While the driver did not meet me immediately outside baggage claim, when I called the help desk I was immediately connected to the company. The company explained the issue and noted that a driver would meet me shortly. Described what I was wearing and a driver met me in <3 minutes. The driver was extremely friendly and offered a lot of recommendations on things to see. I look forward to recommending this service.
Process was very efficient. Driver contacted us on Whatsapp letting us know that he was there and sent a picture showing where to meet him. We walked into the arrival hall and easily found him. Car was comfortable with lots of room for luggage.
It was all very easy. Our driver sent us a message letting us know he was waiting. Sent a picture of a sign with our name. Greeted us exactly where he said he was going to be: our drive to hotel was comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend this service.

Driver was waiting for us. Took our bags and straight to his car. He was very personable and made our drive very comfortable in a thunderstorm with much traffic.
Our driver waited patiently for almost 2 hours because our disembarkation from the ship was so chaotic. We communicated by text and he assured me there was no problem and to let him know when we were exiting the terminal. Then he was there with our name. He loaded our vehicle,, which was extremely comfortable, and clean, and we were off to our hotel. You can rely on this company for excellent service.

Our transfer was great — on-time, pleasant and efficient. The driver contacted us ahead of time with all the details. When they made a last minute change of driver, they communicated the change clearly and it was no problem. The driver had a hard time finding our hotel entrance and we ended up being dropped off in the car park of an adjacent shopping mall, but it was very easy to find the hotel from there.

The transfer provider was easy to communicate with prior to collection and confirmed pick up, and was on time. The driver did say he had a sore arm and got the men to load all the bags in and out of the van. He wasn’t very talkative to provide any further local knowledge, unless he was specifically asked a question. A good professional experience, just not as fun and friendly as other transfer options.

Upon recently arriving on a cruise ship at the Singapore Cruise Terminal. My wife and I ventured out to obtain a taxi to go into the city. I was flabbergasted to see a long row of Private vehicles (SUV'S) awaiting passengers. They were wanting to charge over $50 for a fare. The local taxis are available further along the walkway away from the terminal at the normal metered fare.They are not allowed in the area of the Private vehicles. This is an absolute rort as the Private vehicles pay $10 to the port authority for the exclusive privilege. We witnessed many elderly and first time arrivals having to take up this ridiculous service, not knowing otherwise. Do yourself a favour, walk a bit further and get a real taxi with a meter.

We got picked up from the airport and headed to our hotel. Our driver kept going in circles and tried to drop us off at the incorrect hotel, after multiple times of explaining that this wasn’t our hotel, he almost demanded we got out of the van. Once we showed him the correct access and name of our hotel, he still had no idea where to go. We had to put in our maps the hotel name and address and direct him the correct way, it was quite frustrating especially the moment he didn’t pay attention to our direction on the correct way!
Great great service. My flight got delayed for about 2 hours. The driver waited for us and warmly picked us up outside of the terminal. Great car. Very safe. Very friendly. I would recommend this for sure.

<p>The last thing you need to be doing after a long international flight is to have to navigate your way around an unfamiliar airport looking for transport to your hotel. Use these guys. They meet you at the gate, take you to a nice clean air-conditioned vehicle and give you a guided tour to your hotel. Way to go.</p>
