugh and joy.

He took us to the following places: Marina Barrage, Gardens By the Bay, City Gallery, Maxwell Food Centre & Chinatown, Sri Mariamman (Hindu) Temple & Buddha Tooth Relic Temple, National Gallery Singapore (NGS), Merlion Park, and Fullerton Hotel.
Hello Singapore sent us a questionnaire several weeks before our tour. They wanted to tailor the tour specifically to our interests. The questionnaire actually gave us new ideas about what we wanted to see. Due to a glitch caused by our cruise excursions dept., we had to switch days from our original reservation. Hello Singapore was extremely accommodating. No problems whatsoever. Our guide, Gene, was very prepared. His knowledge of Singapore, it's history, it's culture and its current place in the world were excellent. He was both very entertaining and informative. We couldn't have asked for a better guide to spend the day with. Our driver, Bernie, was also great. He was well versed on our itinerary and was always on time for our pickups. We would highly recommend Hello Singapore and especially Gene! It was a truly great day!!
Pamela and Bernie were outstanding. Pamela provided wonderful insight and accommodated all of our desired stops into the tour. Bernie was a very safe driver and we never had to wait for him. Marc
Our full day private tour of Singapore was amazing. Pamela was knowledgeable, interesting, fun and very proud of her heritage. Our driver Bernie was always where we needed him. We would walk up and there he was waiting. Would highly recommend both Pam and Bernie. It was our favorite day!
Pamela and Bernie did a phenomenal job of showing us their city. We had limited time, but Pamela was able to show us all the highlites of Singapore and explained the history as we went along. Bernie was a fantastic driver, very careful and was always waiting for us after each stop. He got us back to our ship with time to spare. I would highly recommend them both.
We had a wonderful tour with Su Ling of the national orchid garden and gardens by the bay - flower dome and cloud forest. A great time seeing the nature-mindedness of Singapore. The Marina barrage was an interesting place too. Nice views. Su was spot on with all her facts and shared the spirit and insights of the Singaporean people. We really enjoyed our time with her tour.
Su Ling is our tour guide and we visited the following places with her expert guidance: National Orchid Garden, Gardens by the Bay, Marina Barrage, and Raffles Hotel for quick pic stop. Su Ling is courteous, kind, and truly wants to show you the best of Singapore. We had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful flowers and plants with her and the five plus hours with her was gone like minutes. She knew all the best places to stand in order to get the best pictures in each highlighted spots. We had some absolutely gorgeous pictures of us with Orchids in National Orchid Garden and various plants and flowers in Gardens by the Bay. I wish I knew her before I came to Singapore and got her recommended list of places to go and what to eat in all the local pieces that are good and reasonable. Su Ling’s knowledge of Singapore is simply top notch and you will be glad you book your tour with Hello Singapore Tour. Chris and Vilma Tang
