The transfer was perfect. Driver met us right as we cleared customs where he was waiting with a sign. Clean, nice car and he shared a lot of information about Singapore on the drive to the hotel.

We were greeted by EggTan (Thomas) who sent me an email a day before my arrival in Singapore. He even included a link to the digital SG arrival card application to skip the long lines at the airport, even though I had already applied the day before. Thomas took us, got his car, and loaded our luggage. He made sure we had our seatbelts on and drove us. We had a great conversation all the way to our Singapore St. Regis Hotel. We even bonded more since we’re both huge Liverpool fans. When we got to the hotel, Thomas unloaded the luggage and handed it over to the bell captain. He even rearranged our pick-up for our return trip to the airport and came to give us the good news that he’d pick us up the next morning. Of course, we were on time when he picked us up the next morning, and the journey was just as pleasant as ever because of Thomas. I highly recommend Thomas if you ever need transportation in Singapore.

What a wonderful service. We were met at the exit hall with our name on a folder, easy walk to the very clean and tidy vehicle. Our driver Tommi couldn't do more to help us, looked after our bags and gave us some insight into the best things to do in Singapore. Fantastic experience.

I called support and they said not to worry our driver tracks your flight and is already waiting for you at baggage claim. What a relief! Our flight arrived in the evening so we booked an airport transfer to make transfer to our hotel seamless - our driver messaged us to let him know when we had landed - which we did but had to wait over 30 mins for the driver to arrive making us very late arriving at the hotel. The driver did message to say they were on their way but not how long they would be - it was disappointing that the car wasn’t waiting for us when we arrived or only 5-10 mins away - waiting around in an airport arrival lounge isn’t much fun!

Pickup from airport was late 20 minutes and return pickup from hotel was late 10 minutes. Would not use them again due to punctuality.

When I say I was stressing that I thought we missed our booked ride because United Airlines delayed our flight for 12 hours is an unstatement. However My Phuket transportation still came 24 hours later to pick me and my mom up from the airport. Needless to say I was more than happy and satisfied with the service.
